Crystal Terrace of Klamath Falls is truly the best of the best of the best! It is an outstanding retirement community, and what makes it so special is the genuine care, kindness, and attention shown to the residents every day. The residents are well taken care of, treated with dignity and respect, and surrounded by people who truly seem to care about their well-being. The front desk staff are always friendly, welcoming, and smiling, which immediately creates a warm and positive atmosphere when you walk through the doors. Their onsite personal trainer, Chris, is exceptional, and the fitness and wellness programs he provides are some of the best I have seen in Klamath Falls. It is wonderful to see a retirement community place such an emphasis on keeping residents active, strong, and engaged. Their social activities are also top of the class. Whether residents are in Independent Living, Assisted Living, or Memory Care, there are meaningful opportunities to stay involved, socialize, and enjoy life. The amount of effort put into creating an active and supportive community really shows. Another service that stands out is their transportation. Their driver does an awesome job helping residents get to their doctor appointments and other important destinations, and it is great to see that service provided with such a positive and helpful attitude. From the caring staff and excellent fitness programs to the activities, transportation, and overall environment, Crystal Terrace sets a very high standard for senior living in Klamath Falls. Breanna has been amazing in assisting our family with the process of finding my mom assisted living. She is always available to answer questions by phone, and when meeting in person she always makes you feel welcome with a big smile. She has great listening skills, has empathy in working with us in a stressful situation. My entire family and I thank her for making this transition for my mom and all us so much easier. When I walked in expecting to talk to a former employee I was feeling nervous and a little concerned. But the new director of sales Brianna was absolutely amazing. She made me feel welcome she made me feel seen and heard. She was able to answer all of my questions and put my uncertainty to rest. She made me feel like this was the right choice for my mother. I was impressed with the facility and all of the staff that I met with and talked with. The residences I saw all seemed happy and well taken care of. If my mother ends up in this facility and everything goes as it seems I would highly recommend Crystal terrace for your loved ones needs as they advance in life.

My Dad is in memory care here. The rent is increasing by almost 700 dollars a month which is 19 percent more. My parent's retirement and social security did not increase by that much nor did anyone's wages. That is an insane amount of rent increase. This company is very wealthy and I know that they do not pay their workers enough. There have been three directors in the two years they have been there. Every time I am there, I am constantly advocating for my dad for them to brush his teeth or help him brush them twice a day. They might do it for a while but then it stops. I had bought 3 tubes of toothpaste over nine months ago for him and when I saw him I think it was in December, one had barely been used. I constantly try to ask caregivers to please help him brush his teeth. I have bought many toothbrushes. He does not have top teeth and I explain every time that we would please like him to keep his bottom teeth so that he can still talk and enjoy food. For over 11K a month, I would think they could do this. All it takes is a piece of paper in the bathroom and employees signing or initialing the date and time of when they brush his teeth and shower him. It is not difficult nor time consuming to record this. It just takes picking up a pen right then and there and signing with a date and time. There have also been times where he is not wiped properly and hospice will come in and see it when they shower him. It is in his care plan that they shower him when needed. It is not the job of hospice. Hospice is separate but so many of these facilities think that they can just let hospice do it twice a week. We are paying Crystal Terrace. Cash pay. From what I was told in December that they were doing better with that but I will definitely find out when I talk to hospice. As far as his teeth go, I have heard excuses like "he didn't want us to brush them". Well, then employees need to be trained on learning to encourage patients and how to gain trust. 11K a month is a lot of money and the hygiene piece is important. This company I am sure could pay their people a lot more and there would be retention. But, they won't. The current manager seems to really care and is trying hard but I have seen so much turnover in the last few years, and in my opinion, the elderly need consistency, especially in memory care. MBK could pay a lot more, but they won't.

I took a tour of the Crystal Terrace community and it is outstanding. Friendly staff, incredible food, and lots of activities to keep community members engaged. It is obvious this staff cares and sincerely invested in the wellbeing of the residents. The Director of Sales, Chance, was attentive and helpful. Our experience with Crystal Terrace has been wonderful. There’s a consistency with staff and they seem to genuinely care about the residence. We’re particularly impressed with the dining room staff, Anthony, Becca Gemini, Andrew, Marsha, Misha and Teriq. They always know what my Aunt would like and are super patient with my 100 year old Aunt.

I live in one of the Cottages at Crystal Terrace, and I am extremely happy about this community that I live in. The Cottage is independent and it has all the things that I need, and enjoy. I can look out of my kitchen and bedroom windows and see the largest lake in Oregon. I also go up to the main building and enjoy our dinning room with all the fantastic meals that are being prepared. Our chefs are fantastic, and if you have food allergies they accommodate this as well. The main building not only has independent living, but also assisting living apartments, and they are fantastic. I also am happy with our gym, movie theater, and the many other activities that is available for we residents. The administration is hands-on, and are always available for you to enter their offices and talk. We have a tremendous maintenance department, and they make sure that everything is operating as it should be. There are so many other things that make Crystal Terrace the community to be in: so, if you are looking for a Senior Community, then look no further - come to Crystal Terrace. Larry Payne

Crystal terrace has an amazing staff I'm not always able to be there as much as I want to because I live 5 hours away but when I talk to her on the phone she is always so happy and when I do visit she looks wonderful and has nothing but great things to say about all the staff. One thing that makes her really happy is that the activities person Melissa Brown always has something to keep her busy. Wonderful facility I would recommend it.

The help we receive here At crystal terrace memory care. is good very good And the people are great. The concierre's brianna at cfl always makes me feel welcome. Melissa brown, who does the activities, is easy to talk to and always gets things done. Mary stokes is always so helpful with all of the financial and medical issues that we come across. And lucy the activity's assistant is always the life of the party. And the food is very good. It's better than what she was getting at home and I was a cook.
