I want to give a specific shout out to Spring Ridge, Anne Lise and her care team in the memory care unit! They have so much care and compassion and love their residents! I highly recommend Spring Ridge and love working with this community!

I have thought a lot about leaving this review but I think now that I have left the company in Vernon away for a few months and got my head clear it’s a good time to leave this review I worked at Springridge Court in the Enliven unit for just a month shy of four years I enjoyed my time there it’s a grate company

Before signing your contract make sure you will have recourse for unmet contracted services provided. This includes regular weekly housekeeping and access to electric vehicle charging included in cost of monthly fees, which are exorbitant and increasing in the midst is inflationary economics.

I toured the community with my grandma who is looking to start the next journey of her life. I was nothing but impressed. The campus is beautiful both inside and outside - clean and fresh. The staff are warm and welcoming and the current residents were friendly and easily approachable. Lunch was amazing!! I was surprised how relaxed my grandma was and how much she felt at ease while we were visiting. Nice work! 🙂

I've been here a year now, and am very satisfied. It's head and shoulders above the other facikities I looked at. The staff is great, the food is very good with a large and varied menu, and the faciliteis are well maintained. The other residents are very nice, and I enjoy socializing. I especially like the bacon!

I have a family member living here. It is warm and inviting. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The entire atmosphere is happy and positive. The food is wonderful. You wont find a better place.

My Mother was moved here from the Independent facility and was very well taken of by her main caregivers although they were always rushed as there were never enough caregivers it seemed. There were a lot of new faces all the time which was a little disconcerting. When it came time for mother to move to a facility that could provide more one on one, I really had no help or guidance from SRC where Mum had been for at least two years. Her rent went up every year and the services seemed to be diminish by the same percentage. It was most upsetting when I let them know Mother had passed away not to hear from anyone, as they all professed to "love" my Mum. I really felt that whenever I had something to say about cleanliness or lack of, there was always an excuse or my comment ignored. Also, on more than one occasion, I had to point out a skin tear or issue with Mothers health that needed addressing. I wonder what would happen if I was not able to visit on a weekly basis. All in all, the facility itself is very clean and daily activities excellent. A slight staff communication issue was resent but not too much of a problem. Expensive, but worth it after other facilities looked at. The lack of communication and compassion after Mum left is the sad part.

We liked SpringRidge at Charbonneau as soon as we walked in because everybody was smiling and friendly. The place was nice, very clean, and very well done. There were lots of activities, and the food was good. The staff member who gave us the tour was fairly new but did very well.

Beautiful location and wonderful staff. The more you thank them the more they offer. Even without thanks they are always striving to improve my grandmothers well being. Occasionally the food is hard to eat but if you respectfully ask for something else like a chocolate smoothie, which isnt even on the menu they happily oblige.Thanks for the milkshake!
