Inland Point was absolutely fantastic while caring for my great-grandmother. The staff was always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. Inland point is by far the best facility on the oregon coast. The residents are really nice the staff are amazing. There is always something fun going on rather its with activities or music, car show, holidays they always have something going on. If your looking for a place for yourself or a loved one I would recommend inland point.

My name is Trenton, and I want to share my experience moving my parents into Inland Point. 2025 was easily the most devastating chapter of my life. My dad had a stroke and eventually became terminally ill. My mom is on dialysis, and he was her full-time caretaker. Due to his sickness, I became both of their caregivers. After nine months, I was no longer able to provide the care they needed. After struggling to find a retirement home in Bandon, I met with Susan at Inland Point. She immediately made me feel at home and assured me that my parents would be taken care of. My dad passed away within the first month of being there. He was my best friend. The staff at Inland Point helped my mom and I through the whole process. My mom moved into Inland Point and lost her husband. I lost my dad. Somehow, the staff made us feel comforted. It really felt like they were there for us during our worst time. Now my mom lives there alone, but it has a real family feel to it. I do not feel like I dropped my mom off in some random environment. I truly feel like she is in a place where people care about her and treat her like family. I also remember multiple staff members checking to see if I was okay while I was grieving the death of my dad. I don’t think of Inland Point as a retirement community. I think of it as the place that helped my mom and I get through the hardest time of our lives. I can’t thank the staff enough for their generosity and kindness.

We toured 6 different retirement communities in Oregon along the Coast and Eugene and McMinville. We had the best experience at Inland Point and made the decision to move from Arizona to Oregon. We have lived at Inland Point for 7 months now and we love it! Sharon, the Community Relations Director, is amazing and was extremely helpful in helping us get settled.

I think it’s interesting that the reviews given here have several employees giving 5 star ratings???? I have known a few residents and staff members who have worked at Inland. They have been unhappy with the quality of food and management. Not impressed.

Ten years here and it remains the very best. Great staff and restaurant. If you are looking for a place in North Bend / Coos Bay this is the you must see. A if you are a breakfast eater check out the Bistro and the everything omelette, Yum Yum.

The cottages are beautiful, but for the amount the people pay the food is horrible. There has to be an easy solution to the problem.

I cannot express how happy I am that we found Inland Point Retirement Community. My 93 year old step-dad still had a lot of his faculties so he wanted his independence. He was on the waitlist for the "Cottages" Independent Living at Inland Point, and finally got his new place. He was so happy there, and his neighbors were all great and social... Jump one year forward to the present, he slipped and broke his hip (he is actually doing great) however he needed a step-up in care. We made the decision to move him to the main facility where he receives the care needed, while still maintaining some of his independence too. I cannot be happier with the happy, warm, and loving care he has received from day one. I have observed many times each and everyone of the employees give absolutely wonderful care to all of their patients/residents. Working in the business world for many years I can also say that they have a very smooth, safe, and professional operation, which is reflective in their happy employees. I would not hesitate to recommend Inland Point to anyone considering a safe and loving environment for their senior loved ones... A huge thank you to all of them...!
