My mom moved from an independent living community to Evergreen Assisted Living a couple of months ago due to mild alzheimer's dementia. Brandie McCune is just amazing - she assisted with the whole transition process, and mom recently said she is so happy to be there because she now knows she needed the extra assistance. It is a wonderful community with very caring staff. Now I can go back to being mom's daughter instead of her caregiver. Debby Johanssen, the administrator, is wonderful is as well and has been very kind and responsive. Thanks Evergreen!

Shortly after losing everything in the Holiday Farm Fire in 2020, my elderly parents were fortunate to be able to move into the Evergreen Independent Living Cottages in Eugene, OR. They enjoyed their safe, little community with its own social and dining facility. As it became clear my mother needed additional help, she moved into the Evergreen Memory Care unit close by on the Evergreen campus, while Dad stayed in the cottage. He would walk over ever day to visit her, and usually he took her out for lunch and country drives. Sadly, we lost Mom late 2022. Dad remained in his cottage. He is now 92 and recently took a bad fall. He is ok but came to realize he needed more help himself. This week, at his request, we moved him into the Evergreen Assisted Living facility. He now has a nice apartment in a lovely facility with people who will keep a caring eye on him. Although I would have like him to live with me, I understand that he wants to remain near where he last had time with Mom, the love of his life for 65+ years. And as he said, he knows the staff; they are nice people and they take good care of the facilities. I was able to help him move into his apartment with full confidence that he is a part of the Evergreen Family. Knowing he is in Evergreen Assisted Living gives me peace of mind he is in a good place. We just moved my Dad into Evergreen so I don't have a lot of experience with which to base my review on yet. I will say that the staff is very caring, kind and attentive and the other residents are friendly and welcoming. My Dad appreciates having meals provided and he seems to like his new apartment and the people he has met so far.

My mom is a very satisfied resident at Evergreen Senior Living. The staff is amazing and attentive. They all learned my mom's name and preferences the first week she was there. The food is great and there are fun activities to plug into every day. We can't say enough good things about the place. Highly recommend!!!

The process of getting my grandma into assisted living has been pretty darn smooth, especially considering the whole fact we have a pandemic going on. The rooms are very nice and the staff so far has been even nicer. Brandy has been an actual joy to work with.

I am very pleased with the care my husband received while at Evergreen Senior Living. We always felt welcomed. Staff was engaging and kind. My husband has since moved to Evergreen Memory Care. The staff at both locations have all gone the second mile to meet our individual needs. I highly recommend Evergreen.

I have worked at this community for the past couple of years. The staff make it such a warm, fun, and inviting environment for the seniors. Everyone is very supportive and caring towards both residents and staff. It is a joy to come to work every day. I love my co-workers and residents like family.

Recently transitioned my parents to Evergreen. From the start the Evergreen staff have been kind, friendly and accountable. My parents report feeling heard and the staff responsive as well. We are grateful to have such a safe caring home for our parents

Not too long ago I took a tour with Lauren about finding a place for a family member. She was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. Great experience and Id recommend anyone give them a chance to house their family members

I visited Brookdale Eugene Alpine Springs and we're ready to move forward with this, but I'm a little disappointed in their response back to me. I gave the lady a copy of the latest evaluation that my mother had. She wrote me an email and she felt the cost would be inflated quite a bit, but she'd rather be high than be low, which I respect, but it's substantially more than where Mom currently is. The facility was fine. It's not brand new, but it's clean, and it seemed homey. They have an exercise area, a BeFiT program, Flex Your Brain, arts and crafts, bingo, and reading reviews.

Brookdale was very clean, and the people we met were very friendly. The facilities looked good, and the cottages were really good. We had a good lunch there.

The people in Brookdale werevery helpful and they showed me around, but unfortunately they did not have Medicaid, and I am not able to afford it, so I had to cut my visit short. The rooms were clean and bright. I was very impressed. The place was definitely one to consider. There's a salon where my mother could get her hair done, exercise in the morning, and different classes and programs. I walked through the dining area, and it was very nice, well lit, clean, and looked good.

My mother is in Brookdale, and everything is doing good. The staff, the rooms, everything is great. Her room is spacious and exactly what she needs. She is in the memory care facility and they do the best they can. They keep them engage. It is a very comfortable, caring, giving and quiet place.

We also looked at Alpine Village (Emeritus at Alpine Campus) and its a clean facility. The staff seemed to be really courteous, friendly, and helpful. They seem to have plenty of things to do although we did get much into the details of that.
