I work for a placement agency and have toured Junction City Retirement & Assisted Living a couple of times with potential residents. Cindy, the marketing manager is always friendly and willing to answer questions. The community is clean, and the residents seem very happy. The apartments are well laid out and offer one of the best values in Senior Living communities in the area.

Clean location with friendly staff. Nice restaurant. Rooms are definitely big enough and you get a lot for what you pay. Activities everyday, with "field trips" weekly.

I volunteer at Junction City Retirement and Assisted Living. Whether it's cleaning, organizing, or helping where needed. This is a great place to be. The residents are all amazing and I have made good friends here.

Tammy, Katy & Cindy were just terrific when we were looking for a safe assisted living community for my Mom. They all went above & beyond to answer all our questions and accommodate us.

My mother has lived here for a couple years and it's a nice place. It's clean, well kept, smells nice and the staff has always been helpful and nice. The neighborhood is quiet and treed and the residents walk around the grounds in nice weather. There's a garden with individualized pots and plantings. Overall, a good place! Update: Aug 2021. In the last couple years, the Center has gone through a lot a management and staff changes and has been severely tested with the COVID-19 pandemic. It's had a long involuntary closure due to regulatory issues, which made it necessary for all residents to leave the facility for a few weeks. With all these incidents and changes, it just underlines that each place goes through ups and downs, and so I have lowered my rating.

Marissa, Beverly and all the staff are great to work with. They take their jobs seriously and are excellent in communication and follow through. If you are considering having an aging parent live here, you won't be sorry. They have a heart for the elderly and it shows in their day to day tasks. Highly recommend this assisted living building.

For two years, Marshall and the caregivers at Royal Gardens provided great care for my Mom, with kindness, patience and good humor. The level of care is set by the resident and their family; from active to assisted living to MCU, they meet the need. We spent time there with her, saw what a difference it made - daily showers, rounding by a nurse every two hours, activities and outings. They are incredible, and a blessing. We tried a number of places before choosing RG. It came down to the staff and management. Do they like their work? Care about the residents? Are professional, happy, good at what they do? Have the resources they need? At the Gardens, they do.
