I'm a private duty nurse. We were needing extra help with my client & your agency sent out Kelle Davis. She is simply amazing. So capable, caring, compassionate, dependable & goes above & beyond for her clients, their family & coworkers. Our client was placed on hospice in April. Kelle was beloved by our client. She is truly extraordinary. She was an asset & it was so nice to have someone so compassionate & professional working beside me to care for him until he passed away. Thank you!

An amazing agency with talented, caring staff members! They did a. Amazing job providing care for my dad for a 4.5 month period. Personnel always showed up and they were friendly and caring!

Overall the experience was good. I felt confident being able to leave while my husband was being cared for. There were even times that a caregiver noticed concerns needing medical attention. I was especially thankful for Michelle who stayed with us for over a year and a half!

I would have had rave reviews about groove walls I really would have, but when Griswold employees were not only wanting to leave, very few of them did this but the few that did made a huge impact, they wanted to leave, they wanted to take 10 to 12 cigarette breaks in the backyard, not a problem no big deal, 84 year old or 82 year old lady my motherschedule their employees showing up late and, I'm sorry to say but Chris was started out with a bang like most companies that are partially established barely if any, do they come out strong, and they end up with the fizzle as I said they came out and they were fantastic and I still say that three of them are four out of there female employees were excellent one fizzled out and that was just three but I gladly say the name of those three but I don't think I should come that's when Griswold started to systematically deteriorate and never came back to fill the spot that was left vacant because some girl had a headache because some girl needed to smoke break and couldn't get it these are facts not just jokes, and this is what sad and the review I'm giving is not only honest I will gladly gladly take a lie detector and see the people last and didn't come back will take one too it was poor at best though I I thought I truly thought when I left compliments about the initial few days I left them on purpose to a guy named Robert and I did it so he could spread around and maybe the team would get some you know some you know some kind of attitude of let's go let's help this poor lady and all they did was not show up leave her alone and when I'm saying is the God's truth come Griswold is suspect at best

Trina and Quinlon are amazing care-givers. They have helped my mother recovers from a serious illness by showing her kindness and compassion as well as professional care. They have helped her with her physical therapy exercises, prepared nutritional meals, and assisted with cleaning. I'm able to go to work knowing that my mother is in good hands.

I have worked in hospice for 16 years and have had the pleasure to work with Griswold. I have experienced compassion and caring individuals that understand the special need for end of life care. Each individual takes pride to educate themselves and to learn from the hospice staff. I had one caregiver that stayed with my patient from Thursday till Sunday. She provided so much comfort not only to the patient but to the spouse. She knew what to expect when the patient passed and was able to keep the spouse calm. The caregiver had such a wonderful spirit about her. I am impressed with this company. Tommy and Renee are wonderful individuals that really care about providing excellent care and comfort. They stand behind their mission statement and hire employees that have the same philosophy they do. Keep up the great work!!!!
