Great facility! The place is very clean with a good staff to resident ratio. It is also a smaller care facility that offer larger care facility amenities. The staff treats the patients with kindness and understanding. I also like the fact that as a family member of a resident, i actually get to know each caregiver and other staff members, right down to the maintenance people and the wonderful lady who runs the laundry facility. They are very quick to respond to any ongoing issues.

Mary, Executive Director and her team did a great job and providing care for my family member. It seems they are putting the residents care first and the facility is going through some remodel and it is very clean and smells great. Staff are friendly and caring, I would highly recommend his facility for your love one.

My loved one has been at Monterey Court for over 4 years. As this was right at the start of Covid-19, visitation was prohibited but the staff did an amazing job of facilitating communication. With photo / video calls, inside / outside visits, conference room visits, restricted inside visits with masks, distancing & gowns and finally normal inside visits the staff & caregivers were very accommodating. As life got back to normal, activities: games, crafts, musical guests, outdoor activities and off-site trips increased and has been of great benefit to the residents. As I'm visiting most days, I see a lot of interaction between the staff and caregivers (especially Franny, Arleta, Chrystal, Anna & Mariah). They hug, rub, touch and really care about the residents. Residents are well cared for with regular bathing, clean clothes (yea Nadia), hair groomed, shaved as necessary etc... Monterey Court Memory Care facility is consistently clean and odor free. I see on-going cleaning, vacuuming & disinfecting even after Covid-19. Nutrition, being a huge part of care, Monterey Court has been very good at providing well balanced meals & snacks, especially in the last few months with more fresh natural ingredients and new selections (thanks Jason). Overall, I've been very happy with the care and attention provided by Monterey Court and would highly recommend them for your loved one.

I am very pleased with the staff and care, they are so kind and attentive to each person In their care! Food is always warm and flavorful. Their activities director is always working with everyone to make them feel at home and ensuring they are feeling part of the family.

From the moment I walk through the front door of the facility, I am warmly greated. If I have a question, the answer is given or checked out for me. I am the person responsible for my friend who is a resident. From the day she moved in 3 1/2 years ago, I have been pleased with the care and attention she receives. If a need arises, I am contacted immediatly. I am regularly updated on how she is doing and what her needs might be. Thank you and well done Monterey Court!

I had the opportunity to recently meet the Executive Director of Monterey Court and her team. I was impressed by their evident passion and commitment. The Community also boasts multiple large outdoor areas which are secure but beautifully maintained. I strongly recommend you tour this Community and meet with the fantastic mgmt team.

Had a great tour of this very Clean memory care facility ! Catlin and Kayla showed us all the activities that were planned for the day. Big screen TV set up like family rooms. Eating areas in cozy settings!

I go into the facility often. Everyone is always friendly and nice. It is very CLEAN. I love that. The patients I have met have always been clean, groomed and seemed very happy. If I were looking for a facility to place someone with the needs Monterey offers I would do so.
