The entire staff from support staff to care workers are excellent friendly and welcoming, the residents are nice , family friends that come are also nice. I came from out of town for the week to move dad in, and was given a one bedroom suite with central air, kitchen stocked with what you needed minus the food even an ensuite bathroom.. I needed to talk to the support staff to fine tune my father accommodations, didnt even have to speak to the head person, it was all taken care of behind the scenes while I was out doing chores. Thank you all so much.

I have just returned home from a 9 day respite care visit to Park Place Retirement home. I was hesitant to stay in a retirement home as this was my first experience with one and my family was going on a trip and due to health issues I was not allowed to travel. On arrival I was greeted warmly at the reception desk and found my 1 bedroom senior suite to be very comfortable. I went to lunch and met more pleasant staff and residents who made me feel welcome. The rest of my stay continued with this experience and I left with good feelings after a pleasant visit. Retirement home lifestyle is not for everyone but the staff and environment offered by this company made it a pleasant experience.

I love it here at Park Place. I have lived here for 8 months and I felt at home immediately. The staff and the residents are very friendly and welcoming. I enjoy the many amenities and activities offered daily at the Senior Suites. I can be as busy or relaxed as I like. I was also pleasantly surprised by the lovely pond, walking paths, and the nearby nature and animal life - - all in the middle of the city! It is fantastic.

17 years ago I was searching for a retirement home for my sister, coming from Hamilton. She is a still a resident at Park Place. Now she lives in the Retirement Residence, where she is able to receive the care she needs. The care she is receiving is excellent. She has been very happy here. 15 years later, we had to move to a retirement home, and of course, because of the amazing care at Park Place, my husband and I moved into the Senior Suites. I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff, the food, the activities, the care, and the home-like atmosphere. Park Place is my home, away from home (without all the work).

My elderly mother stayed here for about six weeks, she was recovering from an operation and needed to have some help getting dressed, especially with her mobility problems and giving her peice of mind until she could once again function by herself, great food, dining room area, piano music and thanks to all the care givers for helping her in her time of need ! ..

I regularly visit two good friends at Park Place, and am the PoA for one of them. The care staff is attentive, very, VERY patient, and the follow-up communication for any concerns is excellent and timely. The food is very good and the staff in the dining room are kind and cheerful. Eve at the reception remembers visitors' names and is so helpful to new residents like my friend. What I have noticed most about the staff here is that they are respectful of one another, and that creates such a lovely atmosphere of cooperation, which is why many of them have worked a long time at Park Place, compared to other residences where the turnover seems high. The common areas are very clean. There is a walking path under mature trees, a park nearby, and there are outings for residents. I absolutely recommend Park Place RR!

More than five years of satisfaction and excellent treatment I have been working with park place seniors for these years and my experience has been absolutely positive. From the first day, I felt very comfortable with the team and the residents. They are very kind and responsible people, who always care about providing a pleasant and respectful work environment. The management is exceptional, always attentive and friendly to everyone. The way they treat employees is something I value extremely. I am very happy to be part of this team.

Here's in update Here's a review you might consider: --- My mother has been living ar Park Place Retirement Residence for some time now, and the care she's received has been exceptional. As a two-person assist, she requires a bit more help with daily activities, and the staff has consistently risen to the occasion. They handle her needs with patience and genuine kindness, which makes such a difference in her quality of life. The residence itself is well-kept and clean, and the atmosphere feels welcoming and friendly. I've also appreciated the communication with the care team”they keep me updated and are responsive to any questions or concerns. It’s such a relief to know my mom is safe, comfortable, and respected here. I highly recommend Park Place Retirement Residence anyone looking for a compassionate and professional environment for their loved ones.

Food is wonderful and the staff really care for my grandma. I see the compassion and patience they give all the residents here and it gives me great peace of mind. The staff remembers small things like making sure my grandma has a bib when she’s eating or giving her warm water instead of cold. Thank you all so much! You are so appreciated.

My mother resides in this home and I can’t say enough good things. The food is great, the care is amazing but the most important thing is how they’re handling COVID. After they noticed the effect of March lockdown on seniors, they realize she family are what will get seniors through the pandemic. Myself and my brothers have visited and cared for our mother every day since late April. Other seniors’ families are also allowed to care for their seniors. We are provided with PPE, Hand sanitizers, everything. They know family have every right to enter their loved ones home. Park Place follows the directives and Resident Bill of Rights. If only other seniors’ residences were run like Park Place.

Rooms are nice and big ppl are friendly there renovating the place but 1 things for the price that ppl pY to stay there you would think that the ppl who owns the place would get it infumagated every 6 mths to keep the cockroach out I seen them when visiting someone in the persons room and hallway so if 1 has them they all do have consideration for the seniors and have it infumagated they pay enough
