This place does NOT answer their phone when you call and with covid and not being able to see your family makes people frustrated especially when your family member in there says how busy the workers are and food comes cold rude workers who act annoyed to help and or everything else I hear about

My husband spent about 12 days at the rehab in Oregon City. He and I were so very pleased with the service they provided. All the staff were great. His therapists treated him with kindness and dignity. Jessica is an outstanding coordinator who helped me navigate the care. Thank you staff for your wonderful care. 5 stars! Marquis Oregon City was the best possible choice for Rehab and residential care. The staff is outstanding, loving and truly cares for its patients and residents. Once my mom had depleted her coverage for PT, the CNAs worked with her daily to regain her walking skills. The care didn't end because of coverage ending. She was there during the Covid Pandemic. Although she became Covid positive during her stay, they immediately transferred her to State paid facility for only Covid patients. It was a very scary time. The Covid facility was also great. She managed Covid without symptoms and was able to be released to go home after testing negative twice. She currently lives in her own home on my property and is doing well. Special thanks go out to Lithia, Casey (Scotty), Nurse Debra (Margo), Blake, Omar, Erin, Stacie, Loralee and many others whose care for my mom and her family was the best. A very special thanks to Jordan, the administrator for his undying devoted attention during the Covid Pandemic and during her lengthy stay.
