My 100 year old father stayed at the Regency for 3 1/2 weeks after being in the hospital for 9 days. The moment we walked in we were greeted by helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. I was feeling overwhelmed with the transition and had so many questions. Each question was answered kindly and if one person didn’t know the answer they helped me find someone who could. I knew Dad was being cared for with the utmost respect and professionalism by ALL staff so I was able to relax knowing he was in a safe environment. Thank Regency staff I appreciate your hard work and dedication!

My mother had a short-term stay to rehab after a hospital stay. I've heard horror stories over the years about facilities like this so I braced for the worst. But honestly, I only have good things to say about the experience and she does as well. The staff was attentive, the place was clean, food was good and the patients were able to choose from meal options. A team of caring providers coordinated her care and included her in their treatment planning. I'd turn to them again if needed.

My mom was at Regency for 2 1/2 months. She received excellent care from caring, knowledgeable staff. The facility is clean and cheerful, unlike another local care facility she had been in. The staff go out of their way to provide caring, personal and professional care to each resident. They also make sure to include family in care plans and keep them informed of any changes. Should the need ever arise that any of our family needs a skilled nursing facility in the future, we will definitely choose Regency.

I recently had used Regency for rehab after a long stay in the hospital. My stay helped me a lot. The staff are very friendly, warm and concerate. I used the OT And PT operations they offered. I would give bothe of these a 5 star rating. I was more than pleased with the help I received. I only recessed I dropped my rating down a star is do to call button response time. But over all I had a pleasant experience. I highly recommend them.

Our family had a great experience with Regency Albany. Our family member stayed in their Skilled Nursing Facility unit, to get PT OT and Speech Therapy after a hospital stay. They got him up on his feet (literally!) and ready to return to home life. The staff is so incredibly caring and sweet and dedicated. It's truly a team environment. If you are looking for a Skilled Nursing Facility or long term facility, take a tour and learn more!

I don't really have words to say how appreciative I am of the amazing care my Mom got in this facility. This is a really special team of care-givers and staff - from the nurses to the cooks to the housekeepers to activities director and everyone else - they contributed to an amazing healing experience for her. The building is clean, the food is good, her needs were met quickly and with kindness. When I had to leave town during her stay, I could do so with complete confidence that she was getting the very best care. She left feeling that she had been part of a community and relates story after story of heart warming interactions with the staff. If you or a loved one need skilled nursing care, I cannot recommend Regency enough.
