My mom, Joan, 90 years-old, spent 6 weeks at DevonHouse following a fall a bank hand sanitizing station resulting in a left shoulder fracture, cardiac arrhythmia, SVT & LLE DVT. A very independent lady, the unexpected injury & subsequent hospitalization & rehab, really left Mom traumatized & terrified of falling again. She had a very humbling hospital & rehab experience. When her 20 rehab days completed, she was not quite ready to come back to her home. My sister & I selected DevonHouse Senior Living and were so happy & satisfied with the outcome of her stay there! From the day of her arrival DevonHouse, my mom felt welcomed & treated with respect. She loved Chef Jim’s food and enjoyed the variety of activities that were offered (the daily exercise class, multiple socials for ice cream, wine & cheese, concerts on the patio).The staff are all very friendly & loyal! The director, Mike, leads & sets an outstanding example. The Fox Physical & Occupational therapists are excellent! Jenna & Betsy assessed & customized a PT, OT regimen that has allowed Mom to transition back to home. She will continue w, Fox home PT, OT until she meets her home PT, OT goals. Thank you, DevonHouse Senior Living, for the excellent care & allowing my mom to regain her confidence & get back to her home.

Our elderly family member is receiving the kind of care that makes all of us very comfortable. While many senior living facilities are understaffed, we have never had that impression with Devon House. Our questions are answered promptly, and our family member is living in a clean, well organized, and very professional facility.

Working at DevonHouse is fantastic! DevonHouse is family owned, hands on with employees, residents and their families. The strong connection among the team resonates throughout. It is a place where residents are put first with first class hospitality and employees are recognized for their work and accomplishments. I enjoy helping seniors and coming to DevonHouse everyday!

My father spent 4 months living at Devon House .The entire staff took such great care of him. All I had to do is ask and no matter if it was care or administrative they saw our needs met. My father passed on not only will I miss him but also the staff at Devon. Thank you all so much David Kurtz

They are a very caring staff, and there are a lot of staff per resident. I am glad my family members are being well taken care of. Note: this facility has 90% or more of the residents using walkers or wheelchairs, so its for the elderly who really cant live at home.
