I attended an after hours event at Timber Pointe and was so impressed! The facility is gorgeous, and clean. Most of all, the staff is caring, sweet, and attentative. I would consider staying here myself, if I needed to!

In December I became a part of the management team at Timber Pointe and I can honestly say without a doubt that it is the best group of people I have ever worked with! They are passionate and caring about both our residents and fellow staff members, everyone comes together for each other and supports, I love it!

Ive worked in a lot of different communities in the area, and Timber Pointe is by far the best one Ive ever worked in. The staff truly care about our residents, as well as other staff. Its like one big family here! The staff are more then willing to help with just about any task, as well. We have an amazing nursing staff, as well as management team. I truly enjoy coming to work everyday!

My grandma is a new resident here and every single day I get a call from her telling me how much she LOVES it! Chelser, my girls are so good to me They feed me so well here! The food is just amazing Its so beautiful in here I love my apartment She is so happy with the care she is receiving and she tells me she would recommend this place to any of her friends! Unfortunately she moved in just 2 weeks before they shut down for COVID but even without visitors she is very content! Thank you Timber Pointe staff for making my grandma feel right at home!

The staff is completely awesome! They let my mom have birdfeeders and hummingbird feeders and chimes outside her window and theyre always kind to her and very helpful Im so glad that they are there when Im not able to be.

My parents are quite comfortable in their new home, A 700sqft apartment. Housekeeping and maintenance services are stellar. Residents are well cared for. COVID protocols are adhered to and communicated to family members.

Everything here is a blessing for my sis Barbi and me. it feels like a wee taste of Heaven. Tammy, Val, Precious, Jeannie and Matt, Donna - omigosh, the list goes on forever! All the staff are wonderful and have made the transition from private home life to assisted living a true pleasure. And the residents, the food, the friends, the laughs and all the activities - dont get me started! I am a very wordy writer and the praises continue...

Tammy Ticker, Val Hull lead a a compassionate caring team that serves 100+ residents. Tammy, the director comes in on holidays to help serve meals and just be with her residents and has set at the bedside of other residents so they would not be alone. How many other MANAGERS would give up part of their holiday to be at their job because they care about the people they work with and those they serve. Call and her team plan lots of activities from simple things like games and crats to scenic drives and trips to the coast. She over sees any group that wants to form (e.g., cooking club, garden club, etc) She also arranges music or other entertainment for a weekly ice cream social on Wednesdays and happy hour on Fridays. There are weekly trips to various shopping locations and a chance to do their own banking.I had to move my Mom from Arizona to Oregon due to failing health, which she was not at all happy about until she found out all the activities available and made new friends. Now I schedule my time with Mom around things planned at Timber Pointe. She loves it and the staff. I feel comfortable going on trips out of the country because I know Mom is loved and cared for in my absence. Thanks to great leadership at Timber Pointe!

Everything at Brookdale Springfield Briarwood was nice. The food was good and appealing. The staff seemed to be very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The rooms seemed very nice and had adequate space for one person. The hallways were kind of long to get from the rooms to the dining area or library. I noticed some cobwebs and a few areas needed touch up paint.

Everyone has their opinion about any community. Brookdale Briarwood is an awesome community. I served coffee this morning and all residents looked happy, the food looks great, and smells good. The atmosphere looks welcoming. We do our best to serve our residents daily. We as people and human beings are not perfect. Every community goes through a dark cloud, but we don't give up. We learn and we fix things to make it better. We don't judge. There is so much hatred in the world, we don't need to continue the negativity, we create positivity through learning, training, and meeting the needs of those we serve daily.

We had a pleasant visit at Brookdale Springfield Briarwood. We are actually going back to talk to the administration because we are putting my mom in there. We like that place. The apartment would suit her needs; it is handicap accessible, and it is nice, clean, and tidy. They've got a very nice selection of food options, and the residents seem to really enjoy it. The cooks there are even willing to take in family recipes and be able to make them for the entire community at any given time. They're very receptive to the needs of the residents. The staff is very friendly and very understanding of the intricacies of this type of a challenge. Their pricing is reasonable; it is about the same as most of the places in the area.

At Brookdale Springfield Briarwood, I like the idea that if you run out of money, you could move into at the next level of care and you could go into Medicaid where you get a subsidy from the government. So if your money runs out, you could still stay there. Also just by looking at the menu, the food looked wonderful.

Emeritus at Springfield Campus looked very neat, clean, and nice. It was just overwhelming to my wife because it's too big. They have different kinds of choices with regards to the rooms they have studio apartments up to single room apartments. The staff were friendly; they were okay.
