I love living here and the property management is very nice and friendly to my daughter and I . I recommended whoever is looking for a place to come here to apply.

Moved about a month ago. Very quiet. Love the older outdated appliances and cozy feel of the apartment. Rent is very affordable. I pay less here than in Salem, OR and I’ve gained a balcony and fireplace. Swimming pool is Great perk as well. Neighbors are so nice even the adoptive neighborhood cats.

Lived here for 7 years. Walls are paper thin, no privacy. Buildings are from 60s or 70s and are falling apart. The rooms are held together more by the paint on the walls than anything else. Expect issues. The neighbors who live here range from drug dealers to large families. There will be kids playing around outside when there is good weather, and also recently a bum came up and shot themselves in the head outside my front door. So there are good and bad things! If you live on the bottom floor or below another tenant, expect to live inside a drum if the people above have a dog or themelves weigh more than ~150lbs. The best part is the rent: it will never be adjusted down. I pay $170 over what they rent out the same unit for currently - their response was to advise me that I can move if I want. Gave it 2 stars since it does have 4 walls and a ceiling, beats being homeless but you can find a better place to live.

I went in there a few days ago just to have a look around they have just about everything and a lot of spices for Indian cooking.

Woodcreek Apartments are located close to town, landscaped with older trees with a homey smaller complex feel. The units are well lit with unique floor plans. They are kept in good condition and repairs are handled quickly and efficiently. Paul DeAmicis is an exceptional property manager. He is very responsive and professional. Parking is limited but the assigned spaces are safe, the parking lot was repaved less than a year ago and has dedicated guest parking. Though pet friendly, it is people friendly as well and kept clean for two and four legged residents. I definitely enjoyed living here.

Over priced for how small they are, you're paying for the location. No laundry in apartments, coin laundry on premises. Only allowed one parking spot and strictly cannot use visitor parking for a second vehicle. They have replaced any appliances that broke quickly though!
