My experience with living here at King City Senior Village has been fantastic. The staff from the Executive Director, Tonya, Rashelle and everyone else are great. They are all hard working and diligent. They all are happy and upbeat and work hard to meet every need. Deana does all the beautiful decorating with seasonal themes as well as special occasion displays. The food is superb with three gourmet chefs. There are many activities including exercise classes, card games, several outings throughout the week and so much more. The community here truly feels like family and I have felt so much love from staff and friends. I highly recommend KCSV to anyone looking to live their best senior life!

My in-laws lived at King City Senior Village, and we were more than happy with the love and care they received while there. It has a warm homey feeling you just don’t find other places. I would highly recommend King City Senior Village to anyone looking for themselves or a family member!

I recommend the KCSV for several reasons. Both the staff and residents are very friendly. It's beautiful. A lot of activities including outside entertainment, shuttle bus rides to many different places, etc. etc. To me it is and feels like HOME.

My mother and stepfather were extremely happy at KCSV. However, the new management has been very difficult to deal with. Their apartment flooded 3 weeks ago and they still are not back in their apartment because they have been unable to get a report on what type of mold was found. Management has not been transparent with the manner in which the leak was handled. It appears that there has been a leak from outside for quite sometimes as mold has been present for sometime. She expected to hear from management on Monday with the information and found out that the director would not be back until Thursday. She is currently residing in the guest room that has a double bed that is hard as the floor so she has been sleeping on the couch. I have been disappointed with the new manager said she got into working with seniors because she didn't like the way her Grandmother was being treated. I don't think that her Grandmother would be happy with living at KCSV with the current management.

My mom moved in to King City Senior Village during the summer of 2020. The staff and residents create a warm community, welcoming to everyone. Residents are able to play bridge, visit and have meals together at a safe distance. The food is good, building is clean and well looked after. I thoroughly enjoy the residents garden. I highly recommend the community for yourself or someone you love.

My Aunt was a resident here for several years. I cant say enough about the place...friendly residents and a caring staff. When the GM rolls up his sleeves and helps you carry furniture out during the move you know there is deep commitment. We will miss King City.

My sister who has very low vision moved here a few months ago. She is thriving! The staff is simply amazing. They have been nothing but attentive and accommodating. The friends shes made and the activities she can go to all have a life changing feel to her. Shes in a state of gratitude every time I see her. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet and a nice place for her to walk with her cane. Thank you KCSV for all you do for our sister. Shes just so happy.

My uncle used to live here when it was called Pacific Pointe. He moved to another community and was ready to start looking again to be closer to me. When we learned that it had a new name, remodeled and a new Executive Director we were very excited. So we took a tour and fell in love! He is moving in next week! What we liked:Our first impression of the staff and the Executive Director, JJ, was excellent. My uncle and I have toured many Independent Living Facilities over the past 6 years and weve never felt so welcomed. Neither one of us felt like it was a show either. We observed how the other residents interacted with them and it appeared to be a genuine, regular thing. No one was ignored and they called everyone by their first names as they passed by. This impressed me because who wants their loved one in a place that pays them no attention or concern. They even made a point to re-introduce my uncle to residents that he knew from when he lived there before. They were very welcoming and grateful that he was coming back. The food was excellent! It was flavorful and both of us got what we wanted. The meal wasnt an institutional meal either. They were made with fresh ingredients. The waitress who took our order and brought us our food and drinks was friendly, patient and very caring. They offer a full dining experience or you can sit in the Bistro area for a more casual dining experience. Everything was clean, sanitized and spotless. Three meals are offered which makes me happy knowing that my uncle doesnt have to fend for himself for any meal. My uncle is pretty picky when it comes to food. So when he looked at the standard menu that is always available and there were at least 4 items that my uncle liked he was elated. They also have a menu that changes every week which all sounded very yummy to meWhen walking around the facility there were sanitizers everywhere. Everything looked clean and tidy, but not institutional clean and tidy. My uncle said it just felt like home. We both felt very comfortable. The apartments are the perfect size. We loved how they remodeled them. They are up to date, clean and well maintained. We also like that they have an emergency pull cord in every apartment and an intercom as well for easy communication about events and other happenings. His last place didnt have that and he felt left out quite often and didnt feel very safe if he fell.King City Senior Villages are follow all the guidelines for COVID which was very impressive and made our decision to move there easy. I am happy to have him close by me once again and he is happy to be moving into an uplifting, happy and caring environment. urge you to see for yourself and take a tour with your loved one! You wont be sorry!

A hidden gem for sure, our neighbors dad lives here and she encouraged us to check it out. Since we have been to many different homes for seniors, we added this one and we were really impressed with this facility, it is really clean, well maintained and the people there look alive and well!I had gone in prior to our appointment at lunch time and noticed the dining room was full, people were happy and the staff was busy making them all happy. Was a great first impression. So we made the appointment to have a walk through.Second walk through, was wonderful. We were welcomed by staff when we came in, our appointment was on time, J.J was informative and fun, and kind, and just all around great! You can tell he truly loves what he is doing and puts caring for seniors first, and that was important to us. They are not just a number at his place. He took us around the building showing us all the amenities they have, library, movie theater, pool table gathering area, a beautiful garden where the people can have their own gardens.I loved the way he interacted with the people that lived there and also his employees, everyone was happy, he showed us he really cares about everyone. As he was showing us rooms he would be stopped by folks that lived there and would engage with them, joking with them or being serious with them, either way he made them feel important. Didnt blow them off by saying stuff like, oh I am busy showing people around right now I will get back to you in a minute, he excused himself to us, and took care of their needs. That was important to us, we want that in a person who is caring for our family. He is a hands on guy, not afraid to help out with anything around the place, we saw he really takes pride and ownership in the place.I think our father in law is going to love living here.

My visit to King City was during their Fathers Day celebration. The food was prepared by Chef Stefan and it was delicious! it included breakfast and brunch, all nice and hot and perfectly cooked. The servers were very busy and still so accommodating, as well as thorough in their duties. I saw each of them smiling and heard them being so kind to the residents and family guests. The residents I was able to chat with were having such a good time. I was so impressed by Chainsaw Jack, who carved their community a bear bench, with a chainsaw! I also noticed the Executive Director, JJ, helping his entire team throughout the day. What a wonderful time and a wonderful place!
