My mom lived here for about 2 years before she passed. She loved it here and thanked me for bringing her to such a beautiful place. She really loved the staff and always told me I had nothing to worry about. The staff is very helpful and caring. If you need to put a loved one anywhere, The Oaks is the place to do it. They have great food and lots of activities. Come visit The Oaks you won’t regret it.

We have appreciated all of the staff and the ease of living in this facility for 7 years now for my mom. They are very attentive and encourage an active, engaging atmosphere for all the residents! We feel like family there and are we encouraged to come in and participate in any activities or eating in the dining room. The food is delicious and well balanced to everyone’s needs. It is duly noted many of the staff are long term employees and they truly love working there, they really are kind and care about each individual. Angie, Kara, Julia, Miranda, Merle, Jenn, Sandra and Karen, just to name a few, have gone above and beyond with love and care for our mom and we are grateful that she lives her best life there!

My mom has lived at the Oaks more than 10 years. Just recently she moved to assisted living as she needed a higher level of care and attention. We could not be happier with her living situation. The staff are sweet and thoughtful and she is very happy which of course is the most important thing! Angie is a phenomenal person and she has picked the greatest staff. The decor is very beautiful and the recent Christmas decorations were so lovely. Mom and I enjoyed sitting by the fireplace and taking in the tree and all the beautiful arrangements. By the way, mom consistently has kudos to the chef for the yummy food! That says a lot!

The Oaks of Lebanon is such a part of our Lebanon community. Jenni Groves, the marketing director, goes above and beyond to keep our community aware of how to support The Oaks and to support the fight against Alzheimer’s. She brings the residents of The Oaks out into their community and the community of Lebanon into The Oaks. This is a loving, supportive and fun atmosphere and I highly recommend if you are looking for a safe place if looking for an assisted living environment.

As a child growing up in Lebanon, I always loved going to the Oaks to visit my grandparents or to enjoy the local holiday events they held. As an adult, I can say that The Oaks in Lebanon does more for our community than meets the public's eye. Seeing people who work for the Oaks out and about in the community reaching out and bringing positive things into our town brings such joy to my heart. They are constantly looking for new ways to engage the community and keep their tenants active within the community. Jenni Grove down at the Oaks is the reason this community has embraced this living center as the premiere assisted living facility in Lebanon. She is always making The Oaks a warm and welcome place to enjoy for all. If you get a chance, just make a visit. The residents love visitors and will make you feel welcome 🙂

The Oaks of Lebanon was SO welcoming. My mom was apprehensive about going to assisted living. But Angie, Jenni and any staff we met were warm, welcoming and helped put my moms reservations to rest. Even several of the residents stopped in the halls to tell mom she would really like it there. That this is a great place. One of the staff that was off duty with her children and two puppies stopped, so mom could pet them. I know my mom is going to be in good hands at the Oaks.

When visiting a dear friend yesterday evening I came across some staff gossiping about one staff person... It is one of my biggest pet peeves. They were so mean about this person I just listened for a minute.. I kept hearing the radio going off and this group just ignored it, they were so involved with bashing this person. Made me sick. When I asked my friend about it she said it was the norm... she has waited up to an hour to get someone to answer a call. This is unacceptable!!!! I will be getting information on wellness checks. As far as I’m concerned it is elder abuse period.
