Although building looks beautiful, there are a number of maintenance repairs are needed such as leaking roof into dining room. Elevator out of service frequently and more. Individual room temperature controls are so complicated, many seniors can’t control. Lobby seating only accommodates max8 people. No windows or outdoor view in dining room Dark and gloomy basement setting. Depressing

I stayed at the Windsor for two months . It was necessary for my recovery. I was treated with care and understanding. Thank you to all staff.

I have hade the opportunity to tour the Windsor on 5 ocassions. I was impressed by the friendly helpful staff staff, the spacious living areas, the wide halls, the overall cleanliness, the impressive dining and eating area. The residents were all talkative and friendly. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a clean, spacious, friendly atmosphere to arrange a tour of the Windsor.

My Mother just spent six weeks in the Bayshore section of The Windsor Retirement Residence. The staff were friendly, food excellent and the care exceptional. Loved the pictures from "around the world" in the hallways. Each walk to the dining-room was a new adventure when you could view the lovely pictures. Great place to recuperate!

I went to this place to drop off my friend who works here. And all along the way he was talking about how beautiful this place is, his work and everything. I got kinda curious to see it so I went there along with him. And the first thing I said “Is this a kind of Hotel”. The ambience, the staff and the place looked so luxurious.

I Visited the Windsor recently. I am determent to move into this place when I am ready. I was very impressed with the setup and the designs and the luxury that this retirement home offers to its residents.Even the price was not as high as I expected. I am presently at the Windsor doing rehab for a leg injury and am thoroughly impressed with the facility. The meals are excellent with a great variety and lots of food.the staff are very friendly and willing to give you an alternative if you have a special request.

I, and my family, are overwhelmed by the support provided by the management team and staff of The Windsor Retirement Residence. Even through some somewhat trying times, staff were, for the most part, professional, compassionate and supportive. We are very appreciative of that support. If you had known my mother when she was well, she would also have advised you of her appreciation, not only of the care provided, but also the atmosphere of The Windsor and the quality and beauty of the surroundings.

I recently spent sixteen days in convalescent care at the Windsor. The Windsor staff were all very friendly and nice and aimed to please no matter the concern. All staff are really hard workers from morning to night. The food in the dining room was excellent and the presentation was beautiful. The chefs out did themselves everyday. I hope this excellent service continues at the Windsor Retirement as you continue to grow. 🙂
