Dogwood Creek is an awesome Assisted Living Center in Muskogee Oklahoma. After my Mom passed away in September 2020, we moved our Stepdad into Dogwood Creek, and it has been a very pleasant experience. Our Stepdad loves it there. They take care of his every need, including his meds, nursing care, meals, laundry, cleaning, and pretty much anything else that he needs. They take him to his Doctor appointments and visits to the VA hospital. They have a lot of activities in their community center that he really enjoys. He said the food there is excellent, and he has made several new friends. Dogwood Creek has taken the worry from my family because they take care of everything that he needs. I'm 70 years old and still working, and it has been a blessing to me personally to have my Stepdad at Dogwood Creek and the assurance that he is being well taken care of. Jeff Pitts

It is a very difficult decision to move your parent into assisted living. With that being said I am very grateful to the team at Dogwood Creek. My mother has been a resident there for a little over a year and a half and we are very satisfied with her care. Tamatha has been there the entire time and she is always willing to help me make adjustments to my Mom's care as her needs change. The nurses and medical aides are always friendly and helpful and Bob the business manager is always quick to return your calls and assist you with whatever needs may arise.

My folks are well cared for and living in a cozy, comfortable apartment. They enjoy various activities and visiting with other residents. I feel very fortunate that Dogwood Creek was suggested as a retirement home for my folks. Janet Griffin

Tamatha has been the most helpful, caring and patience person during this tough time. I called her months apart with lengthy conversations discussing my family's situation, our needs, and problems. She remembered me right away, she listened and never made me feel rushed. She helped me with resources and gave me ideas. The staff gave a smooth transition from hospital to her own apartment at the facility and handled all the paperwork and medication orders. Tamatha came through when we needed them and we are super thankful for Dogwood Creek!

What an awesome place! When we needed to move my mom ASAP, Tamatha at Dogwood Creek helped us make it happen. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, and my mom has been excited and happy with her new residence! Every day that I have stopped in, there have been activities going on with lots of participation from residents. I have seen lots of smiles and a lot of interaction with staff and residents that left me feeling good about my decision to move my mom in here. The apartments are cute and the patios are an added bonus that my mom was extra excited about. Mom felt like she was coming home. I highly recommend you check them out if you're looking for a retirement or assisted/living facility!

I'm so thankful to Dogwood Creek for working so hard and moving quickly to get my mother settled in. We moved her from a facility in OKC so she could be back in her hometown. She's on the ADvantage program and there was A LOT of bureaucracy to figure out! My sister and I are forever grateful to the team at Dogwood Creek for working out the details and making the transition super smooth. The staff are welcoming and warm and tasks such as scheduling doctor's appointments, transportation, etc is far more streamlined that at my mother's previous ALC. What a relief! The atmosphere and energy at Dogwood Creek is great with a perfect balance of privacy and social opportunities. My mother just moved in and already seems far more happy here than her last ALC. We couldn't be more happy that my mother is at Dogwood Creek!

Went and visited Dog wood creek! They are very clean and have friendly staff. The living quarters are super cute! All the residents seemed to be happy living there and where busy doing activities. I would highly recommend Dogwood Creek and their staff!

My dad moved in here about 3 months ago and loves it. He says the people are caring and friendly, which I've experienced, as well. They take care of cleaning his apartment and doing his laundry, which is great! He has trouble remembering to take his medication, and they take care of that for him. He loves the food and the activities. He has nothing bad to say about Dogwood Creek. Highly recommend.
