I am doing my student placement here, everyone is so nice and friendly with me. This community caters to senior residents who live on the independent and assist living floors. Since I am working with the life enrichment team, I work closely with their staff and help residents to engage in the activities and games. They provide exercises, outings, and socials, discussions, travel presentations and entertainment which is very popular. I am happy to be here working for a great retirement community and helping seniors daily.

I attended this retirement facility for an open house I saw in the paper and wow!!! It blew me away.....everyone was so friendly they even had managers greeting me at the door. There was music, dancing and food it looked so fun and delicious. I would recommend here to anyone looking for somewhere fun and lively!

I have greatly enjoyed performing as an entertainer at Evergreen Retirement Community in Mississauga, as the residents are very receptive and appreciative of my contributions. The Lifestyle Manager, Brandon Hay, has always been enthusiastic and accommodating in his dealings with me. He takes time to introduce me in a warm and welcoming way, which sets the stage for a positive experience for everyone. The residents clearly have a fond affinity for Brandon and his caring personality are clearly valued.

This retirement community I visited provided excellent care for its residents. The staff was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. The center offered a variety of activities and events for residents to participate in. Overall, I would highly recommend this retirement center to anyone looking for a caring and supportive environment for their loved ones.

I was very excited to find this home for my mother a few years ago, she was very happy with the service, room, amenities and staff up until the Upper Management changed sometime last year and all went downhill. The General manager is never available and shy’s off answering questions when asked. Our problem is that she has been extremely rude to my old mother on multiple occasion and for that reason my mother has decided that she needs to find a new home, she loves the place but now she feels she is not wanted and a burden to Management. Will NEVER recommend this home to anyone.

The sale process was remarkably easy and the team did a great job in preparing my Moms unit for her arrival. There were a nice variety of designs to choose fromWhen she first moved in, my mother raved about the meals and all the activities. Unfortunately Covid hit two months later and based on provincial guidelines the many fun things had to be curtailed. Throughout this trying ordeal, the staff have been wonderful. They seem to really care. Email inquiries are answered promptly by management and we hope that things can soon get back to normal with lots of social activities for the residents.

The staff at Evergreen are friendly and work hard to keep the residents safe and ensure their well-being especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. It took me months to research for a suitable location for my family member. Once I entered Evergreen I new it was the most suitable location. I can rest easier knowing my family member is safe. Thank you to all the Evergreen Frontline and essential staff...your service is greatly appreciated.

Clean and tidy, went to visit a relative. Evergreen has a spa and a pool, workout room and much much more facilities. Would definitely reccomend for a family looking out for a retirement home.

My mother has lived there for 2 years, she is on the secured floor. The place is very clean and the staff are friendly and the way they threat my mother is beyond great. I can not complain. my only wish is that all seniors can have it as good as my mom

We cannot begin to express how much we love the staff at Evergreen Retirement Community . They have always been supportive, caring , kind and helpful. However never had this been more important than during this time . As an only child having my mom taken care of by this facility has been a God send . They have always been available to answer all our questions, and concerns promptly with care, love and patience . It is so clear how much everyone cares for the residents and how much of a family they all consider themselves to be . They have maintained the utmost care in establishing clear and concise protocols and have remained free of any outbreak - a true blessing in this scary time . My parents lived in an Evergreen condo and Mom moved to one of the rental units after Dad passed away.The services they provide meet her needs, the staff are friendly, skilled and reliable I highly recommend Evergreen.

Wonderful amenities, but Condo fees are too high and go up every year. Lots of activities and entertainment. Friendly staff. They are in the process of finalizing the plans for another building in the same compound so if youre looking around, and can wait a few years, I would recommend it.

Good place for senior family members. Not cheap, but does have everything you would need as a senior. 3 meals a day you dont have to cook. Swimming pool, bowling lanes, art & craft room, hairstyle & barber on site. Some are condoms & some rentals. Good place, well managed and lots for everyone to due.

I have gone to visit my grandparents at Evergreen at the mississauga location and I had lunch with my grandparents. Wanda was my server and we received outstanding customer service from her. She explained the menu to us, she give us other lunch options, she was patient, cheerful with a positive work attitude. Her outstanding services made us feel welcome within our atmosphere at Evergreen. Thank you Wanda! Our grandparents speak highly of you and now I know why. Keep up the good work!
