I am a senior living advisor with Senior One Source and have had the privilege to tour and move my clients into The Ackerly community. The process of touring, learning about how the community can meet my client's needs has been very professional and a positive experience for all involved. The updates I have gotten from my clients since moving in have expressed that their care needs, social and cognitive needs are being met. My clients are enjoying the activities and feel cared for by the staff.

My New home here at the Ackerly is truly a wonderful place. The Staff makes you feel like family, so helpful with any request you might need. All the Staff is outstanding, and I would like to thank one special young man by the name of Nathan in Plant Operations for his assistance in getting set up in my new home. A great experience in living! A five star environment with a very supportive and caring staff. The Prime Fit program directed by Nate, the support of Plant Operations managed by Nathan, John, the first class chef, and the rest of the amazing staff along with the friendliness of the residents and the activities offered make living here very special. What a beautiful setting and so many details tended to. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. There was a trio, live music playing upon my visit there today. So nice to see the residents and staff alike, engaged in the festivities of wine and music.

So happy we chose The Ackerly. We love everything about it. The staff are wonderful, always ready to assist when needed. The food is good, a great exercise program and gym, fun activities, it is truly a FIVE Star resident. I hope this cruise never docks! Come visit and check it out for yourself.

Thank you for all you are doing for my parents and other peoples parents during COVID 19. Life changed for all of us these last weeks including my parents. They are in social distancing and protection at your retirement apartments in Oregon. My sister is their go between getting them supplies and dropping them off at the door. She calls them, encourages and we are mystified at how much Kleenex and toilet paper two people can use. They are a little bored but watching tv and meals are delivered to the door by the staff. The staff have been asked not to go to certain places, have their temperature taken as they start the day. Thats amazing. Thanks for taking care of my parents. Again, thanks for what you are doing for all our parents. We appreciate you! I just wanted you to hear that today.
