I would like to thank the gentleman who answered the phone this morning 7/25/24. I was assisting my neighbor find out if her friend who lives in Assisted or independent living was ok. My neighbor was unable to contact her friend for more than a week and my neighbor was very concerned. I am a healthcare worker myself and understand the restrictions in providing any health or resident information to the public. The gentleman who answered the phone was patient, kind and cautiously helpful. He listened to our concerns, and when I requested a wellness check he reassured us that he would check on my neighbor's friend. My neighbor was able to speak to her friend of 50 years through the kind staff who helped the gentleman make the connection. That is true customer service! Too often healthcare workers hear only complaints. On this Sunday your team shined and offered my neighbor and I the attention, kindness and gentle care that is priceless. Thank you.

I've visited many many senior living places. The place is really nice, convenient location. Staff is exceptionally nice- friendly and caring. The residents are mainly educated, social and active. Clearly there are many activities and the grounds are beautiful.

We recently toured Luther Crest nursing home and assisted living. The place was pristine with very friendly staff. The amenities were state of the art including the pool and a great gym. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and was able to answer all of our questions. All the residence looked so well taken care of which gave us peace of mind for our loved one. I cannot recommend this place enough. A++

I normally do not take the time to post a review, but I believe in this case it is warranted. My great aunt resides at Luther Crest nursing home, and I have never seen her happier. She is honestly thriving. I believe the center has a new nursing director and an administrator and we are seeing a huge difference in operations and well being of our loved one. I could not say better things and just very happy we chose this facility for my aunt. Thank you all for your hard work.

I am truly impressed by the care provided to residents of Lutheran Crest following a dietetic internship rotation at this facility. I received nothing but positive feedback from both long-term and short-term rehab residents during interviews. Highly recommend this team of caring individuals!

We recently visited a family member (we are from out of state) and found the staff to be attentive, caring, respectful and there was good resident to staff ratio. When our aunt needed something, staff were able to respond to her quite quickly. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, the quality of the food prepared, and the genuine care and concern that staff seemed to have for residents.

After my dad passed away my mom moved into an independent living. The apartment was perfect for what she required, and she was very happy with it. She developed and still maintains a fantastic social network and has a great relationship with the many other residents and staff. Due to my mom's condition, she now requires more assistance and has moved into the personal care unit. The daily staff there are very professional, quite considerate, and very caring. The medical staff is very easy to work with and there is constant communication between the doctor, nurses, and us. It was a great decision for my mom to come here.

The staff and environment at Luther Crest are truly amazing. From the friendly receptionist, the nurses and aides, to the housekeepers and the dining staff. Everyone is friendly and you can tell the residents are well cared for and the staff love their jobs.

I've worked at Luther Crest and for Diakon for over 8 years and can't say enough great things about the community and organization. Are there challenges at times? Yes. We get through them and come out stronger and better every time. The service and dedication of the staff is amazing and I'm proud to be a part of such a wonderful, caring and active team and community.

I am a resident here at Luther Crest independent living for the past year. My husband came with me but wound up in Memory Care after a bout with Covid. The care his is receiving is important to our family. The staff is very giving and respectful and meets all his needs. He seems to enjoy the food and he does take part in some of the activities. My mom was recently IP for a few weeks at this Rehab and she loved this place. Her nurse Diane was amazing. She was so friendly with my mom. She loved so many of the people who gave her care. She was in 3 nursing homes in the last year and this is the only one she didn't want to leave. Her care was top notch. She actually was progressing from the therapy for the first time. I would recommend this place for anyone who wants the best for the ones they love!

I think Luther Crest is a wonderful community. My friend who is a newer resident totally loves everything about the facility. There is plenty of activities for my friend to enjoy. She is making new friends daily. It took her a little time to get in the swing. She cant believe it took her so long to make the decision to move in. She loves the food, and I don't have to worry about her well being. Thanks to the LC team for taking care of my friend.

I have worked with numerous professionals at Luther Crest dating back to 2006, and I have always found them to be good to work with. I have observed that they care about their residents and work hard to ensure that all have a safe and enjoyable experience. I have been on site many times and residents have always seemed happy.
