We designed the dining area at Evergreen Memory Care to be a cozy, home style setting for our residents and family members. I recently moved my 93 year old uncle who has dementia to Evergreen Memory Care from NYC. The facility is so clean, lovely, and the food is terrific. He is very happy and has transitioned well. All the staff are absolutely wonderful. There are two individuals I see quite often that must be complimented on their caring and loving ways. In particular, Chante the Activities Director keeps everyone so engaged with physical exercise and stimulating games that keep their minds active and alert. In addition, Aurica my Uncle's caregiver is always lovingly attentive and entirely professional. This is a special group that anyone will be hard pressed to equal anywhere.

Avanti has have referred many clients to Evergreen in the last two years. One of us has a family member in their memory care. We appreciate the professionalism of the administration and the care that the staff provide. As advocates for our clients or family member, we are welcomed as part of the care team. Evergreen has been responsive whenever we raise questions or concerns, and they work with us to come up with appropriate solutions.

What a lovely place for my mother in law to spend the last few years of her life. The employees became her family. Chante, one of her caregivers went above and beyond. She spent time doing her nails taking her out for ice cream, hair appointments and shopping. We live out of town and with an unexpected passing she spent the last hours with her at the hospital, listening to music and talking to her. A true angel for our family. We wanted to move her closer to my family so we could be more accessible but after visiting several facilities in our area we decided nothing compared to her compassionate care at Evergreen. Not sure there are many facilities available anywhere that not only have such a compassionate staff but also such a clean and comfortable home.

I have been very impressed with the staff and care at Evergreen. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful. Chante, the Activities Director, is great about encouraging the residents to participate in the many and varied activities offered. My mother-in-law seems to be thriving here and we always feel welcome when we visit her.

The office staff are communicative and respond so quickly to patient needs. Their staff are caring and have experience for their memory care residents. Overall it's been such a pleasure to work with the facility, none to little miscommunication and patient needs were always met in a timely manner.

My moms last 24 hours on earth were spent in Evergreens care. It was heaven on earth for her and for the first time in months we didnt have to worry. And then God took her home. It was her way station where she received her golden ticket. Thank you and God Bless Evergreens wonderful caregivers.

My grandmother lives here and I can not say enough good things about the people that work there, my mom is always saying that she gets calls from the nurse to let her know how my grandma is doing. With covid-19 we dont get to visit but Sally the activities director keeps us connected with facetime. All of the people here care and it really shows. Thank you guys for everything you do.

I can not say enough positive comments about Brandie McClune. She was so helpful in getting my parents into a Senior Living Cottage after their home burned down in the Holiday Fire. She was honest, professional and very kind. The cottages are awesome!!
