I have a family member that moved in recently and they are over the top with excitement! Mandi made the process so stress free for the entire family and I was really impressed with all of the features. The rooms are way bigger than typical retirement homes and all of the residents are very friendly. They have an extensive schedule everyday so residents always have something to do. Sometimes the food service is a little slow, but the rest of the good things far outweigh that. Other residents we met during the tour and after move in highly recommended!

I live at The Fountains which is part of The Estates at Town Center. If you are considering living in an Assisted Living Facility, please consider a tour of The Fountains. I'm writing this right now because I am so grateful for the Level of care, the staff give to every single person under their care. It is over the top and it never changes day or night. The administration is that way also. And the food staff goes out of their way to meet the desires of all people. It's the same with maintenance and house keeping and the activity's staff is awesome. They have a bus and they go for tours or they go shopping at various stores or even take you to your appointments. There's always a game or a movie or a story or bingo or something going on !!! It just amazes me that an entire staff could have that same level of attention to people and their needs and their wants. This is a very beautiful facility, and they even have a swimming pool !!!

I feel so secure since I've been here at the forum my safety means a lot to me and the forum has put me at ease with that concern. The food service has been great with me I have a little sodium diet they tell me what's in there in each meal if it's high sodium they tell me and I can choose if I want to eat that or I can order something else that's healthier like a chicken salad but the safety as a senior citizen I feel very very safe here and they have a lot of t activities going on here they have different concerts so you will have a lot of activities. they take you places if you need to go if you want to go to a casino they'll take you to a casino if you want to go to a farm to get fresh vegetables they'll take you there they will accommodate you almost in everything that you really really need and it's just been really great so far.

I visited an incredible amount of independent living places with assisted attached. The Forum was my final visit and thank goodness I didn't need to keep visiting more; it was so tiring, but I would have visited 1000 to find the perfect place for my folks. The moment I walked into the receptionist area, I was astounded by the light streaming into the building. The receptionist area is attached directly to the restaurant and let me tell you what a fabulous choice that is; to walk into the area where people come together to enjoy good food, socializing and laughter. The natural light was something missing from many of the places I saw. I immediately started watching how staff and residents interacted and how residents interacted with each other, and I knew I had found home for my folks. I spent alnost 2 hours with Bailey, a woman who was showing me around, and in that tour many residents stopped to chat with me, and unlike any other place, literally no one had a bad word to say. Residents have been here for over 30 years and love it. My parents have now been here two weeks and although they weren’t excited about the move, they simply love living here and never want to live anywhere else again. Thanks to the wonderful forum staff (everyone) and the vast personality differences in the residents who all get along and everyone calls this place home with family. I don’t need to worry about my folks so much anymore. Thank you.

What a great experience I had with the people there. They're genuinely into helping your elderly parents. I found them to be extremely accommodating. All the staff members that I ran into were very friendly and helpful. I didn't get snubbed anywhere. I went. Also watched how they interacted with the people that work living there and it was with the utmost respect and attention paid to them. I highly recommend the Form at Town Center.

I’ve visited my spouse several times this last month & attended events with him at the facility. He talks about all the events he’s attending, the great food, how nice the other residents & staff are and even has met a friend to take daily walks with. To be very honest he seems more relaxed & happy than he was at home-talking more, smiling & laughing and he’s back to enjoying reading a book. I know now the decision my family made to move him to this level of care was the right decision. Instead of having chores at home he’s enjoying the resort like’ atmosphere of The Forum. Thank you for helping our family but mostly giving my spouse a wonderful place to enjoy his life!!!! B. Stein

I cannot recomend the place more!!!! My mother was in their independent living center and loved it so much- the food, the activity, and the friendships she made. She then had a stroke and is now living in their assisted living and I cannot believe the level of care she is recieving. Dipal (the head nurse) is amazing and all of her empoloyees treat my mother with so much love and care- it is amazing. I was so worried if she would be ok here versus a adult foster care with more 1:1 attention and I am so glad I made the decision to put her here. Not only does she have the care she needs- they have so many activities and their activities directors (Dain and Lisa) come an get her- so my mom doesn't just stay in her room. She is really thriving here and I am so relieved. Also, Sylvie helped coordinate the move from independent to assisted and she was so patient and kind while we moved and figured it all at! Really the staff is amazing and the facility is beautiful!

My father has been a resident for about 6 months now and I cannot adequately express what a positive experience this has been. The staff is wonderful! They take the time to really get to know the residents and truly care that they have what they need, and on top of that, they do a great job of maintaining the property. The food is great and they have recently expanded the menu. There are a variety of fun activities each week. I visit weekly and the residents I run across are friendly and happy. Such a terrific find!

We have lived here for almost two years and like it even more than we did when we moved in. Those things that brought us here (the friendliness of residents and staff/the onsite physical and occupational therapy/the pool/the activities) have stood the test of time and are even better than we'd hoped. There may be newer facilities, but none can compare to the feeling of "home" at The Forum AND, to top it all off, the food is great!

On mothers day I was able to visit my Aunt. I was not sure where to go since the community is quite large. The receptionist greeted me warmly, offered me fresh infused water. Called my aunt down and was able to get seated immediately in the dining room by the supervisor. The meal was country club style which I was not expecting. I had a great experience and will be coming back more often for the food and hospitality.

My mother lived at The Forum in Town Center for numerous years and was quite happy there. As she became older, it became clear that she required more assistance, so we worked hard to have her transferred to [link removed], where her sister resides. In February of 2020, my sister moved into the Forum at Town Center. She was experiencing memory issues loss and by March was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. I often asked the management if independent living was appropriate for my sister and they assured me, that it was. However, as her condition worsened, I could see that she continued to be in good hands at the Forum. The employees made sure they observed my sister even when she tried to avoid gatherings. They took time to converse with her whenever she came from her room to get meals ( she did not like eating with others), and during those conversations they assessed my sister's behaviors, habits, and needs. I always felt she was safe and that the employees at the Forum cared about my sister. in February of 2022, when it was time to move my sister to a memory care facility, I knew I would miss the staff at the Forum, as much as my sister would.

What a welcoming and friendly place! It was the fourth senior living community my husband and I visited and was the one we chose to make our new home. Heather, who toured us through and explained our various options, was so helpful, patient, and downright fun to be around that we had a great time. The apartment we chose has a great kitchen - rare thing in senior living communities we have looked at - and a great location close to the fun activities and the dining area, which serves far and away the best food we have experienced in our search for our new home. We can hardly wait to move in. We have finally found our happy place. Thank you, Heather, and all the other wonderful people you introduced us to. Nancy Guenther

I got the blessing to move two non blood family members to the forum. I have to stay both my seniors are so happy. Both said. I should of done this earlier. The staff and other resident have been so sweet. The meals they get. Amazing, I heard all positive feed back. I went and ate with with one of them the other night. A couple living there joined us. They were so welcoming to my pops and he just enjoyed dinner so much and socializing. This is a big reason for us to have pops there. He used to socialize in younger yrs but had been isolated and lost those skills. It was amazing to see him his true self again! Best move ever. Highly recommend to at least check it out.

I came to live at the Forum 2 1/2 years ago. Since then many things have changed, especially this year with the Covid virus and then this summer with the fire danger. I think Tracy, Wende, and the staff have done a good job dealing with all the new rules, and encouraging all of the residents to follow them too. The Forum has opened the dining room to a limited number of residents, 2 at a table with social distancing everywhere. It seems to be working great. Another thing is that a wonderful physical ed teacher has become the new director of all the activities. Maryanne Katz, the new director, has involved resident ideas for events. Such as this month the theme was,"We are the world." Yesterday there was an event called, The Expo". Tables were 6ft apart and residents had everything from everywhere displayed to show off what their passion is! It was a lot of fun! Safety is one thing I think the Forum can improve on. I think there should be better lighting around the campus. Also, I would like to see more maintenance people hired. I would recommend the Forum to anyone who wants to be involved in an ever changing home to live! ! Kathie McNett

I have been with the Forum at Town Center for five years. I am 95 years old and this place fills my needs. It has good food and plenty of it. Great apartments with a housekeeper to clean once a week. A maintenance department to make sure everything is working. Before the virus we had lots of activities to meet anyone's need but the activities have been cut back due to the virus. We have what activities we can with limitations put in place by the state.

Who doesn't want the best for their parents? Mom was living with us, but she loves to swim and we don't have a pool. She also wanted to be with people her own age. We live in Los Angeles, and nice retirement homes are around 4000-5000 dollars. So Mom did some online research and flew to The Forum to check it out. A few months ago, she moved there and it has exceeded her expectations. Due to Covid restrictions, residents can't currently eat in the community dining room and the staff has been challenged, trying to provide a safe, yet fun environment. But they are really friendly and trying to do everything they can to help the residents. Mom LOVES The Forum and the price is half of what she would pay here.

When my husband and I first came to The Forum, we found that all the residents were very friendly and happy. We had not seen this to such an extent anywhere else. We have lived here for six months and know that we made the perfect choice. The staff is great, and very helpful. By the end of the first week everyone knew our names. The administration is very available, and makes time for you when needed. There are enough activities to keep all residents busy. The food is very good, and the portions are large. The only thing I would like to see improve is the quality of housekeeping. We are extremely pleased with our apartment, and that we made The Forum our home.

I'm writing about the rehabilitation portion of this group. I stayed there for seven days. My meds, normally, were timely but when it came to the pain medication they were NOT. I learned after several days they were "as needed" - which would not have been a huge problem had they told me but they didn't. Plus it took 20 minutes to get someone in to my room and other 25 plus minutes to get any pills. Sometime longer on both accounts. I got the dry heaves shortly after arriving and could get no relief. My daughter had to cause a scene to get someone to pay attention to me. Hours of agony. At the end of my stay I learn the room should have been vacuumed often, sheets cleaned when soiled, toilet cleaned daily, and bathroom scrubbed. None of that every happened until a lovely CNA came in that Friday. My discharge was laughable. Not only did they try to shortchange me on my meds during the week, it turns out they did not have any to send me on my way for a six hour drive after spine surgery. Really??? The 'doctor' finally sent my daughter a hand written note, faxed to take to the pharmacy. They, of course, would not accept it since it has to be on a special script paper written and signed by the doctor. He didn't know this? A Doctor? It took us two extra hours there to finally get out with meds. The kicker? Someone took my lovely hand made felted Border Collie that my niece had given me in honor of my dog that passed. Honestly, a kick in the rear on my way out the door. Be careful. Most of the staff are honest hard working people, who care about the residents there. Those that aren't make life a little miserable, and the rooms a lot dirty. Watch out for you loved one 24/7.

Ask to sit in / view a couple of their activities to make sure that the levels look appropriate to your needs. For example my grandmother had PT assigned and the pregnant woman took her to a Chi-Gong class. (Way out of her ability).

MAINTENANCE IS A PROBLEM. SIMPLE COMMON SENSE IS A CHALLENGE. MAYBE TOO AFARID THEY WILL DO SOMETHING WRONG. MANAGEMENT PROTECTS THEIR INCOMPETANCE. IT SEEMS LIKE MANAGEMENT IS PLAGUED BY NEPOTISM.
