Even though I have not took a tour over this retirement home as if I might move to Niagara Falls Ontario later in life. The fact I choose all Niagara Falls retirements even as if anytime I might like to have my summer vacation week in Niagara Falls New York as an example since I love being close to the American Border.

My husband and I have been at Cavendish Manor for three and a half years and really consider this as 'home'. The staff are very helpful in all departments. Whatever we need they are sure to supply. They're are many activities going on which we enjoy. We enjoy the food very much. When we need a nurse they come quickly and are so attentive. We're so thankful to have found Cavendish Manor.

I can't say enough about this home. My uncle needed a transitional home as he wasn't ready for a long term facility. I visited at least 8-10 places in the Niagara Region, as soon as I got to Cavendish I knew this was the place. Very spacious, well lite and most of all didn't have an odor that I noticed at other facilities. Being an old school the hallways were wide so getting around with a walker would never be an issue. The rooms are a good size and they did accommodate some renovations to the bathroom to suit his needs. There are 3 floors and we choose the 3rd floor for the view as it has 3 great big windows (yes there is an elevator). The staff are amazing, Mike was the gentleman that helped me throughout the process and is still my go to with any issues or request that we have. All of the residents smile and seem very happy to be there and my uncle has made many new friends that he loves to spend time with. Even thorough a pandemic, they have maintained a safe environment from the very beginning, it was comforting to know that the residents and their safety came first. To date there has not been an outbreak so kudos to them for a job well done. If you are looking for a home that is clean, well maintained and have great staff, this is it!

On November 16, 2018 we moved my mother into Cavendish Manor retirement residence. Since moving her in the staff have been incredibly amazing and helping her become adjusted and making her feel right at home. Starting with the tour that Fletcher Elliott took me on his warmth and generosity and huge smile made me feel that this was the place that mom needed to be. Fallon and Susan have always been warm caring and helpful with any request that I have made. The nursing staff that I have met to date including Cheryl and Emily and they have taken such good care of mom and getting her medications straightened around checking on her and making sure that she is comfortable And relaxed. I would recommend Cavendish Manor retirement residence to anyone who has to move a loved one out of their own home, I look forward to sharing my mothers new adventure in life with her and the large family at Calvin dish retirement Manor.

The staff here are amazing! Due to health reasons, I needed to find a home for my Father quickly. Cavendish Manor worked quickly with the hospital and myself to ensure my Dad would be looked after. Everyone is friendly and they knew my Dad's name the moment he stepped in the door. I would highly recommend Cavendish Manor to anyone!
