Wonderful compassionate caregivers and staff. Very welcoming and family like. Needs some updates but they have new management and ownership as of May 1st. and lots of good things coming.

My father was very reluctant to enter a retirement facility. However after being their for the past month he really likes it. I can honestly say that I have noticed a huge difference in him both mentally and physically. He is way more attentive and active than I have seen him in years. He likes all the employees and interacts with all of them. I can rest easy knowing that he is well taken care of. Thank you all at oak lane for making him feel at home and not just a place to live.

This is one of the best places I've ever worked! The management is very caring with the residents and staff. The care they give the residents is impeccable and I love how they interact with the residents!! The chef always listens to wants and concerns and that's what makes the food so great at Oak Lane. It's not just a place to work but we are a "FAMILY"

Short staffed because of covid???? Alarm on outside door hadnt worked for while ????? Where is staff when alzheimer people just walk out and fall. Twice!!!! Doesnt their t v monitors not work too?????

I live here and really enjoy live here. There is a lot of things that will keep you busy, music of all sort, games, art of some sort and bus tour of Grants Pass. On Monday and Friday we can go shopping Wal-Mart and bi-mart. Tuesday and Thursday is for doctors appointment or banking. I thank our Father God for a place to live in peace.

My mom is 97 1/2 they made the move and care of her such a blessing. She had hard time at first, their advice and help made it so much smoother. Yes very caring and feel this is the right place for my mom. It was too much for me to continue on with her care

Oak Lane is a place you can feel comfortable placing your family member. The staff is wonderful and caring. It is a warm and loving home and the staff will become just like family. Dorie and all of the management staff are always an absolute delight and I can think of no where better to place a family member of my own.

Had to move my mom there at 90, no longer was it safe to be at home..Limited mobility and dementia, it's been a month now and it get's better every day..so much more interaction with people of her generation and the staff are loving and fun..I already enjoy any time I am there which I'd often..she still doesn't know why she can no longer be at home, but I could not have chosen a better place..

Oak Lane is my mom's choice of the many places she has opted to stay with. She likes the relaxed atmosphere with people she easily relates to as true friends. Mom had gotten real sick several years back, causing me to bring her home with us in S. E. Texas. As her health improved, she insisted on being allowed to live without and on her own. She took up residence with Parsons House in LaPorte TX, near us. Then as her confidence grew she needed even more independence, and She elected to return to Oak Lane in Grants Pass OR.
