I'm the bath aide from Tenderly Hospice that has been going to Mapleview Manor for over a year. The staff are always helpful, most of the time helping me in some way with the showers by bringing me the patient or setting up clothing. They make you feel welcomed and valued. Residents here are always well taken care of, clean, health, and most importantly happy. The rooms are immaculately cleaned, you could swipe the shelves and not get dust, and look beautiful. If I had a family member that needed to go into memory care, I would chose Mapleview Manor without a second thought.

Mapleview Manor is the only place that I seriously considered when placing my mother in memory care. She has had the best possible care here. The staff is uniformly outstanding. I know that they actually care about all aspects of my mother's life. The facility is beautiful, decorated like a home, not a hospital. It's light, bright, clean, and smells good. The activities are varied and enriched mom's stay. The grounds are so pretty, and so well kept. I cannot say enough good things about everything and everyone involved in the loving home that took care of my mother.

My relative has been a resident at Mapleview Manor since spring of 2023. I chose the facility after witnessing the exceptional TLC a close friend who was like family received here and when it was time to make a choice for my relative I knew just where to go. This has been my experience: From the moment you walk in the door you feel the warm atmosphere as you are greeted by staff and begin to see, hear and smell the things which contribute to the culture of this facility. A true family living environment. The facility is sparkling clean, smells fresh and residents rooms look comfortable and personalized but neat and tidy as if they have just been cleaned. When our family member was admitted the nurse administrator was thorough, warm, welcoming and reassuring during the admission process and very good about communication. The interim administrator and Raluca and all the caregivers have continued that process throughout our residents stay. Caregivers are consistently patient and use creative strategies and consistently present cheerful genuine demeanor, pay close attention to and give good daily attention to their patients skin integrity, cleanliness and other Activities of Daily Living. Staff work hard to get to know their residents likes and dislikes and meet their preferences and needs whether it be a type of food, knowing they like matching clothing, preferences for type , texture or flavor of food , a favorite chair, shoe or slipper, a specific seat cushion or a type of blanket. Residents are treated with dignity and respect. I have witnessed caregivers use many different strategies to approach bewildered or agitated residents with compassion and grace to resolve situations which might compromise a residents comfort, safety or well being. The food is carefully prepared by the house supervisor and a Chef and always seems to have an enticing dessert at the end of dinner. They have paid special care to our family members nutrition and provided modifications as necessary due to her changing physical and nutritional needs making adaptations along the way and using and trying various adaptive equipment we have provided. I highly recommend you Mapleview Manor!

Our family was so lucky to have found MapleView Manor for our Mom. The facility is spotless and has a very homey feel. The grounds are also beautiful and so peaceful. Best part about Mapleview are the caregivers and staff. They truly care for the residents and are always friendly. Consider yourself lucky if MapleView has any openings for your loved one.

My parents have been living at Mapleview Manor for 10 months. They receive excellent care. The food is prepared by a chef and all residents look forward to meal time. The caregivers are very kind and patient. My dad has gained weight and strength. Both parents are benefitting tremendously from regular meals, walking, regular bathing and frequent activities and outside music. The facility is kept unbelievably clean. Raluca and Eugene are very hardworking, caring proprietors with outstanding integrity. I highly recommend Mapleview Manor.

Mapleview Manor is head and shoulders better than any other memory care facility I have ever seen. It is owned and directed by Roluca and Eugene who ensure the safety, cleanliness, kindness, caring, and comfort of all residents. It is very quiet and an outdoor patio with an adjoining walking path thru beautiful trees, plants, and flowers is a great way to spend a summers day. My wife has lived in Mapleview Manor for nearly 6 months, and I have observed firsthand the professionalism and skillful ability caregivers provide for my Wife and her special needs. It is not a "one size fits all" approach but rather a "flexible" approach to achieve the desired results. I am so thankful that I selected Mapleview Manor to be my wife's residence. If you're looking for a great place for your loved one to stay, this should be at the top of your list !!!

I could not be more pleased with the care my mother is receiving at Mapleview. In reading other reviews for this facility, I have to agree with all the 5-star ratings. The residents' rooms and bathrooms and the common areas are kept immaculately clean. The food is beautifully prepared with careful attention to special dietary needs. The furniture, decor and ammenities in the common areas and in each resident's room are beautiful, comfortable and functional. Medical oversight is superb with experienced and well-educated healthcare professionals. The ratio of staff to residents is excellent. All staff members are extremely kind, patient and understanding, and conscientious. They listen carefully to a family's concerns and go out of their way to individualize care according to a resident's likes and dislikes and special needs. With just 18 residents, each resident is well-known and well- understood by every staff member.

My sister scoured through tons of residential care facilities in search of a place for my mom, and she truly found a gem in Mapleview. It's hard to put into words how very extremely grateful we are to Raluca and the amazing staff here. My mom is calmer, she's more cheerful and talkative, and she's healthier now than she's been the past few years - I suspect because the food here is so fresh and healthy! Miriam the nurse is so caring and attentive, and Raluca deeply understands the needs of her residents. The whole staff is kind and very conscientious. The place is always extremely clean, it's well lit and smells good, and the grounds are kept beautifully. I couldn't recommend them more highly - I'd give them 5,000 stars if I could!

My 84-year-old mother has been a resident at Mapleview Manor for the past 6 months and we are extremely satisfied with the care she is receiving at Mapleview! Raluca and her staff run the home with a superb level of attention and care. The home is bright, cheery, immaculately clean, and the staff are caring and patient. Most importantly, my mother's health (dementia with diabetes) has improved significantly since coming to Mapleview--the nurses do an outstanding job of monitoring her medications and treatment. My first impression of Mapleview Manor was a bright, clean place less of a facility and more of a home. I felt confident that this was the best place to care for my mother. My mother spent her last year at Mapleview Manor, and during that time, she received superb care. The staff was kind, patient, and helpful. Every staff member seemed happy to work there, and they seemed invested in providing a high-level of care for the residents. Raluca, the owner, is a hands-on manager who runs a tight ship, which is large part of what makes Mapleview Manor such a great place. Beyond my mother's needs, the staff also provided nice extras like polishing her fingernails in her favorite shade of pink. My mother always reported to me that she was happy and comfortable at Mapleview Manor. During the pandemic, it was wonderful to be able to visit my mother on the lovely patio at Mapleview Manor when the weather permitted. When the weather was not so pleasant, the staff created a "through-the-door" option for visiting which worked very well. I highly recommend Mapleview Manor.
