I cannot say enough wonderful things about this assisted living community. The difference over the past few months has been incredible. The new leadership team has brought such a positive change, and it truly shows in every aspect of the community. Including their deficiency free survey. The staff are compassionate, attentive, and genuinely care about the residents. They treat my mom with kindness, dignity, and patience, and because of that, I’ve seen such a remarkable improvement in her happiness, confidence, and overall well-being. It’s comforting to know she’s in a place where she is not only cared for but truly valued. Horrible management. Smells horrendous of fragrances and when my family members and friends complained, they were told the fragrances would be staying and they are welcome to look for another place to live!! This is their home! Now my siblings and I have the daunting task of searching for a new place. We are disappointed with new administrator of the place.

My mother moved in a few months ago and she has not been this happy in decades! She has made friends, enjoys going to all the activities and gets great care from people who really seem to care for her. Every time I come visit I feel very welcomed and the other residents are very kind and genuinely happy. I had the best time at the fair it was really fun I cant wait for the next fun event. Positive experience at Meadowlark Senior Living- assisted living facility. When The facility came under new ownership in spring of 2024, there were significant improvements in the operations of the facility. Not only was the physical property improved In many ways (New paint, new flooring, Parking lot resurfacing), But also the staffing and meal preparation/service services showed marked improvement. The new director,Trina, Was approachable and available and worked very hard for the benefit of the residents. She also was very helpful when the time came for my family member to move to a higher level of care.

I'd give it 4.5 stars but I have to round up. Getting my father approved for Medicaid was the hard part. Once that part was done I contacted this facility. We were told that they recently assumed new management. I've found the staff to be friendly and very helpful. I honestly did not think that we would get the accommodations that my father has subsequently got. Aside a few small hiccups the experience has been seamless. I'd like to thank the staff for all the help.

I performed for a Meadowlark event as entertainment in May - and I got nothing but the best service from Erica as well as the other event staff. They were friendly, and more than anything I could tell they were caring for the well-being of the residents. It was a hot, mid-90s day when we performed and wow, the residents had the best care for such a hot day! They were safe but those who wanted to attend still had a lot of fun. I've seen a handful of retirement/elderly care facilities in my day and wow this was a great one!

Meadowlark Senior Living is an amazing facility! My family and I have volunteered for two of their events (so far) and we had a great experience at each and loads of FUN! The staff are wonderful, but most importantly, their residents are so happy and truly enjoy living at the facility! Staff go above and beyond to ensure the residents experience a fun-filled life on a regular basis. From painting classes, carving pumpkin contests, car shows, animal visits, magic and comedy shows, to simple happy hours full of laughter in their "Coca Cola" themed restaurant, the staff are committed to create a fun-filled atmosphere! This is where I want to live when the need arises because it's such a happy place and won't disappoint! My family looks forward to many more volunteer opportunities in the near future. If you or a family member is in need of a senior living facility, Meadowlark is the place to be!!

We chose meadowlark as our mother's final home after an exhaustive 45 day search. The crew At Meadowlark have been some of the kindest most caring people we have met on this journey. Believe me when I say that. Because we encountered a few people who were just downright rude. Erica, has been the biggest help of all. I couldn't believe how this lady would jump through soooo many hoops to help our mother! She did it without being asked for a thank you or expecting anything in return. When I say she went out of her way to help our mom, she went waaaaaay out of her way! The place is clean, friendly, inviting and fun! They keep all their residents busy with fun activities. My mom's only been there A-day and she absolutely loves it. Heck, my brother & I want to live there too!! Thank you MeadowLark!

The food is nothing what Compass advertises. It says. Their dining experience will tickle your tongue with homemade meals made from scratch, healthy and delicious. The food they serve is frozen prepared cardboard, unhealthy, the cheapest they can buy. Very small portions and good luck on seconds. When you get it cold cold. They leave soiled trash in halls for 30mins on up and smells the hallway up. Med Techs only get 24 to 32hrs training and have our lives in their hands. Occasionally they will forget a pill or two and you ask, if you remember to find it needs reordered or they can't find it or the just plain forgot. We had caring staff and they got rid of them and became short staffed with now at times 2 care partners for 75 resident daytime and 1 at night. Now a waiting time 30mins to an hour for help. There is NO CARING AT COMPASS ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY

The admin sam and the staff at meadowlark are great. I was there back when it was centuryfields and ran by Belinda......... sam is a huge step up from that. Shes proffessional and actually knows what she is talking about. Most people go straight to management. Sam actually started as a caregiver and has worked all the positions so she respects everyone! Love the place. And for once the manager is competent. Most of them arent. Because of the managers previous experience you can tell when you walk in the building that individuals and staff are happy to be there. It makes meadowlark feel welcoming unlike most. The building is always spotless, you're welcomed with a smile and individuals always seem happy. It's such a beautiful facility!!!!!

I live at Meadowlark Senior Living and I have enjoyed it the aids are great help there is a laundry service you can do it yourself or the aids will do it for you the housekeeping service is wonderful the place is filled with great people to help you I am glad I moved in to Meadowlark Senior Living

It was a processing convincing my parent to move into assisted living. The Meadowlark made it as painless as possible once the decision was made though. Not only did they regularly check in on me and my parent as we were still deciding to move in or not but once the decision was made they got the paperwork to us and explained in a timely fashion, and they helped make the move in process wonderful. The room is spacious, and the staff and residents are all helpful and happy. My parent is loving living there and I love getting updates about him from staff. They are doing a great job at keeping me informed as to what's happening with my parent.

Wow, this place is under new management and it shows. I was greeted by friendly staff when I walked in, and met smiling faces all around the building. The people who live there seem very happy and comfortable. I encountered a lively group of women playing different games in their game room. I could tell by the laughter and the talk that they felt comfortable having fun there. I'm at one care staff who said they had been there 11 years and that she was really excited about the new culture that the company has brought in.

Dinner 2 hrs late with cold tasteless food. Staff need extensive training about food handling without gloves and disease can be spread by wiping. a snotty nose and then handling silverware , cups and glasses and serving to residents. Being short staffed and the kitchhen got behind are excuses and need to be addressed

This place is very nice and the people are very friendly and helpful. The food is ok, better than most places like this one; but could use some improvement. They have different activities each day. The activities range from bingo too move night, too philosophy and weel chair Tai Chi and more. They also do all of the house cleaning and all of the laundry for the residents. An emergency call button system is also in place. There is RN's and RA's on staff 24/7 plus they have med-techs to help with your medicine if needed.
