I have been here to this facility many of times for visits with residents and can’t say enough how impressed I am with how much staff cares for their residents. The staff here is always very much involved and keeping the residents very active . I absolutely love walking into this facility and seeing the smiles on the residents faces and the staff is always so nice and so helpful.

Family members have lived in the assisted living and memory care. The staff is great, very caring, The facility is very nice,and they do provide fun activities. The food leans toward healthy and is pretty good, even for those with challenges eating and swallowing. We have even had family get togethers on their movie theater room and activities room.

A wonderful management team, and the most exceptional care team! Such a warm and cozy environment that anyone would love to call home. With all the amazing staff here, you can almost guarantee life is just a little easier here for your loved ones. Definitely recommend stopping by for a tour!

This is a wonderful place. My husband has been in Memory Care at the Springs Wilsonville for over a year. They are skilled professionals with more heart than I have ever witnessed. My husband is cared for my Max Tuppan - his med tech and Athena Dalton his nurse. They orchestrate the wonderful care he receives there. . They are the most caring people I have met in the geriatric healthcare world. I visit often and continue to be amazed.

This facility is 100%. My father was previously in an assisted living that was rated 4.8 stars and did not exactly live up to that. The springs in Wilsonville gives everything and my father is so happy here. They are able to recommend doctors that can see him in the facility, and they are able to help him navigate a quick return from a hospital visit. This is his home and everyone caring for him is very well trained and committed. He has peace of mind here and I am able to just be his kid...

I live at The springs in Wilsonville. I am a total quad for the past 3 years. I cannot imagine a better place to live, especially the food. The residents are especially friendly and that is because they are happy. The staff is phenomenal. Nursing, care and dining staff. We all dine together and it is a big family.

My parents have lived at the Wilsonville Springs for 20 months now. They recently moved from assisted living to memory care. While they lived in assisted living, they enjoyed the dinning room with cloth napkins and table cloths and a nice variety of foods (and Ice cream!). They loved the people who helped take care of them and enjoyed the friendliness of all the staff, from administration to housekeepers to grounds keepers. It is a lovely community in a neighborhood that is easy to walk around. There is also a self contained courtyard which the residents in memory care can access and enjoy, but be safe. The move from assisted living to memory care was difficult as all moves are, but the staff were wonderful and helped a lot with the transition. We did not notice a large turnover in staff, except in the nursing department and the people in contact with the residents every day have been wonderful.

We are very happy with the care that our Aunt gets here! The food is great, the place is clean and smells great, and ALL of the staff are compassionate and attentive. The activities vary, and are interesting and relevant for the range of ages and abilities. Props to Tasha, Jessica, Molly and McKenzie (and everyone else!) for going above and beyond daily. Regarding the other reviews; the assisted living industry has a notoriously high turnover. It happens everywhere, but we have seen very little turnover here. We had heard horror stories about these places, and had legitimate concerns about our relative fitting in, due to to her age and diagnosis. (Early Onset Alzheimers @ 62 y/o!) We all feel like we lucked out when we chose this facility - She is VERY happy and so are we! Thanks for everything!

Our experience with The Springs was also quite disappointing, mostly due to the staff turnover. My mom was there for 6 months and definitely declined while there; every time she got comfortable with staff and we felt they knew her, they were gone. I also felt (as did she) that no one truly cared about her, no one encouraged her or helped her find things to get involved with or to do much more than just sit in her apartment. Some of the aides were wonderful and caring, but they were very aware of their role/pecking order and seemed afraid of rocking the boat at all, so their impact was minimal. When my mom was hospitalized and "temporarily" gone for two months, never once did anyone call to inquire as to her health, and when she died we never once heard from them to express condolences, not even when we were there to pack up her belongings. That total indifference left me with a bad feeling, a simple card would have meant a lot! A lovely facility that promises a lot but doesn't seem to deliver....
