I picked up some few shifts in this facility, caregivers and medtechs are great I love the residents, but the RCC [name removed] is very rude and unprofessional to the staff and to the residents, she gets irritated with the residents easily. there was one time that I overheard her calling one of the staff an idiot. she does not care about her staff at all, she only cares about the people that she hired, giving them favors with the exchange of dutch bros and Lunch food.

The staff at ASCOT PARK is what makes this place so wonderful. They are knowledgeable about the transition of moving a parent into a memory care which made things so much easier. It's a clean place with activities and caregivers that do a wonderful job. I couldn't have picked a better place for my mother.

My mother lived at Farmington Square nearly the last 6 years of her life. She was elsewhere for a year and there was no comparison. The Staff at Farmington treated her like family. It is a safe clean, updated (never that tale tell smell) and really lovely environment. They have activities, bus tours, celebrations, always remembering Holidays and most important love and care. During the pandemic when I could not visit, I could still visit via zoom type visits and whenever they thought that she might have an issue they always called me immediately. I could not recommend them enough. Thank you so much for making my mothers last years such an enjoyment for her. Jill the Director is involved in the day to day affairs and you can be assured she has the residents best interests in mind at all times.

Farmington Square is second to none in the assisted living business. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and professional through every interaction I have ever had with them. Their facilities are consistently clean and they’re always following cleaning protocols. If you want your loved one to have the best care in the Eugene/Springfield area Start with Farmington square!

My father has been an assisted living resident at Farmington Square since October 2019. It has been a wonderful place for dad and our family for so many reasons. The entire staff, from Jill the director to all the aides, van drivers, medical assistants and cooks, take loving care of dad. They take dad to all his appointments and assist him into offices. All the employees know dad by name. During COVID they set him up to social distance with other family members and me. During a recent visit I took a telling photograph of dad, there was sheer happiness in his smile. He enjoys the other residents. He plays games and participated in activities. Jill, director has kept residents very safe through COVID. I highly recommend Farmington Square for your loved ones.

I can’t say enough good things about Farmington Square Eugene. My mother has been to numerous assisted living facilities, and I have personally toured approximately 15 facilities- Farmington Square has them all beat. The staff is attentive, accommodating, empathetic and truly cares about the wellbeing of their residents. Their communication with family of residents can’t be beat, either. From medication management to activities- they have consistently shown their desire to create a happy and safe environment for my mother. I’m beyond grateful to the staff at Farmington and can’t recommend their Eugene location enough for elderly care.

When it came time for our folks to need assisted living we looked at several in the Eugene area. Farmington Square Eugene met our needs. It was homey and the layout was something the folks could handle. It was a relief to the family knowing their meals, laundry, and social activities would all be handled in the one place. The folks fell in love with the staff. We made their room look like home and the rest is history.

My dear 93-year-old Mama has received excellent care from the moment she arrived at Farmington. She has been treated with respect and genuine affection. I truly feel that we are a team working together to provide Mom with the best quality of life possible. I would recommend Farmington Square and the dear people who work there without hesitation.

Wow! I saw one negative review, which is hard to believe...our friend Ken has been here for quite some time. Donna and I try to visit him one day every week and take him to 'brunch.' Some employees have commented on how cheerful we seem; it's because we look forward to seeing Ken, and the fact that we know that Ken is getting cheerful assistance when needed at Farmington Square by caring, competent staff...who have earned our respect and admiration.

The last years of my mother's life were eased significantly under the skilled and loving care of the staff at Farmington Square Eugene (Cottage B). The attitude is relaxed and patient while still being capable and efficient, which may seem hard to manage but worked beautifully. Knowing my mother was well cared for helped me worry less and enjoy my visits with her, enhanced also by the warmth of the staff.
