These ladies were always very kind. When I had a poor experience with a client they were very supportive and placed me with another client rather quickly. The only downside to this type of work is that you have to be flexible with the hours of clients because it can be very part-time. I had always worked at a facility as a CNA so this was a welcome change in term of the challenges of nursing home work dynamics. At the time I worked with helping hands, I was attending college so it worked for my class schedule and a good experience all around.

I had the absolute pleasure of working for family resources for 6 months and it was the best experience I have ever had at a job. All of then managers are great but Andrew snider is one of the greatest managers I've have ever had and will ever have. His communication with me was incredible and all of my clients would say they loved when Drew called because he took the time to know them a little more personally. He ALWAYS made sure I always felt safe and comfortable at any clients house I went to and the moment I didn't he found me a different client. He made me feel super appreciated by inviting me into the office and checking up on how I was doing and made it a point to tell me how much I mattered to clients. He was super nice and understanding when I couldn't make a shift. I would 100% go back and work at family resources just because of the way Drew treated me like family and always looked out for me. I would 100% recommend working for the Portland east branch because all of the management is amazing and they all truly care about you as an employee!!!
