I picked up some few shifts in this facility, caregivers and medtechs are great I love the residents, but the RCC [name removed] is very rude and unprofessional to the staff and to the residents, she gets irritated with the residents easily. there was one time that I overheard her calling one of the staff an idiot. she does not care about her staff at all, she only cares about the people that she hired, giving them favors with the exchange of dutch bros and Lunch food.

I have worked for Radiant Senior Living going on 7 years now and my family member was in need of placement. I received a call from a family member asking for a place I would feel comfortable putting my Aunt. I reached out to Jill and told her my Aunt’s story and within a couple hours Cindy had made contact with my cousin, scheduled a tour and my cousins fell in love with Farmington Square Eugene. Spoke with my cousin who said Cindy was amazing to talk to and was so helpful. I can not thank Jill, Cindy and the Farmington Square Eugene team for helping my family get placement for my family member. Not only do I love working for Radiant Senior Living but I love the extended family I have gained over the years. Knowing my loved one is going to one of our own makes me so happy.

My mother lived at Farmington Square nearly the last 6 years of her life. She was elsewhere for a year and there was no comparison. The Staff at Farmington treated her like family. It is a safe clean, updated (never that tale tell smell) and really lovely environment. They have activities, bus tours, celebrations, always remembering Holidays and most important love and care. During the pandemic when I could not visit, I could still visit via zoom type visits and whenever they thought that she might have an issue they always called me immediately. I could not recommend them enough. Thank you so much for making my mothers last years such an enjoyment for her. Jill the Director is involved in the day to day affairs and you can be assured she has the residents best interests in mind at all times.

I have worked alongside the care staff at Farmington Square, they are amazing. The staff are compassionate and have the knowledge needed to care for the residents. The office staff are so communicative and involved with their residents.

Farmington Square is second to none in the assisted living business. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and professional through every interaction I have ever had with them. Their facilities are consistently clean and theyre always following cleaning protocols. If you want your loved one to have the best care in the Eugene-Springfield area Start with Farmington square!

My father has been an assisted living resident at Farmington Square since October 2019. It has been a wonderful place for dad and our family for so many reasons. The entire staff, from Jill the director to all the aides, van drivers, medical assistants and cooks, take loving care of dad. They take dad to all his appointments and assist him into offices. All the employees know dad by name. During COVID they set him up to social distance with other family members and me. During a recent visit I took a telling photograph of dad, there was sheer happiness in his smile. He enjoys the other residents. He plays games and participated in activities. Jill, director has kept residents very safe through COVID. I highly recommend Farmington Square for your loved ones.

I cant say enough good things about Farmington Square Eugene. My mother has been to numerous assisted living facilities, and I have personally toured approximately 15 facilities- Farmington Square has them all beat. The staff is attentive, accommodating, empathetic and truly cares about the wellbeing of their residents. Their communication with family of residents cant be beat, either. From medication management to activities- they have consistently shown their desire to create a happy and safe environment for my mother. Im beyond grateful to the staff at Farmington and cant recommend their Eugene location enough for elderly care.

When it came time for our folks to need assisted living we looked at several in the Eugene area. Farmington Square Eugene met our needs. It was homey and the layout was something the folks could handle. It was a relief to the family knowing their meals, laundry, and social activities would all be handled in the one place. The folks fell in love with the staff. We made their room look like home and the rest is history.

I worked here for a little over 2 years, it was the greatest experience I could have ever asked for. I had no caregiving skills prior to starting here and welcomed me with open arms; staff, residents and their families. Their website states that we provide a home like environment and this reigns true. There are three cottages with an average of 18 residents and I was able to provide one on one care and then some. It was the hardest yet most rewarding jobs and I would not have traded it for anything in the world. The administrator, Jill, is one of a kind. She went above and beyond to make sure not only the residents were well cared for, but staff were as well. Jill made sure we were doing okay both at work and at home, shed pull staff aside and wouldnt ask , why wasnt this done but more of is everything okay at home or is there anything I can do to take some stress away One of the most pleasant people to work for and the community overall was welcoming and comforting. My home away from home. I am PROUD to call the residents, their families and staff family! ??

Farmington Square Eugene is advertised as having a home-like approach and honestly FSE is a second home for residents, families and staff alike. As a staff member of FSE for 8 years I got to work everyday with people I felt like were my family. To this day I treasure The memories I have and connection I made at Farmin ton Square. For a residential care facility it is hands down the best. The staff is immaculately trained. The residents are put first in all aspects. And family and community members are always welcome. I highly recommend Farmington.

I feel blessed to work at a place where we really do care for our residents. They care if they are warm ,fed, clean, happy, even down to making sure they have multiple activities each and everyday to help them stay physically and mentally active ..I see how everyone treats eachother and I just smile knowing I get to be part of this family. My dear 93-year-old Mama has received excellent care from the moment she arrived at Farmington. She has been treated with respect and genuine affection. Wow! I saw one negative review, which is hard to believe...our friend Ken has been here for quite some time. Donna and I try to visit him one day every week and take him to 'brunch.' Some employees have commented on how cheerful we seem; it's because we look forward to seeing Ken, and the fact that we know that Ken is getting cheerful assistance when needed at Farmington Square by caring, competent staff...who have earned our respect and admiration.

The last years of my mother's life were eased significantly under the skilled and loving care of the staff at Farmington Square Eugene (Cottage B). The attitude is relaxed and patient while still being capable and efficient, which may seem hard to manage but worked beautifully. Knowing my mother was well cared for helped me worry less and enjoy my visits with her, enhanced also by the warmth of the staff.

My mother moved to Farmington last November and we are thrilled with the loving attention she receives from the caregivers and staff. In the mid stage of Alzheimers, she seems to be very content and happy. The activities she enjoys include concerts, sightseeing, games specific to memory issues and the welcoming of her cat. (Who is now fast friends with the resident cottage cat!) My brother and I were very anxious about how she would transition from an active retirement community to Farmington, but the move went really well and the staff helped immensely in making her feel at home. I am able to visit often and I also notice how loving and attentive the caregivers are with the other residents. It makes me feel reassured that my mother is truly in the perfect place. Thank you, Farmington!!

I have worked at Farmington Square in Eugene and I love it. It is my family away from home. I work the Night Shift (NOC) and I love spending the one on one with our Residents that are awake while I am there. I love seeing their smiling faces in the morning and telling each one good morning and I love them and hearing it back. It just makes my day.

I worked at Farmington Square in Eugene for two years as a medication aide and caregiver. It is an excellent facility, where the focus is placed squarely on the well-being of the residents. The entire staff- from caregivers to activities coordinators to the management team- cares genuinely for the residents at Farmington Square as they would for members of their own family. The staff to resident ratio remained relatively high for most of the time I worked there, meaning that caregivers have adequate time to attend to residents' needs. That ratio also contributes to a relatively low turnover rate, which helps to provide residents with a consistent living environment, and ensures that the staff can focus on their needs rather than on constantly training new caregivers. It was a pleasure working at Farmington, and I would highly recommend the facility to anyone looking for an assisted living or memory-care facility in which to place a parent, spouse, or other loved-one.
