The residents who live in this facility are well taken care of and the staff really cares. The Director of nursing there, Cris, is a extremely knowledgeable nurse who is very personable and easy to talk to.

Shawnee Memory care is a beautiful community with staff that care about their residents. The staff build relationships with the family members and residents to make sure they feel at home. I was able to transparently communicate my questions and concerns to the CNA's, LPN's and RN. They were all handled promptly and professionally. In the end, my mom was comfortable and at peace… so was I.

My mom spent the last 2-years of her life with Dementia and lived here. The staff was excellent and they made everything manageable through Covid. They always kept me up-to-date on her health issues and I was always included in her care. I highly recommend Shawnee Memory Care!

From the first time we started looking into Shawnee Memory Care, everyone was kind, supportive and considerate. We felt very confident in the care that Mom would receive. I have been there at all different times and various days of the week. Every time the staff are involved with the care of the residents!! It's not any easy job caring for people in the shape and various stages, but they do and 99% of the time with a smile! Morgan always takes care of the maintenance needs quickly and Marissa is always smiling. Jamie and Leota take good care of the folks and you can tell they really care about the residents. I feel confident in the care my mom receives and where she is now!!

My mother spent the last two years of her life at Shawnee Memory Care. It is a wonderful facility. I was so touched by the amazing care given to my mom by the fabulous staff. She truly loved each of her caregivers, and it was obvious that they loved her, too.

Everyone here seemed to genuinely care for my mother who was there for a few months. As with anyone with dementia she had good days and bad days but the staff gave her attention either way. I lived close enough that I could visit her daily so I was able to observe many of the staff interacting with her. At times the staffing was a little short but I think that is probably, unfortunately normal in any kind of care facility.

These fine folks looked after my Dad until he passed in December 2023. I don't know all of the staff there, but everyone took great care of my Dad on a personal, one on one level. Not only did the staff carefully and graciously look after my Dad, but they also cared for my Mom, making sure that she had a vital support network. Thank you to all the staff at Shawnee Memory Care.

My aunt has been In Shawnee memory care memory for over a year. The complete staff has been excellent! The one thing that stands out to me is the love and kindness that each staff has for the patients. Chris seems to stand out and handle all situations very well. We are so appreciative of all they do.

Belfair of Shawnee has been home for my loved one for almost a year now. I want to share how pleased and grateful I am for the consistantly excellent care received. The personnel is unfailingly attentive, kind and knowledgeable. The activities to participate in are numerous, inventive and fun. Musical entertainment is frequent and enjoyed by all. The food is good and handeled thoughtfully. A warm and welcoming atmosphere pervades this home. We are fortunate to have this facility in Shawnee.

I have done some consulting work with this company off and on since they have opened. They treat their residents with care and respect. They have loyal and dependable employees that truly love what they do and it shows in the way they care for the residents. I would not hesitate to put my loved one here as I see care that goes above and beyond what is required. Anytime I have been called to assist them in anyway I was always treated respectfully as well.

I have been very pleased with the response to any concerns that we have had about my loved one who lives at Belfair. The staff are always nice and respectful, even taking time to answer me during their off time. They are very personable, greet me with a smile and usually have a funny story to tell me about my loved one. My loved one seems to be very happy which makes me happy!

Belfair is the best place for long term care! The administration there care for your loved ones as if they were your own! The negative reviews are from former workers that did not meet the expectations of the level of care the administration requires. I know those that manage the care here personally and you can rest assured your loved ones will be taken care of better than any other long term care facility!

Belfair is the only memory care community in Shawnee and surrounding area. It is a beautiful facility and I have witnessed the love and care they provide to the residents. I grew up in Shawnee but now live in Ft Worth. The Belfair staff takes such good care of my dad. The facility is beautiful and the staff is too! I am able to join my dad for meals and family events. Belfair receives my highest recommendation!

The residence is warm and inviting from the moment you walk in the front door. It has a very secure environment, yet open and friendly. My father in law was a resident there for a few months in the spring of 2016 and he loved it and still asks about some of the residents he met while there. I highly recommend the Belfair Community.
