Waverly Place looks like a beautiful and well cared for community. The building is large, clean, and has a very welcoming feel when you walk in. Lisa at the front desk was especially kind and helpful when I stopped by. Even while staying busy, she took the time to chat for a moment and point me in the right direction, which I really appreciated.

The community is beautiful. The rooms are great (some even have a w/d in the unit). Food is yummy, and activities are plentiful. But what makes this place so great is the AMAZING staff: from the front receptionists, to the kitchen staff, to the caregivers, med techs, and resident care coordinators. We could not have asked for a better place for our loved one. They worked with us to understand and adapt to our loved one's needs. They were patient, compassionate, and highly capable at their jobs. Lots of activities and active residents. We were at the facility 3-7x a week, and got to know the folks who work and live here. I'll honestly miss them, and am grateful beyond words that they cared so compassionately for our loved one. Thank you, all.

This community is beautiful. Looking for assisted living or memory care, you have come to the right home. The executive director Rashall is a senior executive with valuable experience in all departments. Janel, the business office director is always available for assistance. The front desk is so kind and professional. This community has a strong and active programming for residents, and staff that care for residents like family and are proud to work for an amazing company. The dining room and the team serves quality and delicious food. The maintenance director keeps the community well maintained and clean. Britney the resident care coordinator ensures residents are cared for. The team has a registered nurse on site for nursing needs. A-team at this affordable luxury community.

The people who work here have hearts of gold. To say I’m impressed is an understatement. I’ve witnessed nothing but loving and professional care, over the span of five years, for two of my family members. I will be forever grateful to the staff who have shown patience and love, in times the residents needed it most. This facility is clean, provides fun activities, and a family atmosphere. Keep up the great work everyone.

Horrible experience. My mother stayed not even a month and we lost $$$. She was treated horribly and in her 80s , I saw my Mom cry for the first time - at Waverly. Scary place and Im glad I got her right out of there. There was an awful lof of turnover as well and the administration were straight up mean to not only staff but clients. I really felt sorry for staff almost as much as patients. We picked it because it wasnt that old and Mom really thought it looked nice and classy. About a day after all her furniture arrived we knew we'd made a very scary and costly mistake. I feared for Moms safety and had to go there every single day till I moved her. The aids kindly said goodbye to Mom and shared their fear of administration as we packed Mom right back up.

Amazing wonderful friendly outgoing place very nice and respectful staff is sweet and nice hard workers you can see how much they care about everyone there including the residents that live there they are like a whole family the facility is kept up and looks nice and clean its draws everyone in when walking in feels like a home that will keep giving to make sure everyone is happy and taken care of thank you for your hard work keep up the good work you guys are doing amazing

Our family is very impressed with Waverly Place and the care they provided to Rose while she was there. Unfortunately, throughout working here I have watched this place fall apart. Residents calls are often ignored, staff is given little to no training before beginning working, management displays hostility towards residents, there are family and friendship ties webbed throughout management and staff which leads to unfair treatment. I was determined to stay and improve the quality of this work environment to encourage others to stay, but it's just not feasible. This place needs some serious intervention.

I am a resident at Waverly Place, I love my home, I have met so many king and loving people. Staff and residents are a tight knit family. We have the best activities director around, Yvonne makes sure we have lots to do from amazing crafts, fun games, and lots of outings. I know I am so glad I choose Waverly Place over some of the others in town. This place is a true home.

I moved here a few months ago, I love it here, the residents are wonderful and the staff treat us all so well, they always go above and beyond for us all. I especially enjoy spending time with our wonderful activities director Yvonne, she has so many creative crafts, fun games and lots of fun things to always do. I highly recommend anyone looking for an active senior living community to come to Waverly Place. I am so glad I did.

Very caring staff! My father spent his last few months of life at waverly place and the staff were amazing. He enjoyed the company of the staff through the day. They were all so patient with him and seemed to really care about him. I’m so thankful waverly was part of his life and am beyond grateful to the caring staff there.

All who work here are kind and caring. They take time to really listen to their residents. There are many activities to choose from, many food choices, and the facilities are very clean and bright.

The Waverly Place staff did an excellent job of caring for our stepmom both in the assisted living community & the memory care community. During these extraordinary times of a pandemic they kept the residents safe and healthy to the best of their ability. They displayed great caring and compassion for our loved one. When the challenges of aging and end of life presented themselves they stepped up to meet the challenges. They embraced working with the Hospice team. They communicated effectively with family members. I highly recommend this community.

I've been to a few of the events and dinners they've had for families and I was pleasantly surprised. The kitchen staff is friendly and the food was wonderful. I've been to a few different retirement facilities across the country for family and this is definitely the best i've seen. And I wasn't at all expecting decent food, but it was very good with a lot of options and flavor. It seems as though they go out of their way to make residents and family members comfortable and welcome.
