Family members have lived in the assisted living and memory care. The staff is great, very caring, The facility is very nice,and they do provide fun activities. The food leans toward healthy and is pretty good, even for those with challenges eating and swallowing. We have even had family get togethers on their movie theater room and activities room.

Working for Hospice I am in and out of multiple different communities. I can easily say that the staff at this community appear to genuinely care about their residents. The building is beautiful and it is nice to see that they offer different levels of care for their memory care residents. Most Memory Care communities that I've gone to have all the Dementia patients grouped together, but here, they have different wings so the ones who are not that "bad", but have some Dementia are with others who are at around the same level as them. This is one of the Assisted Living/Memory Care communities I would want to put someone I love in if needed. I highly recommend them.

A wonderful management team, and the most exceptional care team! Such a warm and cozy environment that anyone would love to call home. With all the amazing staff here, you can almost guarantee “life is just a little easier here” for your loved ones. Definitely recommend stopping by for a tour!

I can't say enough about my dad's wonderful care team at The Springs Wilsonville. Not only do they take loving and attentive care of my father, they do everything they can to help family members feel included and supported during the difficult journey. My dad lights up when he talks about the fun, & stimulating activities he gets to do thanks to Rick "aka Mr. Fun". He looks forward to these fun events and they help him feel youthful and connected. You just want to give Athena and Max the biggest hug every time you see them. I am so grateful for them. If I or any of my other loved ones are in need of similar care, I would not hesitate to return to the Springs at Wilsonville.

I live at The springs in Wilsonville. I am a total quad for the past 3 years. I cannot imagine a better place to live, especially the food. The residents are especially friendly and that is because they are happy. The staff is phenomenal. Nursing, care and dining staff. We all dine together and it is a big family.

My parents have lived at the Wilsonville Springs for 20 months now. They recently moved from assisted living to memory care. While they lived in assisted living, they enjoyed the dinning room with cloth napkins and table cloths and a nice variety of foods (and Ice cream!). They loved the people who helped take care of them and enjoyed the friendliness of all the staff, from administration to housekeepers to grounds keepers. It is a lovely community in a neighborhood that is easy to walk around. There is also a self contained courtyard which the residents in memory care can access and enjoy, but be safe. The move from assisted living to memory care was difficult as all moves are, but the staff were wonderful and helped a lot with the transition. We did not notice a large turnover in staff, except in the nursing department and the people in contact with the residents every day have been wonderful.

This community was perfect for my mother. When you walk in the front door it feels like home. It's very warm and inviting. Wonderful staff that truly care. Everyone was helpful when you have a question. It is clean and no odors. I saw a sign on their front desk that showed they had a perfect state survey. That was very important to me that they work hard to have good quality. My Mom loved living there.

We are very happy with the care that our Aunt gets here! The food is great, the place is clean and smells great, and ALL of the staff are compassionate and attentive. The activities vary, and are interesting and relevant for the range of ages and abilities. Props to Tasha, Jessica, Molly and McKenzie (and everyone else!) for going above and beyond daily. Regarding the other reviews; the assisted living industry has a notoriously high turnover. It happens everywhere, but we have seen very little turnover here. We had heard horror stories about these places, and had legitimate concerns about our relative fitting in, due to to her age and diagnosis. (Early Onset Alzheimers at 62 y-o!) We all feel like we lucked out when we chose this facility - She is VERY happy and so are we! Thanks for everything!

I encourage everyone to do their own research but I hope they also check out The Springs at Wilsonville. If they do, I am sure this would be the place they would make their final decision on. My husband is adjusting to the move there slowly but he really enjoys it. He loves the staff and enjoys the food. I have absolutely no complaints at all about this community. It is exemplary!

They are doing a pretty good job here. The internal communication between the onsite caregivers, and the nurse could be improved. It's a nice place, it's very clean, and the staff is friendly. There are some things that need to be worked out with a shared room, like where things are kept and such, just working out that balance. The activities are good, they offer both onsite and offsite activities. There have been a few meal requests that have been made that we have had to repeat a few times, but I think that goes back to their communication.
