I recently visited Terrace Place for an event and it is beautiful! Love the luxury hotel like common areas and that all the apartments have patios or balconies. And its pet friendly. Would definitely consider this for a loved one looking for an active and vibrant community!

Recently took a tour for my parents and the grounds and building are beautiful! The apartments are the perfect size for two and the openness of the building makes it so bright and welcoming.

After 62 years of very urban city living, my mother chose Terrace Place at Vincentian for her next chapter. It was her decision, and wow! She made the right choice.Terrace Place is brand new, and we all love new! The community spaces are so lovely: bright, open to the beautiful setting outside, with a fire pit, walking paths, an inviting fireplace and lounge area, and a great community kitchen when Mom has a lot of visitors.Moms apartment is bright and sun-filled, with her own private balcony overlooking the beautiful greenspace where she can see sunsets, deer, a variety of birds, and even have an herb garden.Inside, I was shocked to see that, indeed, we were able to fit the contents of my mothers home that she wanted to bring with her, into her apartment. The master en suite is safe and convenient, the walk-in shower with two seats is a dream, and the full sized washer and dryer, right in her unit means that she can do her own laundry and at her leisure with no steps!Having a den AND a powder room gives Mom some welcome additional space for TV watching and for her computer and office. And the full sized appliances in the kitchen mean that Christmas baking can proceed this year, just as it always has.But most of all, I see how happy my mother is. She still drives, but the Vincentian shuttle takes her to Mass, to the grocery store and to nearby medical appointments. That relieves my mind and I know that the shuttle will be a Godsend in the winter when I cant get over to take her to outside obligations.om said that she loves Terrace Place, and as they say, happy Mother, happy daughter. She is participating in an exercise class, learning new technology in the building (including her lighting system and her iPad) and shes even enrolled in a swim class at La Roche University, just across the street.The staff is creative and thoughtful: from the resident Manager to the Students in Residence, the maintenance staff and the drivers, they are kind and considerate of the residents, and I feel safe entrusting my mothers well-being to them.Five stars for Terrace Place at Vincentian.

Terrace Place is a beautiful, new, active 55+ apartment community located in the heart of McCandless Township. If you are looking to right size, I highly recommend a visit to our community.

In the interest of full disclosure: I am the manager of this property. Im incredibly proud of the design and finished product of the building: the beauty is evident, especially in the interior and courtyard. Ive taken great strides to build a robust calendar of events and activities, and the students who live on site and help with the programs have been nothing short of wonderful. Our site is equipped with smart technology that is easy to use and streamlines the resident experience. We offer a unique experience unlike anything else in the area- give us a call and come check it out!

Had the pleasure of attending a recent event at Terrace Place with my parents. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The style is beautiful and modern and Terrace Place has the elegant conveniences that make you feel like youre visiting a top-notch hotel. The apartments are well appointed and It was fun to learn about the Smart technology. Terrace Place has really thought of everything.
