Brookdale was a great fit for my mom. We were able to transition her without any challenges. Her spoken English skills had already been declining and the staff worked hard to ensure communication was successful. The office staff was always cordial and took the time to listen to any concerns or questions we may have. You know they care, when they are personally affected by the passing of your loved one and still do anything to help. I miss my mom and will also miss seeing the great Claire Bridge 2 Team. Thank you for loving my mom and loving us.

I Absolutely agree with Fran Church! That is exactly what I would have said. My mother was in Brookdale for only 2 years, but what a wonderful difference they made in our lives. Clare Bridge #2 Memory care was exactly what my family needed for our mother. Thank you, Heather, Tarsha, Teresa, Dresden, Kim, Deborah and Yvonne And wonderful staff. The little things you do...the sacrifices you make...they may not always be noticed by others...but God sees every one of them and smiles. Youre Making a Difference! God will not forget the work you did and the love you showed. Hebrews 6:10

I highly recommend Brookdale Tulsa Midtown for your loved ones. My mom lived there for about 8 years. Over that time, I got to know many of the staff - they are extremely caring and go out of their way to personally get to know each resident. Many of them have been there for an extremely long time, which provides stability and high quality of care. Brookdale has a very good system of integrating outside medical services, so that my mom did not need to leave to see her doctor. Their team was able to provide me with abundant guidance as to decisions we needed to make regarding changes in care over the years. Before Covid, there was a regular schedule of enrichment and social activities brought in for the residents. During the past year, they have done an excellent job of managing Covid risk. I appreciate how they were able to arrange different activities like drive-bys and outside ice cream and even outside distanced porch visits so that we could see our family members. They were also proactive in leading various electronic ways to connect, such as video calls. Jennifer Braun, the on-site leader, is extremely capable and quick to take actions to remedy any problems which may occur. My moms last days were at Brookdale with hospice, and she received wonderful and compassionate care. I always felt confident that my mom received the best possible care during her years at Brookdale.

My mother was in the memory care unit (She has Alzheimers) for 2 and 1-2 years. The staff really does an amazing job with the residents. You can tell they truly care about them. It took a while for her to adjust (a couple of months) which is normal but I think she pretty much felt at home there. My mom recently passed away from her disease and the staff went above and beyond to help her and our family through the process. I felt the love they had for my mom and that made all the difference in the world. I know she was well cared for, respected and loved.

Caring
We visited Brookdale Tulsa Midtown. They offered more times a week, three times a week to take my mother places, like if she needed to go to the doctor or needed to go somewhere. The staff was very nice. They have an Alzheimers unit, and I liked that I didnt have to move her. The food looked fine; it seemed OK.

We could not be more happy and relieved that our Dad is living at Brookedale. They were so kind and caring as he adjusted to Assisted Living and 1 year later were just as kind, caring and empathetic as he adjusted to their memory care. He and his room are always clean and the staff is so patient and gentle with him and the other residents ??

Brookdale is an amazing place. My Mom (95yrs old) moved there in early November & she loves it. They give her support as she rehabs from a broken hip. My siblings & I feel so blessed that we found this place for our Mom.

Brookdale Midtown is a great assisted living community in Tulsa. The staff is very caring, as they truly do anything and everything to assure their residents are well taken care of and happy. Activities are bountiful which keeps the residents active. An amazing place to call home!

Had a wonderful group luncheon for a dear friend of mine that lives at Brookdale Tulsa Midtown. The luncheon was provided by Brookdale and arranged by Sheryl Knutson. We all greatly appreciated Brookdales hospitality. My friend said she enjoys living at Brookdale and especially appreciates the friendly staff that provides for all of her needs. Thank You Sheryl!!!

My 98 year old mother just moved in here. She was welcomed with open arms and really loves it. The staff is very caring, it is well kept, and she really enjoys the food. This has been a good move for her.

On February 13, 2018 a small group of 8 people, which included a resident of Brookdale Senior Living, were celebrating a belated birthday luncheon party. Being so close to Valentine's Day, the private dinning room was decorated with lovely hearts by the Marketing Coordinator ( Sheryl Knutson ) and a bouquet of 12 pink roses were provided by the guests of the resident Ruth Nunnely. We were so impressed with the hospitably and great food served. Thank You so much !

My husband has been there for 2 months and is still adjusting to the new place. I have attended several activities and they make everyone feel welcome.

I am so pleased with Brookdale Midtown. My sister Katherine has been there for over a month and she is flourishing in her new environment! She is quite busy with daily activities and a visit to a museum last week. The caregivers and administrative staff are caring and professional. I feel comfortable she is well taken care of when I can't visit. She is happy and I have peace of mind. I highly recommend this location.

My Mom has been at Brookdale in the Memory Care unit for 2 years. I am amazed with the consistency of the caregivers on her floor. Over that time, there have been very few changes in those caring for her. I am so very thankful for that because they all know her and what she needs even though she cannot express those needs. The things that have changed are the decor (such great improvements) and getting a full-time Activities person to support only the Memory Care floor--I love this! Thank you Brookdale staff!

I visit a friend here at least 3 days each week, and I have gotten to know some of the staff pretty well. They take good care of my sweet friend, and always let me participate in activities while I'm there. It feels like family now when I go, because I know so many of the residents by name. The facility is so nice and clean, and they always have music playing. My only complaint is sometimes it takes longer than it should to respond to the call button. I would be thrilled to live here when I need it. Heck, I'd move in now if I could!

I visited with the team at Midtown yesterday and they were so welcoming, caring, compassionate and knowledgeable about their community and senior living. Living their mission everyday. Keep up the great work Tulsa Midtown team. Thank you for all that you do to serve our seniors and their families.

We are very pleased with the comfortable living quarters, attention, activities, food, staff and quality care our Mom receives at Brookdale Tulsa Midtown!

My family is forever grateful for God opening the doors and leading us to Brookdale Midtown. My Nanny has been a resident a little over 2 years now and she is soo loved and cared for each and every day. As her granddaughter I would give anything for my Nanny to be in a loving and beautiful enviroment she can call home and that is what Brookdale has been for her...HOME. The residence itself is beautiful! As you pull up the landsacaped drive you feel as tho you are approaching a Southern Plantation. When you step Inside you are greeted with smiling loving hearts and beautiful decor. It is ALWAYS clean and smells soo nice. My 3 young daughters and I visit weekly and have always been just another part of the family! This has been a precious blessing to us all because Nannys house was always the place to be and even though she is now living at Brookdale the staff and Environment has helped us not to even skip a beat!! Nannys House is still a beautiful place to be!

It's a great place! I have been here almost a year. The staff is very friendly and gardens are beautiful. The activities are fun and Ann does a great job running them. The food is great and has so many choices.

The staff are wonderful. The length of time alot of the employees have been there says so much. I love how they have made my aunt so welcome. They are all about family and we had a wonderful time at the Easter brunch . We also attended the housewarming party for my aunt and 2 other new residents. Grest turnout! Thanks to everyone who has welcomed our family to the Brookdale Midtown family.

My aunt is at Brookdale Tulsa Midtown. She has been there for I think about a month, and so far, so good. She's happy there. There is a memory care unit, and that's what attracted me to the place. My aunt has dementia, and I think it will be an easy transition for when her condition progresses a little more. The staff assists us very well, and we're very pleased. She has a one-bedroom unit. There are a lot of activities. The facility has a library, an activity room, a crafts room, a physical therapy room, and a workout room. In addition to the main dining room, there is what is called a country kitchen. The residents can go there in the morning if they don't want to get dressed and go to the main dining room. There is a nice walking trail. The staff keeps the residents stimulated mentally, and it is done in a way that works for dementia patients.

Brookdale Tulsa Midtown, formerly Emeritus at Tulsa, was much larger than the other ones I visited. I liked it, but the rooms were small. I liked the director. She was very informative, and she showed me the schedule of the activities for the seniors. As we toured, I could see that the residents were very involved in arts, crafts, and different things such as community outings. The residents that I saw seemed more active, and it would be a place that I would have considered for my parents. The dining was really nice. I did hear a comment from one of the residents that he really liked the food there.

I visited Brookdale Tulsa Midtown. The people there looked happy. I happened to go in around lunch time, and there were a lot of activities going on. Everybody seemed to be OK I liked that the facilities were clean. I saw people interacting with each other. Some people were reading, others visiting with each other, and things like that. The rooms and staff were really nice. If you were standing around, they would ask if you needed assistance. They were able to show us around the areas and took us to the kitchen.

My husband is at Brookdale Midtown Tulsa. The food is not great; it is OK. However, the care is excellent. They are meeting my husband's needs. They are taking care of him. They communicate with each other, and they communicate with me. They welcomed me; I felt very homey. Even the doctor and the medication now work together. The facilities are older, and they need some remodeling, but the care is the best part of it, and that is the most important part to me.

We got my parent in a place called Brookdale Tulsa Midtown. It is going fine. The employees all seem very nice and willing to do whatever they can to make things go as smooth as possible. We saw a couple of communities that were satisfactory, as far as care and activities for the residents, but this one is more of a hotel like atmosphere. It is a three-story versus the typical single-story long hallway that looks like a nursing home only dolled up a little bit. This one has more of a hotel thing, which I think particularly is my mother's taste. She has only been there for a couple of plus, but it is a very strong 4 for me.

We had an appointment that had been setup for us to go on a tour at Emeritus at Tulsa. Somebody saw me, they contacted me from online, and he arrange for this tour but by the time we got there, they have no record of us coming. It was very disorganized. Later on I called back to talk to the person whos business card they gave me; that person was on vacation, and there was nobody else there that can give me pricing and availability. I was not very impressed. They just didnt seem to have their act together. But the activities that they had were good, and the menu selection each day was good.

I might have used Emeritus at Tulsa, but I found another place thats a little bit better priced for me and probably 2 miles closer. It was nice and clean. The staff was good, and the people seemed to be pretty nice too. Their dining room was fine. However, the rooms were a little on the small side for me. I was looking at the studio rooms. Another negative was it's two stories. They had one available, and it was upstairs. I didnt want to go upstairs. In addition, my father couldnt get around being upstairs, and I think they only had one elevator.

Caring
My mom moved to Emeritus at Tulsa. The staff were great and very caring. The rooms were good-sized and she was the single occupant of the room. She started in the assisted living unit and eventually moved to the memory unit, and everything worked great without confusion. I would recommend this facility to other people.
