What an amazing place! I would recommend highly for those looking for a wonderful place for their elders to live. The staff in the front end are always attentive and polite! Woodside has really come a long ways!!!! Every staff member including management to kitchen staff, floor staff, and even housekeepers have gone over and beyond to ensure their residents get the best care possible. As soon as you walk through the doors you get a sense of family. The bond between staff and residents is refreshing. Can not say enough good things about this community ❤️

Where do I start. I know, the staff. They are so loving, kind and helpful. But what about the food you might ask. Excellent. My husband Mel and I had lunch with mom today, resident Laura Dork. The soup of the day was split pea. one of my all time favorites. It was hot, fresh and delicious. Thank you Frank one of our favorite Chefs. The activities are numerous and fun-filled, thanks Kelly. And youll always get a friendly hello from the entire staff starting with Courtney at the reception desk. Thank you Woodside for making my mom feel right at home everyday!

Brookdale Springfield Woodside's food was good. They had ice cream socials, games, shopping, and sightseeing tours on a bus. They also had lunches out. The rooms were all satisfactory. They had studios and one-bedrooms. They were all nice and well-maintained.

I have to say that I am very happy with everything this community has done for my mother. She has acclimated very well into her new living environment and has really made her self right at home. The food they server is wonderful. She attends all three meals a day and really enjoys her dinning experience. They also offer a great activity program including bingo, crafts, and movie theater field trips. I have had a pleasant experience and would defiantly recommend this place.

I found out about Brookdale Springfield, Woodside, from A Place For Mom. I would NOT put my mom, anywhere I would not want to be. My mom has lived with me, for seven years, and is 93 yrs. old. Because of my health I needed to find, an assisted living for her. I was very impressed with the staff at Woodside. All of them are professional and CARING. Sometimes, they are short staffed, during dinner time. My mother is engaging into the lifestyle, and doing many activities, and looks forward each day, to visit with her friends, during her meals. She is happy, and doing better than I expected, which is a real comfort to me.

My parents have been in Woodside for 5 months. I was so very relieved after visiting for several weeks this summer. I was very happy with staff and the over all condition of the facility. They were in an adult foster home for a month prior to going to Woodside. They were not happy and were not treated well at all in the foster home, so I was very happy to see how well they were doing. It was a BIG relief to know they were well treated and cared for. I have nothing but great appreciation for all the staff. Thank you for taking such good care of my parents and all your smiling faces.

On care services, I am getting too many phone calls. I'm getting a little tired of it. They seem to be going through growing pains. I know they're trying to get coordinated. I get medicines for my mom and I will drop it off and then the next morning will get a phone call saying they need her medicine. Their communication is off internally. Their staff is very helpful and very nice and nice to my mom.
