I feel very blessed to live at Mt Angel Towers. There is such a wonderful, beautiful spirit among our residents - we enjoy one another, share time and always, there is a willingness to lend a helping hand. We are further blessed to be a privately owned facility which means wonderful rapport and involvement by the owner who truly cares about all who live in this special, peaceful space. We are surrounded by beautifully landscaped and cared for grounds that give us reasons to walk and enjoy this special place. It is a healthy place to live for both body and soul!

FIVE STAR REVIEW. Three year resident: Richard Patterson. I am a very happy resident at The Towers in Mount Angel, OR. This quiet, little Mayberry Town is just what the doctor ordered. Beautiful farming community with gorgeous sweeping, views of mountains and well kept spacious grounds. The food is great! And, you will love the salad bar and fresh vegetables; service is fast and always with a smile 🙂 The front desk is quick to help and answer questions; weekly room service is always clean and shining!; Staff is fun and ready for a quick joke or a hug and I appreciate how they check up on you, too! Friendly, safe and free rides to Salem, Woodburm and surrounding towns; I sleep very well in my home at The Towers! I love it here!

My kids say they have never seen me so happy! After 21 months of living here, I still love it as much as the day I moved in. The staff and residents are very friendly. I love my apartment - its bright with windows across the living room and bedroom with stunning views of the Cascade Mountains and Mt. Hood. I like the variety of foods on the menu, but I also love to cook and bake in my kitchen: German pancakes, Yum! The weekly entertainment is great. There are so many activities that I must pick and choose. I don't think I would be happier at any other place!

I moved into the Towers last April, and it was a wise decision. I love living here. I very much like my apartment, and the staff are very gracious and helpful. I enjoy the many activities, and getting to know the other residents. The grounds are wonderful, as well.

My interaction with Mt. Angel Towers has been active for almost a year now...not because they aren't proactive with me, but because of the constraints of life and of trying to move out of our home after nearly 50 years. They have been nothing less than attentive, patient, and caring while trying to find the perfect apartment for us. This is not an easy process for us, but everyone involved (particularly Michael Kendrick) has been excellent at trying to make everything better moving forward. I am very appreciative of everything they have been doing to help us in this new phase of life.

Mt Angel Towers is very inviting and homey. My mother has beautiful grounds to explore and enjoy. The view from the 6th floor is something to see! There are many amenities she can take advantage of including a gym and a salon. The staff is wonderful with her (not your typical stuffy nurses) They joke around with her and she teases them back. Even the cleaning staff is very kind to her. The decision to move her to Mt Angel turned out to be a great decision. Thank you Michael for having your heart in what you do!

We have only been here a few months but have grown to love the people and staff. They are always cheerful and ready to help. While the facility is an older one, the grounds are beautiful and it feels very much like a home with lots of areas to take a leisurely walk or just look out a window. There are lots of activities and the staff is always open to suggestions.

We urgently needed a short term placement for my mom after a fall. Michael and Paloma found us a perfect apartment and we moved her in 2 days later. The staff have been wonderful and she raves about how kind everyone has been to her. I was surprised that the facility didn’t come up as an option for short term stay, but I’m grateful that I called to inquire and found that they did. It’s wonderful to have her close to my home in Silverton.

My Mother was blessed to be a part of the Mt Angel Towers Family. She lived in the independent section and when she needed more help was able to stay in the health center there. The workers treated her with kindness, respect and compassion. It gave our family peace of mind knowing how well she was being taken care of when we couldn’t be with her. It is like one big family and everyone looks out for one another - residents & workers. Beautiful setting and lots of activities to join in on if you want to. She was also able to have her faith needs fulfilled which was so important to her. She described it as “the best place ever to be & best workers ever.” A sign reads “Our residents do not live in our workplace - we work in their home” You see this lived out each day. Highly recommend!!!

Michael and all the staff at The Towers are very professional, kind, and caring!!! My parents moved in a month ago. Everyone was very helpful, supportive, friendly and it made their transition of moving into their apartment from their home of 60 years very easy. My parents love the food which is restaurant style, having help cleaning, maintenance is extremely prompt if needed, front desk always available when they have any questions. My parents are very happy and very glad they made the move to The Towers.

I have not been disappointed with my move to Mt. Angel Towers. They have daily Mass, a woodshop, a resident garden, it is the country where it is quiet and there is space to roam and spend quiet time by the koi ponds. The food is great, the staff is polite and accommodating and the activities are numerous and varied and there is bus service since I dont drive anymore. It is privately owned and not part of a chain.

I moved to the Towers in 2015. My daughter was helping me look for a place to live and the Towers was one of the places recommended by A Place for Mom. As we drove up I loved the location, small town, and country atmosphere. We walked around the grounds and talked with many residents. I really liked Julie, the marketing director, as she was upbeat and kind. I took a brochure home and compared it to another facility. I was looking at activities, bus service, food, and entertainment and I decided the Towers would be the best fit for me. The staff and owners have become my family. I have been on many out of town trips with Sharrie, our activity director, as our fearless leader. We have had top class entertainment, Charles and the Angels is one of my favorite. The kitchen has helped immensely with my dietary issues. There are always in-house activities - I have been learning to play the Ukulele. It has proven to be a good choice for my home.

January 2021 will start our 8th year living here at the Towers. We feel safe and secure here. Being retired from farming and a building contractor business having something to do was very important. The woodshop and garden area was a huge factor in our decision choosing the Towers to be our new home. We were also impressed with the spirit of the residents and employees, activities offered and the beautiful grounds.

I came to the Towers 4 years ago and it has become my home. I was initially attracted to the Towers 4 years ago by its location in Mt Angel, the spacious grounds and its country setting, at the time at the end of a dead end lane. During that time period the Towers has become my home with an informal life style of both indoor and outdoor activities and entertainment. The grounds have been put to enjoyable use for us with fruit trees, vineyards, vegetable and flower gardens, berries, etc... The Towers staff takes a personal and family style approach in special events, for resident birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, veterans recognition and most recently provided great facilities for my wedding. A summation is that the Towers is an informal style of living that I like very much- in short - I live in a very comfortable home.

We were fortunate to find a very spacious two bedroom, two bathroom apartment here at The Towers. It is light and bright, with each room offering many windows overlooking our beautiful campus and the surrounding countryside. The accommodations are larger and more reasonably priced than other retirement facilities we visited. We are so happy to have found a home with such friendly residents and attentive staff. Our choice is to participate in many activities such as Bean Bag Baseball, Card Games, Bingo, and Happy Hour, but if you prefer to spend more private time in your apartment thats certainly an option. There are walking paths where you might enjoy a view of Mt. Hood as you stroll to our Koi Pond or the residents garden beds. Depending on the season, youll find blueberries, blackberries, grapes, figs, apples, and pears that all grow here on our grounds. Its been over three years since we settled in here and we definitely made the right decision.

I toured this community for a nice tour. The staff was helpful with the question that I had. The community is clean and the variety on the menu of the meals looked appealing. This was a nice tour, but I had another location that was a better community for me. I would recommend that others tour this community for care.

It rarely has an open chair and everyone that uses it seems happy that they used this service. I cannot due to COPD and chemicals used in normal hair art. Several male residents have haircuts here.,l
