I've rented a unit here for over two years, and when the perfect unit for me came up for sale, I jumped at the chance. The HOA fees are high, but you get more for your fee here than at other places, and the sense of family is great.

Very nice place and plenty of overflow parking! Very nice greeting at the front entrance and helpful staff! Beautiful facility with amazing garden settings! Lovely place very clean and elegant!

Definitely a very nice community. My grandpa has been living there for a little while and my parents have owned a condo in the complex for over a year now. Lovely scenery with a nice fountain or two on the property. Tons of paved Pathways for exercise as well as enjoying the outdoors. Close to shopping malls and grocery stores as well as off of a TriMet Bus Line.
