Our skilled nursing experience with Trinity Woods was wonderful! My mother was at Trinity Woods for skilled nursing care for 6 weeks. The team was incredible! They were kind, caring and patient with her. They kept us informed and listened and reacted to all of our concerns quickly. I want to call out a few standout individuals Marcy, who was always available to listen to our concerns and answer our questions. Belinda who did an incredible job caring for our mother and Ashley, who was patient and encouraging when working with her around her physical therapy. In addition, I want to mention the team preparing the meals. They did a great job preparing flavorful food and providing a variety of options. Having a hair and nail salon available as well as restaurants was an added bonus that we appreciated.

I can't say enough good things about Trinity Woods. My mom was living in her own home and on the waiting list for assisted living at TW when she fell, and went to the hospital. When she got out, she needed rehab and skilled nursing 24x7. Fortunately Trinity Woods does that too so that's where she went. She's a vibrant 93 years old, but she wasn't getting around too well even before she fell. The therapists and nurses worked wonders with her. She's better now than she was before she fell, physically and mentally. Today (two months later) I moved her into assisted living, she no longer needs skilled nursing. She'll spend the rest of her life at Trinity Woods and we're both comfortable with that. I've been there with her through this journey and gotten to know the people who work there, and observed the services they provide at different levels. TW provides each level of care from independent to long-term care, so whatever happens, they have the right place for them. She's always been treated well, the food is fine, it's clean, secure, and the staff really seem to care. My mom wanted to live in her own house until her time came (as many people do) so she wasn't crazy about this idea, but she's very happy there. I'm thankful for all the people who have and will continue to help her have the best quality of life possible. Update March 2025: My mom had a medical problem serious enough for a trip to the hospital. The TW staff took action, informed me immediately, and got her there quickly. Probably saved her life. She's since gone through the same process of skilled nursing, rehab, and back to assisted living. It's gone just as smoothly as before and she's making progress every day. Everyone was helpful and nice. Many of them knew us from before, and treated us like family.

We had an outstanding experience with Trinity, the past two weeks in skilled nursing, the nurses and the physical therapist occupational therapist speech therapist, and Director all were very professional, and described how their place worked. Medications went smooth, and we are just real happy…. we would take our mother there again if required Randy

This place was very nice, I learned a lot in the two days that I was there for clinicals. The staff was nice and so were the residents, it was a great experience.

I would like to express my appreciation for the staff at Priddy Harbor who cared for my father for a brief time: Mary, Ot, Anderson, and others. Your compassion and expertise and flexibility to allow my family to spend so much time with my father will not be forgotten. Thank you!

To me, it's the best retirement community in Tulsa. I told my husband that we are moving there when we retire (and when we get our fortune built, LOL)!

Having lived at Trinity Woods for the past five years, I feel that I can speak about the Trinity Woods experience. The past years have been nothing but a positive experience. TW offers so many advantages (such as no yard work, no house work, no maintenance responsibilities) that give us the time and energy to take part in all of the programs offered here such as physical activities, educational programs, games, movies, concerts and many others. We have made many friends and enjoy activities with them. The dining options here are wonderful and the food is great. I highly recommend moving to a place like this sooner rather than later. Don't wait to move until you can't enjoy the experience here.

With completion of Trinity Woods' redevelopment, retirement facilities, including independent living, assisted living, memory care and healthcare, are second to none in Northeast Oklahoma. What really sets Trinity Woods apart, though, is staff commitment to redefining aging. From healthcare to dining, maintenance, and administrative, staff are caring and perform admirably under trying pandemic conditions.

My mother lived at Trinity Woods for almost 7 years, in the Felt House and later assisted living. She loved the beautiful grounds, the loving caregivers, the Wellness center, the various activities and the many friends she made while living there. She felt it was truly a wonderful decision to live her final years at the best senior living center in Tulsa.

My wife's mom was a resident in Assisted Living and subsequently in Memory Care until she passed away. The staff was wonderful. They were kind, compassionate and caring. They would often go above and beyond when caring for her. My wife and I wouldn't think of residing elsewhere when we decide to join a senior living community

For an 18-year stretch, I had several people (and three dogs) I loved dearly who called this neighborly community in midtown Tulsa home. Four different family members -- my parents and in-laws. My parents lived many years in one of the villas, a ranch-style home with a garage and fenced backyard on a private, residential street. My mother-in-law may hold the record for longest residence in their assisted living; she lived there 12 years and often characterized it as "like being on vacation." My father-in-law, who had advanced Parkinson's disease, received excellent, personalized long-term care. Trinity Woods (formerly Oklahoma Methodist Manor) has perhaps the broadest array of independent living options available in this area -- villas, lake homes, luxury apartments and more on a property with mature trees and walking trails. Assisted living, assisted-living memory care, rehabilitative care and long-term care pull together everything needed to live fully among neighbors and caring staff at every point in life. A new community-life center (think "student union") is coming this summer. I used to go to LifeTime Fitness; the gym at Trinity Woods reminds me of a smaller version of that -- up-to-date equipment, bright and clean, a variety of group classes and programs; personal trainers, etc. An indoor pool. And, of course, pickle ball (which I don't really get).

Amazing retirement community. Such a wonderful spirit amongst residents and staff. The Lord is present here. Beautiful inside and outside. Retirement is not boring here. There are activities scheduled every day. Wish my wife and I had become members long before we did. Love not worrying about yard work, house keeping and home maintenance.

The nursing home is excellent! Very caring staff and administrators. I don't have a complaint and I'm picky about my dad and his care.

My mom lived there first in independent living, then in assisted living, and finally in the nursing home. The people who work at OMM are amazing: compassionate, diligent, and have a great sense of humor. They made the most of a very bad situation, as my mom had dementia. I remember the Holliman people especially fondly.

Hubby was there for rehab for almost a month last autumn. We were very happy, VERY happy with OMM. The reason we chose OMM was because so many (I work assisted living) recommended them as one of the best. Everyone was kind, helpful, on their game, etc. I have absolutely no complaints about anything. The PT was perfect, the assistance was there when we needed it, the food was very good, and I can genuinely say we would also recommend it as a very fine facility, and would go there again if needed.

OMM is incredible. It is an all encompassing community. My mother is a temporary resident of the "skilled nursing facility". The staff are AMAZING! Everyone is compassionate, caring and very attentive. We are truly blessed to have been able to place her here.

Delightful community living in a very comfortable home.
