My mom has lived at The Springs at Lancaster Village assisted living for almost 4 years. Recently her health has declined, as well as her cognitive state. Staff take excellent care of her, are patient, know her preferences and honor them. Staff are friendly and bring a smile when assisting her. Staff are also friendly to family members and many greet me by name. There are many varied activities for residents and all are encouraged to participate regardless of their abilities. Administration is quick to answer any questions or discuss concerns or care needs. The most important part is mom is happy and knows she is well cared for.

My mom has been at The Springs at Lancaster Village in assisted living for three years, and she truly loves it. I do, too. You can’t put a price on the peace of mind that comes from knowing your loved one is receiving excellent care from attentive, kind people. From caregivers and med techs to activities, maintenance, laundry, dining, and administrative staff ” everyone contributes to a warm, well‘run community. I highly recommend checking out Lancaster Village if your parent needs assisted living or independent living. It has been a great experience for our family.

My mom has only resided at the Springs for a few weeks, so it will be a while before I'm ready to give a longer term review. However, the staff could not have been more helpful with the process of getting my mom moved in and guiding us through the few hiccups along the way. Everyone has been friendly in the short time she has been there.

Really great facility. Loving, caring staff, good leadership. My mom and aunt both love living there. They were at another care home on Salem that was not good & I was told by them they are going to get the same care elsewhere. That was not true. Night & day difference.

My mother in law has resided at Lancaster Village for 8 years now. There has been some change in staff with new ownership/management but those who remain, have been faithful to make sure her change of care and needs are met timely. We are in the process of transitioning her to assisted living at The Springs and the experience/support Suzie Robinson has provided, has been invaluable. We have been very pleased with this facility and recommend them without reservation.

My mom has lived in the Retirement building and now in ASL. I am very happy with the attention they give to her. They are not intrusive, but are attentive when there is a need, like an illness or injury. Mom has dementia but even so, she says that if she can't be home that Lancaster Village is a great alternative. Mom has been there for over 4 years now.

We shared dinner with a resident last evening, and the dining room staff was pleasant, professional. efficient, and accommodating. You have a great staff in the dining room!

The staff is very kind but clearly has not been trained. Not having supplies ready and wearing used gloves to get clean supplies will only lead to infection. The turnover rate is rediculous. No training and leaving new people on their own after a day isn't right. $5000 should pay for a clean room that doesn't have blood stains in the carpet.

While visiting my dad I had the opportunity to see first hand what it's like at the village. The facility and grounds are clean and very well kept. With a friendly staff and scrumptious grub.
