Our overall experience has been very positive. We have felt welcomed. The staff is very attentive to individual needs and preferences. We enjoy the wide range of activities available. It is a fun environment where humor is appreciated.

I've lived here for almost 6 months, it was the best decision I've made in a long time. The people are all top notch, the food is excellent, I'm eating vegetables I never liked before because the chef 's have a secret that makes things delicious. There are parties almost every week and live entertainment every Friday, tonight the entertainment (which is provided through an office called Life Enrichment) was a Ms. Sarah Dione Brooks, which in my opinion is a huge talent, one of the best we've had. Every service imaginable is available here, as before, the staff is the best asset "The Springs" has from every level all the way to the top. If you need to "Right size", this is the place.

Veranda Park is a wonderful place to live! The food is first class, the staff is outstanding: caring, competent and compassionate. The activities, both on and offsite range from playful to educational. There is something for everyone from bingo and card games to craft activities, to community service. Residents get lots of personal attention for their health and wellbeing. I couldn't be more delighted to be a resident here!

My wife and I came here in January 2013. We have a cottage with our three cats. The reasonable monthly fee covers rent, utilities, telephone, cable TV, and internet connection. The apartments, cottages, and grounds reminds us of a 5 star resort. We love it. The food is very good, the house keeping is great and the activities are abundant. The management and staff are exceptional. We lived at another retirement community in Bend, OR and visited here, by Veranda Park invitation, for three days. We decided to move here at their expense. What a pleasant surprise that was. We are very grateful we found Veranda Park.
