I researched and visited six other memory care facilities prior to selecting Quail Crest. My criteria included care model, facility layout, options for my spouse's particular needs, and staff/resident ratio, as well as staff stability and history. Quail Crest won out and we were fortunate enough to match up with Sunflower Cottage, whose staff have provided excellent and compassionate care. They have gone above and beyond to respond to Kathleen's needs and have responded positively to all our requests. My Mom lives at the Sunflower Cottage at Quail Crest Memory Care. I must say that the staff there are remarkable. I can tell that Mom is well cared for and loved by the staff. Especially Christine, Berta and Anthony. These three lovely people tell me wonderful stories about Moms interactions with the other residents and staff that are hysterical and very telling about my Mom....Mom is still Mom, salty mouth and all. Christine is always filling me in on how Mom is doing on an almost daily occurrence. I can tell that she truly cares about Mom and truly loves her work there. I appreciate her tremendously, her commitment to being of service to others is truly outstanding. The entire staff is exquisite and simply the Best!!

I've worked at Quail Crest for over a year now. Very nice people. All the staff is friendly and helpful. Very happy to work around your schedule when your going to school. I've enjoyed my job thoroughly. Would recommend for anyone looking to get into Healthcare.

EDIT : I only did this review for a gift card. Don't work here. The management favors people & do not give appreciation, only negativity when you mess up on something. New management could be different, but my experience was trash. That's all. I've worked here for a few months now and I am glad I got the job opportunity. The Quail Crest management team is one of the best leaderships I have worked with. They really make you feel appreciated and like you're at home in a sense. The residents and the families are also such a joy to be around everyday.

I am a Care Partner/Med Tech at Quail Crest and I enjoy working at this facility. I have developed a great rapport with the residents and other staff members. My dad, who passed in Feb 2021, was a resident at Quail Crest. I was very impressed with the quality of care that he received from the staff. It inspired me to apply for a job at this facility and become a member of their team. I wanted to give back to the business community that helped my dad. I will always be grateful for all the times that I was able to face time with my dad while I was deployed oversees with the Army National Guard in 2019/2020! Thank you for the wonderful memories!

My grandma was living there and I want to say that every time I went to see her she was well taken care of and the house she was living in was always clean. The staff were really great especially when it came to keeping us family up to date on everything that was going on with her, they made us feel comrortable with her living there.

My family member lived here for 2 years. The staff are amazing. I highly recommend Quail Crest. The courtyard is very large and full of color. Great for anyone who enjoys nature or just a peaceful moment in the sun. My family member did not golf, but there is a putting green in the courtyard.

Quail Crest is a great memory care facility for your family member to come too. The staff is caring and attentive, and the home like atmosphere and ability for residents to move about the ground easily to visit all cottages through the memory garden is wonderful! And Quail Crest is pet friendly and your family member could bring their pet with them if they are able! Beautiful area in the Santa Clara area in Eugene as well! I would be happy and feel comfortable moving my family member into Quail Crest.

I am a hospice RN and have visited patients in multiple facilities in Lane County. I am so impressed with the quality of care at Quail Park. The caregivers are kind, gentle, and work with the residents to find ways to meet their individual care needs. I am so grateful this kind of place exists.

We love Quail Crest Memory Care. My mother is very happy there. She plays ping-pong, she walks in the gardens, and she enjoys the music events. The staff is absolutely wonderful and caring. I never hear anything but good things about Quail Crest from everyone. It's clean and it's beautiful. They seem to go out of their way. They're taking very good care of her. They make sure she eats because she doesn't eat unless you feed her. She doesn't have to do a thing and she brags about it constantly.

It is so nice to see a place where elders can go that feels like home. It has gardens and pets and neighbors to visit. This seems like the perfect, safe space for elders with issues.
