We have two family members living here at Timber Pointe. Their apartments are bright, spacious and clean. The food overall is very good and the care they receive is very good as well. There are many excellent and caring people here from housekeeping to care givers, med techs, nursing staff, the front desk and admin. I would especially like to point out the help of Jeannie Lindle, our resident traffic controller. Thank you to everyone who gives their best to care for those we love.

My wife and I were so impressed with the ease and welcome experienced when my wife chose Timber Pointe for her Mother. The staff is exceptional and very available for questions to ease concerns that arise when navigating the uncharted waters of this difficult transition in caring for an elderly parent.

I am very impressed and satisfied with Timber Point Senior Living. It is a beautiful facility and the staff are very caring and friendly. The rooms, the dining area, the activity rooms, the grounds and the 50s diner are all so tastefully decorated. I recently moved my 85 year old father in to Timber Pointe and feel confident he is receiving the best possible care. Thank you for all that you do!

People are kind, although turnover is high for the underpaid staff. Food was good initially, but two cooks later it's not as good. Not a lot of help or assistance with figuring out spin down to Medicaid. Good short term spot. Grateful for that.

My grandma and I toured timber pointe with Scott and he was a breath of fresh air! We were met with a smile that could put any stressful situation to rest. My grandma has been very hesitant with this next step in senior living Scott was so reassuring that there is no rush and many other resources while she’s transitioning into this next chapter. I was extremely taken back by how much thought and passion Scott had for what he does and how much he cared for the residents during our time with him on our tour. He was able to give me in home care information which I very much appreciated!

Well I can personally tell you from the experience of getting our in laws into Timber point, from looking and touring a lot of senior facilities that by far Timber point has exceptional customer service from the people at the front desk to the facilities care team Scott Hanson he is exceptional was the one on of the easiest to talk with getting all the information and answering questions and knows how to take care of family members the way they should. This is the place for your loved ones to come they will take care of them as they are family. I researched other facilities & Timber Point is the best! Scott, Jeanne, Mel & the nursing staff are absolutely amazing!! Anytime I have a question, I txt or call & they immediately respond with an answer. The room for my dad is spacious & clean. Could not be happier. Even the residents are sweet & ask about my dad. Move in day there was a lady I believe was named Margo or Margie, a resident in a wheelchair, she said she was like an ambassador & asked all about my dad & his Vet years ect What a great lady!! felt welcoming. Thank you for all you do Timber Point!!

Timber Pointe is an amazing place for my 90 year old parents. The staff is so supportive and friendly, ready to help at any given time. My mom loves how caring and supportive the staff is. You can't walk through the place without some saying hi or asking how everything is going. I sleep better at night knowing my parents are in good hands. I highly recommend them.

Timber Pointe is an amazing community if you are looking for an assisted living senior living facility. The staff is friendly and eager to help. Most of the residents are outgoing and easy to get to know. A variety of activities occur throughout the day to keep us entertained. Bingo, Farkle, Artsy Fartsy, WII Bowling and Hand and Foot are just a few of the social activities available. Movies with popcorn on Sunday afternoons. A variety of excursions are available including shopping and banking. Medical transportation is available Monday through Wednesday on the facility bus. Each floor has its own medtech and personal assistant as well as a nurse available for your personal care. Mom and I moved here in September of 2022 and love being part of this amazing community.

Garden Way Retirement Community had the great pleasure in partnering with Timber Pointe Senior Living for an U of O vs. Cardinals Tailgate Party. Residents from both communities had a fun time and all proceeds went to the Alzheimers Association. We can't wait to do it again. Timber Pointe Senior Living is such a beautiful community. When we were looking for a place for our mom to live, about a year ago, this is the place we would have chosen! We decided she was not quite ready for assisted living at the time, but when she is Timber Pointe is our choice. The staff is friendly, the residents seem very happy, and the apartments are beautifully suited for senior residents. Scott and Maya are a joy to work with. They are so professional and knowledgeable. I recently started working with Adult Living Solutions, a Senior Placement agency. I look forward to helping people move into Timber Pointe.

I LOVE Timber Pointe. My grandmother in-law live there and she receives the best care! The staff is so friendly and professional. The living quarters are very open and spacious yet cozy and inviting. My parents are quite comfortable in their new home, A 700sqft apartment. Housekeeping and maintenance services are stellar. Residents are well cared for. COVID protocols are adhered to and communicated to family members.

The staff is completely awesome! They let my mom have birdfeeders and hummingbird feeder’s and chimes outside her window and they’re always kind to her and very helpful I’m so glad that they are there when I’m not able to be.

Everyone has their opinion about any community. Brookdale Briarwood is an awesome community. I served coffee this morning and all residents looked happy, the food looks great, and smells good. The atmosphere looks welcoming. We do our best to serve our residents daily. We as people and human beings are not perfect. Every community goes through a dark cloud, but we don't give up. We learn and we fix things to make it better. We don't judge. There is so much hatred in the world, we don't need to continue the negativity, we create positivity through learning, training, and meeting the needs of those we serve daily.
