Awful service, the staff is right out of high school, trey can barely take care of themselves, they have kids and cannot deal with the workload, plus 12-hour shifts are wrong.

I live in one of the Cottages at Crystal Terrace, and I am extremely happy about this community that I live in. The Cottage is independent and it has all the things that I need, and enjoy. I can look out of my kitchen and bedroom windows and see the largest lake in Oregon. I also go up to the main building and enjoy our dinning room with all the fantastic meals that are being prepared. Our chefs are fantastic, and if you have food allergies they accommodate this as well. The main building not only has independent living, but also assisting living apartments, and they are fantastic. I also am happy with our gym, movie theater, and the many other activities that is available for we residents. The administration is hands-on, and are always available for you to enter their offices and talk. We have a tremendous maintenance department, and they make sure that everything is operating as it should be. There are so many other things that make Crystal Terrace the community to be in: so, if you are looking for a Senior Community, then look no further - come to Crystal Terrace. Larry Payne

Crystal Terrace is such a wonderful place not only for the Residents but Staff as well. It always feels like a second home away from home! The Director (Mary) in Memory care always goes above and beyond for her Residents and Staff.

Crystal terrace has an amazing staff I'm not always able to be there as much as I want to because I live 5 hours away but when I talk to her on the phone she is always so happy and when I do visit she looks wonderful and has nothing but great things to say about all the staff. One thing that makes her really happy is that the activities person Melissa Brown always has something to keep her busy. Wonderful facility I would recommend it.

The help we receive here At crystal terrace memory care. is good very good And the people are great. The concierre's brianna at cfl always makes me feel welcome. Melissa brown, who does the activities, is easy to talk to and always gets things done. Mary stokes is always so helpful with all of the financial and medical issues that we come across. And lucy the activity's assistant is always the life of the party. And the food is very good. It's better than what she was getting at home and I was a cook.

I highly recommend this facility! My Grams was here for the last 5 months of her life. The facility itself was always clean and had good energy. They had activities and music. Also they had therapeutic dogs come and visit which was awesome! The staff running the facility did an amazing job. It is a hard dynamic letting someone else care for your loved ones and you dont always see eye to eye but I can say that they were always very understanding in that sense. The hospice team we dealt with there were great. Even the kitchen staff interacted with us and were very caring. Then we have the caregivers. Everyone we dealt with my Grams loved. They went above and beyond. They did her hair and walked with her. They were so caring towards her. She was taken care of very well. Her room was always clean and so was her bathroom. They have interactive areas by the rooms and the design of it all amazed me. Lastly were the events. My Grams was there during the holidays. They had dinners for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Staff did an amazing job and the food was good too. They had prizes which my daughter loved. Those dinners are some of my best last memories. We did bring her to my house for Christmas and such too and they always had her ready and a bag to go. When it was time to get her belongings they had helped pack it up which made it nice because it was already hard. Thank you to everyone for all you did!

My mother was a resident at Crystal Terrace Memory Care. Love all of the people who took care of my momma. She loved it there. I felt very cared for by all the staff especially when it came to end of life care. Thank you all. I highly recommend this facility for your loved ones. ♡

My grandmother is a resident in the memory care unit I cant begin to tell you how pleased I am with the staff they go the Xtra 10miles to make sure the residents are well cared for. My grandma is very content.
