Amber was very helpful when getting things set up and ready to move my family member in. She kept me informed of the process and stayed in contact frequently. She always has a smile on her face and is willing to go the extra mile for the residents.

I would like to say thank you to Amber and the staff at pelican point, my mom transitioned from our local hospital into pelican point and my family and I could not be happier with our decision. She has been there a little over 3 months and they are so accommodating and understanding to her needs. My mom has been so happy and has met a lot of nice residents there as well. Every staff member I have had the pleasure of meeting has been a delight. I truly know my mother is being takin care of and I appreciate that.

I have patients at Pelican Point. I have been well received by the staff and the residents. If I have a concern I am always able to talk to Scott,the R.N. Pelican Point is a very fun place. The residents are kind to one another and new residents are welcomed. All of the staff are caring and helpful to me in my work! The facility is nice and the grounds are well maintained. I tell people and the residents that live there what a nice place Pelican Point is. The residents usually agree with me.

My experience has been amazing. Working with the Staff, I have found only caring hearts for the residents. Many of these staff members have had a loved one who has been in an assisted living facility or in Memory Care. Pelican Pointe offers programs that are meant to enhance a Residents life through the continuance of independence and a family environment. Pelican Pointe is exactly the kind of place I will want to be in when it is time for me to accept my limitations to self care and my ability to maintain a home.

This organization is simply amazing!! I love the fact they bring the seniors out to Solid Ground every Friday to groom and love on the horses at our center. This brings such joy and fun to the seniors and is a bright spot in their week. Thank you so much for all you do!

I just moved here 2-3 weeks ago; this place is great! Has great rooms and activities. The rooms are clean and easy to move around in. The building and its yards are beautiful, and the workers here are really friendly and know what to do. The only thing is the cooking; the flavors are great with good spicing. However, the orders are constantly messed up, not by the ordering staff. The refrigerator for patients should be continually stocked with diabetic foods and desserts; I would like to get a sugare-free ice cream later at night, but can't because it is locked away.

Couldn't be happier with Pelican Pointe. I live in California and they keep me up to date on my mother's condition when I'm not there, even send pictures, and handle her dementia with patience and sensitivity.

My Mother lived on the Assisted Living side for two years and then was in Memory Care for about 10 weeks before she passed. I couldn't have asked for more loving, gracious, professional, compassionate care for Mama especially the last few days of her life when I was there with her. Words cannot express my gratitude to the entire staff for their care. I only gave 4 stars because if you have laundry done "outside" the facility for someone who is living there, it takes a LONG time for the aids to "get the picture" that it's done differently LOL...but I love them all none the less. 🙂
