When I toured The Suites around Christmas I walked through the doors and there was a huge beautifully decorated Christmas tree in the lobby and I was greeted instantly. I felt like I was in a fancy hotel. I had toured other Assisted living Facilities but The Suites is hands down TOP NOTCH!! Patty was so helpful with the move for my Dad to assisted living. This is a stressful time and she was very compassionate with the whole process. Mary at the front desk greets me by name every time I visit and ensures paperwork is ready for Dad's appointments. The staff at the Suites are exceptional. They have made my mother's transition to assisted living a smooth one. She is very happy in her new home. The food is absolutely atrocious. I’d rather bring in month old fast food. Paying to be slowly killed.. it’s sad the food that is served daily and the amount of diabetics that live here have to suffer through it. The staff here is taken care of while the elders are quietly and subtlety abused. It took minutes that were not promised to get the so called nurse on call to call the ambulance after my grandfather expressed not being able to breathe.

My 99-year-old Mom asked me to help her find a supportive place to live and I am so happy we found The Suites. They were very open to our visits and our questions. They supported me personally through the lengthy benefits process. And they held her room until we had our arrangements made. Mom loves it there, with more socialization than she has had for years living on her own. She has found some old friends and made some new ones. And she always compliments the food, 3 times a day. The care and quality the entire staff has for each resident is so good! There is a large number of staff that have worked there for years, that says a lot! Not all problems can be solved, but each person is listened to and valued by the team. Having a RN on staff that pays attention to details and addresses concerns is a rarity! Activity is always happening from drives, music and community events and several residents are very talented in crafts that keep many busy with fun activities!

I’ve become familiar with the Suites About four years ago when our friends moved in. I’ve come to know much of the staff and some of the residents over these four years, and have made the decision to Call it my home when that time comes. A close family member has been a part of the suites residency for *Now several years. It could not be a greater or better experience for them and for us. Patty Ely has been and gone above and beyond any expectation we might have. The friendly professional efficient aspect of the suites is beyond comparison. As a retired police officer police chief, and is a ordained minister and an eight year experience with the chaplaincy in the Redding, California police department, I clearly contend. This facility is above and beyond 100%. We could not recommend it higher than to say this, when it is our time and need to be in a facility both my wife and I have already pre-selected to be at the Suites Assisted Living. Over the years I have been invited to The Suites for a wide variety of events. For many years they have participated in the Rogue Winterfest with winning awards for their magical trees. We look forward to seeing their creativity every year. They host the best and safest trick-or-treat trail at Halloween and they always have some of the coolest costumes. The residents are always engaged, smiling, and it’s a clean, friendly and very inviting community. My kids look forward to it every year. They not only care about their residents, staff, and family members but also our local Grants Pass community. Patty who used to be the activities Director has always made sure to go out of her way to make sure the events were top-notch. We go the the suites weekly to be available to answer bible questions, the staff are amazing and so accommodating. Especially Patti who was the activities director at the time, she met with us and we had a meet and greet with Jenn the administrator at the time! I was invited to come to a bazaar and display some of my floral arrangements. It was fantastic the other vendors that were there also had some really nice items. (I spent more than I made). The overall atmosphere at the Suites was a lot of fun, the residents and the employees were very happy and fun to talk to, not a sad face in the whole place. Keep your eyes out for their next Bazaar! It will be a real winner. I can't say enough about how fun it was and I can't wait until the next one. they also made lunch for all the vendors for free, that's never happened before. Finding assisted living for a loved one can be a stressful and scary time. It's a big adjustment for everyone and I can't imagine anyone does it better than The Suites. The staff there aren't just caregivers, they're a family. They treat every resident with the same warmth and respect you'd show your own family. The event coordinator is phenomenal and the residents go on outings frequently that they all seem to absolutely love. The Suites isn't just a facility, it's a community filled with laughter and genuine care. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the friendly faces make him feel right at home. Seeing our Grandpa not just cared for, but thriving with renewed purpose, is a gift I can't thank The Suites staff enough for. Patty Ely and Angel Robertson have been true friends to my cousin ever since the day she moved to The Suites Memory Care five years ago. They, and the entire Suites staff, have always treated my cousin with love and respect. While my cousin is not necessarily happy about her situation, she always says she feels safe and well cared for at the Suites. She also says the food is good, and she enjoys the road trips and musical performances. And I appreciate the Suites' frequent Facebook posts and knowing that my cousin's care is in good hands with kind hearts.

My family has had a positive experience at The Suites Assisted Living and Memory Care. My mom suffers from dementia. When we were no longer able to care for her at home, we began looking for care option in the community. After visiting a number of facilities, we settled on The Suites. The atmosphere is very positive and the staff members are friendly, courteous and engaging. I've been impressed with the attention given to activities for residents in memory care. They work hard to keep them engaged and active. Mom has enjoyed scenic drives with other residents, concerts in the park, and various field trips to local places such as Pennington Farms and Harry and David's. She also has been able to do crafts (tie dying, making jewelry, floral arranging, soap making etc). Memory care also has a secure fenced backyard area where residents can sit outside, stretch their legs in the fresh air and maybe even plant some flowers in a flower box. Overall, I would recommend The Suites for elder and dementia care.

Mom moved into the Suites a few months ago. There was a bit of an adjustment period getting used to the whole situation. From living on her own...to living "on her own" in an assisted living situation. She can do as much, or as little, of the activities they provide, as she wants to. So far everyone who works there has been helpful and kind. She is happy to be there.

The Suites is an amazing place. I feel so comfortable and relieved that my elderly mom is living there. The process started with the amazing Patty Ely who is the sales director there. She provided us with a relaxed tour while answering all questions and concerns we may have had. We found Patty to be competent and friendly. Patty knows this business inside and out. She stressed the importance of (and helped us with) communications between all stakeholders to get Mom placed. The Suites is very lucky to have such a knowledgeable professional as part of its team. Patty made the process easy. Patty Ely, there are no words to thank you enough for your outstanding service. The assisted living services are excellent (e.g., administering medications, laundry, housekeeping, showering, etc.). The friendly staff help Mom to meals (which are delicious, by the way) and with many other things such as showering or buttoning her blouse. There are always numerous activities, outings, live music...the list goes on. Mom has never been so engaged! I would be remiss if I did not also give a shout out Heather. She sat with Mom to learn about her needs and wants in order to craft a personalized care plan. Heather is an incredible advocate for the elderly (!!!) and I cannot say enough good things about her. Heather was kind and patient as she took great care to match my mother-in-law with a tailored care plan. I cannot say enough good things about Patty and Heather. Both answered all questions and concerns with great patience - both women are competent. Now that my mother-in-law is living at The Suites, it is clear that every single person who works there has compassion for elderly people. Our entire family is very happy with our decision to choose The Suites.

My great grandmother lived here for awhile and the staff took great care of her. She was well cared for and was comfortable before her passing. The rooms were clean and the meals were good and the care was good. She was happy here.

I can't say enough good things about the Suites and the wonderful job they did taking care of my mom. They made her transition to memory care very easy. She enjoyed Rocky (dog). He would go up to her and put his head in her lap so she would pat him. She loved music and would sing to the staff. Thanks for taking good care of my mom.

When we need around the clock memory care for my mom, we were lucky to find the Suites. My mom was well cared for and she was happy, which was very important to me. A big thanks to the caregivers who took care of her.

When it was time for my mom to have 24 hours care because of her Dementia, I check out a number of places and selected The Suites. They had just opened a memory care wing. I am thankful for the caregivers, nurse, and management that took care of my mom. Whenever someone tells me they are looking for a place for their loved one, I always recommend The Suites.

This is an amazing place. The people are friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this facility to those that are looking for a home for their loved ones. They have fun activities and are very involved with their clients. They even take them on fun outings. The food looks wonderful and enticing. Check it out for yourself. You will be amazed.

I am an outside clinician that goes into the Suites quite frequently. The staff is amazing, the building is exceptionally clean, and there’s always a friendly face and a smile to welcome you. Jennifer, the ED is amazing and goes above and beyond for her residents. There is always some type of activity going on, the building is always decorated for whatever holiday is around the corner. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and always willing to assist with any needs and answer any questions. There is always some type of outing or an activity going on. I highly recommend this community, and if I needed to, I would put my own loved one there. I know the love and care that the staff provides is above and beyond what you would expect. They treat the residents as if they were their own.

I especially wanna shout out to the Director Angel on the memory care side, she is one of the most caring dedicated people I have ever met.

I especially want to give out to the Memory Care manager Angel Griffin; her care, compassion, knowledge and dedication were instrumental in our decision regarding where to place my elderly mother when she was just too much for the family to safely care for anymore. Choosing a senior living community is not an easy task. The Suites is known for their community involvement and longevity of staff, and quality care. They are very active on Facebook which is fun to see all the things they do with the residents and helps families that are not local stay connected. I appreciate everyone there and all that they do for their staff, residents, and families. The delicious dinners they provide are always so beautiful and very nutritious!

This place has been nothing but kind, compassionate, and supportive in the process of my grandmother considering moving and now moving into an apartment at the Suites. Every single person is awesome and helpful and I am so grateful to them.

I knew the Suites was a special place the moment mom and I walked in. Patty was so easygoing and she made us feel super welcome during the initial tour. She answered any questions or concerns I had in the most kind and compassionate way. In under 30 minutes I knew immediately the Suites was the place for mom. I loved the energy, seeing residents and staff interact in a warm and friendly manner. The facility is modern, super clean and airy. Top notch! The residents seemed happy, which is an important first impression for me. My mom means the world to me and it was so important that she felt comfortable. It's been a couple of months now and mom is like a new person. She's so happy! Her apartment is beautiful, and if she needs anything, staff has been so attentive and kind. I couldn't ask for a better home for my mom. Thank you so much!!
