I am going to say, I was nervous to transfer to Molalla from a sister Community in Salem. **OPPORTUNITY CALLS** I have worked for this company since 2018 and this is by far my favorite one to be at. The residents are so welcoming, the staff go over and beyond for their residents. I would recommend this place. I love at atmosphere!

I want to let you know what great asset to the memory care team Jessica Wonderly is. She makes sure the unit runs as smoothly as possible even if she has to pick up extra shifts for other staff. She is always pleasant and helpful even though she works very hard in many areas. I am always happy to see her since I know she cares about her residents and staff.

The staff are wonderful Caring People, Many work tirelessly taking care of my Brother. I can't remember all of their names but those who know Rusty know he can be challenging. Those who give their all Know themselves who they are. I believe in Karma and know those who are kind and caring to him will be rewarded somewhere along the way. Thank you Kindly a loving Sister.

My grandmother currently resides at Pheasant Pointe. They have been phenomenal in communicating with us through such a challenging time. They have remained Covid-free throughout the pandemic. We just experienced a Wildfire evacuation and I do not know what I would have done if my grandmother was not in the hands of such a caring and diligent team.

Caring
I live in Pheasant Pointe, and it is very nice. We have large individual rooms. I live in a studio apartment which is just the right size for me. The caregivers are excellent. I can't have asked for better caregivers because they are very good. The food here sometimes is very good and sometimes not so good. They have a lot of things to do, and we have a brand new activities person that does activities with us. There is bingo and crafts, and they take us to movies and shopping.

My room is a studio -- big enough. We have Bingo, cards, and dice. We shop three times a week. We have doctors' appointments. Pheasant Pointe Assisted Living & Memory Care is totally perfect, but it only has one elevator.
