Our individual differences, life experiences, knowledge, unique capabilities, and talent are significant to our culture, resident experience, and achievements!” If you have a different faith, you are consistently invalidated despite expressing your religious needs. The food is absolutely atrocious. I’d rather bring in month old fast food. Paying to be slowly killed.. it’s sad the food that is served daily and the amount of diabetics that live here have to suffer through it. The staff here is taken care of while the elders are quietly and subtlety abused. It took minutes that were not promised to get the so called nurse on call to call the ambulance after my grandfather expressed not being able to breathe.

The care and quality the entire staff has for each resident is so good! There is a large number of staff that have worked there for years, that says a lot! Not all problems can be solved, but each person is listened to and valued by the team. Having a RN on staff that pays attention to details and addresses concerns is a rarity! Activity is always happening from drives, music and community events and several residents are very talented in crafts that keep many busy with fun activities!

We go the the suites weekly to be available to answer bible questions, the staff are amazing and so accommodating. Especially Patti who was the activities director at the time, she met with us and we had a meet and greet with Jenn the administrator at the time! I cannot say enough about their help and willingness to work with scheduling and information to best serve the residents. Again Patti Ely and Jenn Ambreau deserve full recognition of their role and personal interests of everyone. I've become familiar with the "Suites" About four years ago when our friends moved in. Finding assisted living for a loved one can be a stressful and scary time. It's a big adjustment for everyone and I can't imagine anyone does it better than The Suites. The staff there aren't just caregivers, they're a family. They treat every resident with the same warmth and respect you'd show your own family. The event coordinator is phenomenal and the residents go on outings frequently that they all seem to absolutely love. The Suites isn't just a facility, it's a community filled with laughter and genuine care. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the friendly faces make him feel right at home. Seeing our Grandpa not just cared for, but thriving with renewed purpose, is a gift I can't thank The Suites staff enough for. Over the years I have been invited to The Suites for a wide variety of events. For many years they have participated in the Rogue Winterfest with winning awards for their magical trees. We look forward to seeing their creativity every year. They host the best and safest trick-or-treat trail at Halloween and they always have some of the coolest costumes. The residents are always engaged, smiling, and it's a clean, friendly and very inviting community. My kids look forward to it every year. They not only care about their residents, staff, and family members but also our local Grants Pass community. Patty who used to be the activities Director has always made sure to go out of her way to make sure the events were top-notch. Thank you all for taking such great care of our seniors and always thinking out of the box with your events and activities.

My Dad has been living at the The Suites Memory care for a few years. He is happy and well taken care of! I love to see pictures of his adventures on Facebook. My family has had a positive experience at The Suites Assisted Living and Memory Care. My mom suffers from dementia. When we were no longer able to care for her at home, we began looking for care option in the community. After visiting a number of facilities, we settled on The Suites. The atmosphere is very positive and the staff members are friendly, courteous and engaging. I've been impressed with the attention given to activities for residents in memory care. They work hard to keep them engaged and active. Mom has enjoyed scenic drives with other residents, concerts in the park, and various field trips to local places such as Pennington Farms and Harry and David's. She also has been able to do crafts (tie dying, making jewelry, floral arranging, soap making etc). Memory care also has a secure fenced backyard area where residents can sit outside, stretch their legs in the fresh air and maybe even plant some flowers in a flower box. Overall, I would recommend The Suites for elder and dementia care.

Mom moved into the Suites a few months ago. There was a bit of an adjustment period getting used to the whole situation. From living on her own…to living "on her own" in an assisted living situation. She can do as much, or as little, of the activities they provide, as she wants to. So far everyone who works there has been helpful and kind. She is happy to be there.

I am very impressed with Patty Ely, Sales Director, who made the admission process at The Suites easy and stress-free for my elderly mother-in-law, who needs extra care and support. Patty was friendly, professional, and compassionate, and she explained everything clearly and patiently. Patty helped guide us through the entire process. The admission process could not have been more smooth or efficient. Patty met us on the day of admission to ensure my mother-in-law felt welcomed and comfortable. I am also impressed with Heather who conducted a thorough assessment of my mother-in-law's needs and preferences. Heather was kind and patient as she took great care to match my mother-in-law with a tailored care plan. Mary is awesome, too! She always has a friendly hello when you enter the front door. Now that my mother-in-law is living at The Suites, it is clear that every single person who works there has compassion for the elderly. What a great team! Also, the facilities are clean and bright. It is a great place. Our entire family is very happy with our decision to choose The Suites.

We found Patty to be highly professional, competent, and friendly. Patty knows this business inside and out. My great grandmother lived here for awhile and the staff took great care of her. She was well cared for and was comfortable before her passing. The rooms were clean and the meals were good and the care was good. She was happy here.

I can't say enough good things about the Suites and the wonderful job they did taking care of my mom. They made her transition to memory care very easy. She enjoyed Rocky (dog). When it was time for my mom to have 24 hours care because of her Dementia, I check out a number of places and selected The Suites. They had just opened a memory care wing. I am an outside clinician that goes into the Suites quite frequently. The staff is amazing, the building is exceptionally clean, and there's always a friendly face and a smile to welcome you. Jennifer, the ED is amazing and goes above and beyond for her residents. There is always some type of activity going on, the building is always decorated for whatever holiday is around the corner. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and always willing to assist with any needs and answer any questions. There is always some type of outing or an activity going on. I highly recommend this community, and if I needed to, I would put my own loved one there. I know the love and care that the staff provides is above and beyond what you would expect. They treat the residents as if they were their own.

Choosing a senior living community is not an easy task. The Suites is known for their community involvement and longevity of staff, and quality care. They are very active on Facebook which is fun to see all the things they do with the residents and helps families that are not local stay connected. I knew the Suites was a special place the moment mom and I walked in. Patty was so easygoing and she made us feel super welcome during the initial tour. She answered any questions or concerns I had in the most kind and compassionate way. In under 30 minutes I knew immediately the Suites was the place for mom. I loved the energy, seeing residents and staff interact in a warm and friendly manner. The facility is modern, super clean and airy. Top notch! The residents seemed happy, which is an important first impression for me. My mom means the world to me and it was so important that she felt comfortable. I worked for The Suites Assisted Living for 4 years before leaving to take care of my grandma who had been diagnosed with dementia. We were blessed enough, that when it became time to place her in a community, was the same time the memory care wing opened and she was the first resident to move in. I returned to work there a month after my grandma moved in and have been back for almost 3 years. It was like coming home to family. My motto has always been “I wouldn’t place my grandma somewhere I wouldn’t work and I wouldn’t work somewhere I wouldn’t place my grandma”. I love our team and I love our residents. We really are one big family. It is a privilege to be a part of the team and it was a privilege to have my grandma be a part of the family.

All the staff members are kind, respectful and caring. Whatever it may be, they bend over backwards to help us. The Community is kept clean and smelling good. We have so many fun and interesting activities to do. It's good to know that we are kept safe. I love it here, never thought I'd say this but this is home.♥️

I began working at The Suites, September 17, 2020. I work as the Laundry Aid and it is the best job I have ever had. It is a job that is very rewarding. I love doing laundry for the residents and getting to know and love them. The management and staff are very supportive and my supervisor is great. I am so very blessed.

We recently moved my Dad to The Suites - it has been a wonderful experience! Patty Ely is the best - so kind and helpful - she is a true professional! My Dad is doing so well now that he is living at the Suites.

The facility was nice and what hit me immediaty is the staff was very warm and approachable. It helped my mom to relax and take it all in. She felt good about the entire experience. You can tell they understand their residents needs and the main one is to help their residents feel pertinent and my mom did.

I will only write reviews for companies that far exceed my expectations and its so rare for companies to even care about living up to a high standard that I dont have to write very many. My experience with the Suites Assisted Living in Grants Pass has far exceeded my expectations from the first time we encountered them until now which is about 5 months later. To offer the high points in the interest of space, heres a quick recap: - They treat their residents with the same care that they would want their own family members treated! - Marty, the sales person was amazing. His sincerity in showing his pride in how well he felt the facility did in caring for their residents sounded too good to be true. I worried that the good that we were hearing about could not be lived up to. Those claims have all been exceeded. - I really thank Angel who is the manager for the memory facility for standing her ground when she felt that we were heading in the wrong direction by putting my mom into memory care because once there it would be nearly impossible to reverse that decision. I respect the fact that she resisted the pressure from the hospital to provide us a quick bed while she went through the process to do another entire evaluation to properly place her into the assisted living section of the facility. - Most of my business dealings have been with Traci who couldnt be more helpful with billing and the many logistical issues Ive had to learn to deal with as we get settled into the system. I always know that when she says dont worry about that or well get that done for you that she is true to her word. - I really credit the entire management team for hiring the kind of people that help to deliver every single level of care here, the sincere caring they establish as the standard of this place and the attention to detail in coordinating all of the moving parts here. That team is headed by Jen, the executive director - The staff, whose titles I dont know are fantastic. They are enthusiastic and kind and treat their residents with respect. I imagine that the direction of management is to treat the residents like they were your family and they all do that exceptionally well. - And its not only about providing kindness and care. Its about providing safety as well. I mistakenly tested their safety program when I took my mom out of the facility to her dentist without notifying anyone that I was doing that. They had to treat her being gone as if someone had disappeared. They seem to have drilled for this kind of event because everyone on the staff seemed to play a role in finding her, from calling every contact in my moms file including doctors, family members, stores, etc. to Marty the sales guy driving the streets to see if she had wandered away from the facility. I was very impressed and even more embarrassed that I caused all of that. I was told that they were about to call the police when I cluelessly returned my mom to the facility. I couldnt be happier with the choice weve made to move my mom to The Suites. I know that I will be contacted by someone there if there is a question or concern about her health or well-being. That is such a huge relief for me that they are helping me deal with the small, and the huge stuff. Thank you to everyone!

Recently placed my mom, she says she like the facility and the staff. My personal experience with their staff has been very positive. Example: At his going home time, the Marketing Director assisted me with my moms TV hook up. This is not his responsibility but instead of going home, he assisted me and my mom. One of the maintenance employees could have just walked by me, but instead asked if I needed help, even after I told him I was being taken care of he assisted me with the issue in my moms room and took care of it instantly. This type of service is going above and beyond. The nurse if also extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

The best facility in Grants Pass they take very good care of the residents. It's alot like family when it comes to the management and staff. I worked for them for 5 years and loved if.

My cousin moved into The Suites Memory Care from another care facility three weeks ago.Thanks to a caring staff and fun activities, she adjusted quickly and almost seems like a new person (she was previously bored, worried, scared – and now she always sounds happy). She was terrified of the move, but it all turned out wonderfully. Based on our experience, I recommend The Suites Memory Care to anyone that is considering such a move for a loved one.

I used to teach a Mobility Through Martial Arts class here. The Suites is extremely clean and the staff are excellent. This place genuinely cares about their residents.

My mother moved into The Suites Assisted living in Grants Pass, Oregon the end of 2016. It was difficult leaving her home of 27 years. Having a stroke, being unable to verbally communicate and with limited mobility it was an added challenge. I can not express how pleased my mom and our family is with the care and attention from the staff, from top management down to the aides. The facility is beautiful and well maintained. The Suite's mission is to see that their residents are cared for and that this time in their lives is the best it can be.

My mom Barbara is a resident at The Suites. She is able to live independently and still have all her needs met by a non intrusive skilled staff. The team of Caregivers, Medical Aids, housekeepers, activity director, cooks, waitstaff, maintenance crew and resident RN all work together as a team for the best possible care for my mom and all the residents.
