Im not sure why they have a high rating because let me tell you. They treat us agency people like a welcome mat. Not only are the residents rude and get away it and with other stuff but the in house staff disappear.

I've lived at Linda Vista for about 3 1/2 years now. The company was good two years ago but has gone downhill in the last year, 6 or 7 cna's there that are worth keeping. A lot of people in the offices do a great job. Tashia the activities director is the greatest , she goes above and beyond her duties.

I want to say Thank you to Linda Vista staff for taking good care of me when I was there patient for a short time. They welcome me with there friendly smile and positive attitudes. I appreciate there CNA's, Physical / Occupational Therapy Staff and There admin staff. The food was not what I expected but I appreciate what was given to me. I do recommend this place to other people that needs care.

All the staff & medical team was so friendly, caring & helpful with my sister at this challenging time. It was so appreciated how understanding & patient they were. It could use a little more attention at housekeeping but basically clean & pleasant environment. God bless you all for all you do & for what you do! You are special people

Well I must say that I wish that all facilities were as good as Linda Vista in Ashland. Three months where I loved everyone from the Administrator to the DNS to my beloved RCM. So fortunate that I had a chance to see a well functioning place. Their patients get really good care

Linda Vista has been a blessing! My Father has had to go into long-term care and this facility was arranged through hospital discharge. We have had many other care home experiences but Linda Vista has been by far the best! The facility is clean and does not smell, the staff is hands down the best group of staff ever! The front desk lady is a transportation guru and always makes sure Dad gets to his appointments, the CNA's are kind, caring and give our Dad dignity even in awkward situations. And the Nursing staff is Profesional and caring (Leah is amazing) any problems with medication were addresses and worked out quickly. Dad is happy and we feel good that he is well cared for!

Our family chose Linda Vista above other facilities based on reviews we read. It was for our 92-year-old mother-in-law's rehab and care. For anyone reading this and trying to make a decision, we know it's very difficult! But we were so impressed with Linda Vista from day one, and we've had a variety of experiences with other of our parent's care. Linda Vista is small and very clean. Not fancy, but there is a certain atmosphere of home. Most importantly, from the nursing staff, care-givers, physical therapists and administration, our impression was consistently that they truly cared about giving their personal best each day. We felt that it didn't get better than what our experience was at Linda Vista. A bit further to drive for our visits, but more than worth it. It summed it up when my mother-in-law said, "They treat me like a queen." Priceless for us to know she felt that way. Thank you to all the staff at Linda Vista.

I've been here at Linda Vista for several weeks now And I'm not ready to make my exit. The staff here has been exceptional want to put a big shout out to Roni, Kim, Jessica, Susan, John and Andrea the nurses for always being there when I needed them for the CNAs (smart) Alec, Kayla, Sky, Marci, Carmen , Madeline, Mae , Adriana, Brittany. And all the trainees and plus Katie, Emily and Tiffany for their help during this unexpected journey. Also I want to thank Patrick, Tommy and all the other therapy staff because out their help I wouldn't be leaving this facility, they are top-notch group that get you back on your feet again. The food here's been exceptional Thanks to the chef Buck. And thank you to the administrative staff for accepting me here at Linda Vista, and making my stay here a pleasure. I've made a lot of good friends here Hope to continue those friendships long after today's date May 3rd and I made it unexpected recovery from my injuries I would recommend this facility to anyone in the Rogue Valley who is looking to get proper care by far they are the best. I look forward to walking back to these doors in several months when I can walk again to think them personally standing on my own two feet instead of in my wheelchair or a walker. Thank you Linda Vista for your caring and compassion.
