We offer several styles of units to choose from in sizes to fit all senior needs. There is plenty of storage space, private bathrooms, and each apartment. The grounds are professionally maintained for the benefit of our residents and their guests. Members of our staff are extensively trained to care for senior Albany residents and everything they need. We continually strive to assist our residents for the highest quality of life we can provide for them. Waverly Place meal plans that are prepared with fresh ingredients daily from specially designed menus. We also offer snacks between meal times. Private dining, family style, cookouts, picnics are all available for every style of meal that could be desired. We can accommodate for nearly every type of diet.

I am leaving this review on behalf of my Father-in-law, Allen Riley, he wanted me to help him leave a review. Our family is very impressed with Waverly Place and the care they provided to Rose while she was there. Al wanted me to say this " I want to give a special thank you to Waverly place employees and Serenity Hospice for all there caring and help they provided to our family and especially to my mother." Unfortunately, throughout working here I have watched this place fall apart. Residents calls are often ignored, staff is given little to no training before beginning working, management displays hostility towards residents, there are family and friendship ties webbed throughout management and staff which leads to unfair treatment. I was determined to stay and improve the quality of this work environment to encourage others to stay, but it's just not feasible. This place needs some serious intervention.

My loved one lives in this community. People are very friendly, she loves it there. Every time I visit, I am greeted with a big smile from the front door all the way to her apartment. Staff are very kind. Great Job Waverly Place

I am a resident at Waverly Place, I love my home, I have met so many king and loving people. Staff and residents are a tight knit family. We have the best activities director around, Yvonne makes sure we have lots to do from amazing crafts, fun games, and lots of outings. I know I am so glad I choose Waverly Place over some of the others in town. This place is a true home.

I moved here a few months ago, I love it here, the residents are wonderful and the staff treat us all so well, they always go above and beyond for us all. I especially enjoy spending time with our wonderful activities director Yvonne, she has so many creative crafts, fun games and lots of fun things to always do. I highly recommend anyone looking for an active senior living community to come to Waverly Place. I am so glad I did.

The entire staff is absolutely wonderful! My mom is the happiest she has been in years! She has as many friends as she’s ever had. She tells me every visit that the staff is so nice. My dad received excellent care in the 18 months he was at Waverly Place Assisted Living. He moved only because there was an opening at the Oregon Veterans Home that we couldnt pass up. The staff at Waverly Place are hard-working and attentive. Especially during this pandemic, they have done a great job of keeping their residents safe and healthy. I would recommend Waverly Place for peace of mind when your loved one needs a place to call home.

Ive been to a few of the events and dinners theyve had for families and I was pleasantly surprised. The kitchen staff is friendly and the food was wonderful. Ive been to a few different retirement facilities across the country for family and this is definitely the best ive seen. And I wasnt at all expecting decent food, but it was very good with a lot of options and flavor. It seems as though they go out of their way to make residents and family members comfortable and welcome.

The Waverly Place staff did an excellent job of caring for our stepmom both in the assisted living community & the memory care community. During these extraordinary times of a pandemic they kept the residents safe and healthy to the best of their ability. They displayed great caring and compassion for our loved one. When the challenges of aging and end of life presented themselves they stepped up to meet the challenges. They embraced working with the Hospice team. They communicated effectively with family members. I highly recommend this community.

My mom was in a very bad situation and we needed to move her from one local facility to another one. I was not sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised about how warm and inviting everyone was. Waverly Place has truly changed my moms quality of life for the better and I can not say enough to assure other people whose loved one needs assisted living about how wonderful this place is. The Administrator Chantelle is amazing and has always made time to talk if I have had any concerns about my mom. I would recommend this facility to family and friends with the knowledge that their loved ones will most certainly receive the wonderful care my mom had.

I recommend Waverly Living to everyone I meet. My Grandmother has the best care hands down. She lived in two other senior living places before we reluctantly moved her again. Since her move she is being cared for without false promises and excuses. She is attending activities and now has friends. The food is great I am able to join her for meal. I meet a lot of happy people. Im very thankful we found Waverly before it was to late.

Ive never worked for such a great Community! The management isnt broken and all have been their long term which is rare in health care facilities. We have more staff to resident ratio then any other community Ive been with. I would recommend this community to any good caregivers and or family looking for their loved one.
