Michelle/Dir of Sales and Outreach met with us quickly after I called, obviously has lots of experience with people who need Memory Care, have struggles with Dementia. Great communication, gathering info and providing us with program information, tour.

Michelle was so helpful, sweet and very knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions clearly and completely. My dad and I were very impressed with the facility also. It is clean, bright and welcoming. The location is close to everything while being in a quiet setting.

The staff at Avamere at Bethany are wonderful. They are always attentive to my mom’s needs and consistently make her and I feel like genuinely cared for, safe, and loved. My mom had been a resident for almost 13 years and we appreciate the longevity of staff members that work at this facility.

The tour we took for memory care at Avamere Bethany. The staff was very friendly and we had quality time visiting the facility and getting all our questions answered.

Lack of communication between staff. Told to buy everything edible. Took time and money and none of the staff had heard of that. Things are different than told on tour. We were told they would mount the TV and they refused. Told to bring in more clothes and shoes. They do not use them. Aids bring in other patients into room to toilet. Diet is rarely right. Overall we are happy with surroundings and staff. We just wish there was better communication. Lovely place and pleasant staff. We don't want to come across as complainers. We are overall happy.

Common areas are very inviting and tastefully arranged. Good food in the Assisted Living. Friendly Staff. Engaged medical and activities people. Med techs, caregivers, and servers are attentive towards residents. Very nice grounds and convenient access to regional walking trails. Just the housekeeping in resident's rooms was meh. I think they recently hired more housekeepers. Arbor Caregivers are very attractive and compassionate towards my family in care.

Highly recommend Avamere @ Bethany senior assisted living community. My father is celebrating his one year anniversary and has benefited in all aspects of his life from the living accommodations, community, and outstanding care. Our sister has lived at Avamere at Bethany for nearly 2 years. Even through these hard times she has been safe and mostly happy. Her new kitten, Mitty has also found a home in her apartment. The center is beautiful and the staff is helpful. We appreciate everyone there.

I Am Not Mature Or Seasoned Enough To Resided At This Stunning Oasis. However, My External View Shows Off The Perfect Grounds. If They Care For Their People Like The Lands...Your Family Has No Worries. The Veins Of Spiteful Trails, Linger Outside The Small Walls. Plenty Of Other Exploring Views. With Mother Nature Upon Them, The Healing Is Painless.

The facility here is quite comfortably and cozy. Staff here are kind, caring, and have done a great job in caring for the residents.
