I have been so pleased with the excellent care my 93 year old dad is receiving a Stone Creek. The employees are top notch! Friendly, helpful, and so kind to the residents. This starts the moment you walk in the door. They call me with concerns and have called the Dr and prescribed meds quickly when needed. The facility is beautiful and clean, the food is wonderful, there are great activities scheduled daily… I could go on. Please consider this community if you are looking for assisted living. My dad generally complains about everything. He has zero complaints about Stone Creek!

I can't say enough good things about the staff and the facility at StoneCreek. Dubraska, McKaylynn, and Alyssa always greet you with genuine warmth and a smile. They accommodate you as if you were a family member, because to them you are. Ron, head of maintenance, is always willing to take time out of his day to explain to a resident how to use their TV remote or help a resident. The staff is phenomenal. Angela, Angel, and the many other staff members are all God-filled, integrity-driven people that make you feel great about entrusting your your two most valuable assets to their care. Mom and Dad. We recently moved my 91 year old mom into StoneCreek and we’ve had an excellent experience. Mom loves it here and the staff has been so attentive to her! They take such good care of her. The nursing staff is excellent and she always gets her medications on time. The activity director always has fun events for the residents and mom attends daily exercise classes and other activities such as bingo, movies, Friday happy hour & we all enjoy Family Night once a month. I would definitely recommend StoneCreek!!!

Two months in and we couldn’t be happier with our decision to move our 91 year old mom to StoneCreek! She absolutely loves it and wishes she had done it years ago. From our initial visits with Alyssa, McKaylynn and Frank to the daily care she receives from Angela, Mae, Gabby, Jille, Crystal, Dubraska, Ron and other staff we couldn’t have picked a better place! She has been more active, engaged, happier and energetic these last 2 months than in the last 5 years. Highly recommend StoneCreek of Edmond!

This place is amazing! My father was brought here about a month ago. The previous assisted living he lived at just around the corner, could even get him out of his room for breakfast! They often screwed up his medications, rarely checked on him and would never take responsibility for their mistakes. Stone Creek not only has my dad doing activities, he truly loves where he lives. The food is better than most restaurants. The staff there truly care about those who live there. The two nurses there are awesome. They have handled all my dads quirks with ease. I am so grateful for all Stone Creek has done for my dad. There is no better place in the area. Thank you all!

I never write reviews but felt I needed to today.I have visited several of the assisted livings in the area. By far Stonecreek was the most inviting. After reading a post by the wellness director, I took him up on his challenge and showed up unannounced, later in the evening. The place was clean, no foul smells. The staff immediately stopped me and asked for my name and if I needed any help. I was so impressed by this as it shows they truly care about security and the people that live there. I was offered a tour which I took (this was around 9pm). I was impressed by the knowledge of the staff. All the other places either just let me walk around on my own or told me to come back in the morning so management could help me. Again most impressed!. I cam back in the morning and met with the wellness director Frank who was amazing! He not only has his staffed trained but absolutely has the pulse of his building. I met with Jaime who was extremely helpful and friendly. Courtney the building director was very extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The people who lived there all seemed happy and engaged with the various activities. Honestly I feel this is the only place I would put my father in compared to any of the surrounding facilities. I can not say enough of the professionalism, the dedication, and the atmosphere. I hope the owners realize the outstanding place they have there.

Love working here. By fall one of the best places I have work at. I have been with stone creek for almost 9 months. I enjoy my job because i love making my residents happy. Frank is a passionate nurse who knows his residents cause he visits with them that goes for Virginia and Kourtney. Most people in there postion dont take the time to visit with the residents.That what makes this place stand out.

This place is absolutely phenominal. From the decor, to the food, to the atmosphere. I have always dreaded places like this, but the staff at Stone Creek makes me feel like I belong here. I have made so many friends in such a short time. I really wish I would have done this sooner! The nurses are so caring and the office staff hang out with us all the time. Such a friendly place. I love it!

My mother has been here for two weeks now, moving from another facility that was not meeting her needs. We are both thrilled with the staff and environment here. This review is from my perspective having dealt with assisted living communities for some time now. If you are looking for your parents, I can recommend stone creek so far. It has exceeded my expectations from the initial move in period wjere Jamie handled every little concern to when Jessica in maintenance went above the call to mount TVs, layout phone cords, make locks work easier for arthritis hands, etc, to the med nurses who are so patient and pleasant with my mom, to the good food (no place is fabulous but the cooks here know what people like) to the aides who help newcomers negotiate the new surroundings, to Virginia and frank the nurses who made sure the right meds are given at the right time. The bedroom apts are the largest I toured in the nw, Okc-edmond area, modern, beautiful and large kitchen area, light and cheerful. The two stories of apts are built in a square so its impossible to get lost along lengthy myriads of halls at other facilities. There arent many apts so the staff really gets to know the residents. And I have not been dinged to death over services for my mom as other facilities on ridiculous point systems. There might have been issues when this facility first opened, but whatever they were, its nothing I have encountered nor expect to see. Im so glad we decided to move, despite fears and challenges of moving an elderly dementia patient but these people and this place have been a blessing.

I toured Stone Creek a few days ago. The place was absolutely gorgeous. While the other places I visited were dressed up nicely, Stonecreek was different. They appeared honest and genuine. You walk into a friendly environment, people are laughing and smiling. The cutest lady was playing the piano and was fantastic!. Everyone seemed to love it there. I toured fro quite some time, The rooms were big and spacious, I met several people that lived there and they all had really good things to say, that alone spoke volumes! The staff were professionally dressed and had visible name tags which many of the other places I visited did not. The were all smiling and greeting my family. Jaime did an excellent job answering all my questions. Abby ( i think that was her name) was very friendly and helpful at the desk. I was able to meet the director Kourtney and nurse Frank which again another rarity especially on a tour. They both were extremely knowledgeable and alleviate any anxiety I had about moving my mother and father in here. This was the only place in this area I was able to meet office staff and be treated like I was a long time member. The food smelled like a fancy restaurant. I can not wait to taste it. I was so impressed I felt the need to review this establishment. I will follow up when my parents move in!

I have had my parents in a few assisted livings in the Edmond, OKC area. This is by far the very best of them all. They have stable staff, the food is excellent. The administrator and Director of Nursing are by far the best in the business. I have seen the past results from the state and since these two took over they have had no deficiencies at all! The nurse director Frank has been very attentive to my parents, even though they can be honary at times. He has trained his staff to put the needs of the residents as a priority. I could get the director at Veraden to even meet with me about concerns, but frank dropped what he was doing and took care of my issues immediately! Courtney the administrator is terriffic! She has been very attentive to me and my parents. My parents love their new friends and absolutely adore the staff at Stone Creek. I HIGHLY recommend this wonderful place to anyone looking for a place for thier loved ones to call home!

My Mom lives at StoneCreek and I LOVE LOVE the staff. They are very helpful and are always there to lend a hand to my Mom. There have been at times, issues with the staff, but management is always very responsive getting someone to cover when there is a problem. What I love about the staff is that they fall in love with the residents just as if they were their children. This fact makes them take good care of our parents. The young woman that does activities in memory care is absolutely wonderful. There are a couple of young men that work evenings that play games and take wonderful care of our loved ones. The food is terrific! All in all, StoneCreek is a great place to live for my Mom and I feel safe that she is well taken care of.

I admitted my mother here a while back. Honestly they had a lot of issues when I got here. Staffing was terrible, the care was sub par. Nurse Virginia has always done her absolute best and I greatly appreciate all she has done. Sometime in August or September they brought in a new Administrator and a new Director of nursing. I will tell you I have never been more please! This place is outstanding now. Mom gets the same staff daily, her care has been the best it has ever been. Courtney seems very capable of doing her job and understanding of what families need, we have only spoken once but she seemed legitimately concerned and addressed my needs immediately. The Director Frank has been top notch, the staff is trained, and are happy at their jobs which, to me is the best thing that could have happened there. He is always checking in with the residents and families and with Virginia have turned Stone Creek around, especially the memory care unit around. They are always doing activities, now they are baking cookies and having a great time!. We are all having a blast now! THANK YOU Frank, Virginia, and Courtney!! Mom has never been so involved and happy. You guys have rekindled her spirit and I am forever indebted.

Have an update! They just had thier state survey and passed...NO Deficiencies! They staff and management have created a whole new atmosphere here. They have grown tremendously. This is the best assisted living in town. Way to go guys!After reading these reviews i will admit i was skeptical. Im glad i checked it out. Place is gorgeous! Staff is compassionate and very friendly. There hasnt been turnover in months. There are new managers in place and they run the building very well. Whatever happened in the past has clearly been handled. Id recommend this place to anyone. Food is excellent, nurses are very responsive to needs. Check this place out, decide for yourself. Im glad i did!

Stone Creek is one of the best facilities around! Everybody is very friendly always smiling caring to what people need when they walk in the building! My dad lives in the assisted living side and theres one employee that stands out to me shes always going out her way everytime i see her with every resident you can tell she cares alot about her resident and job. So i would like to give her a big thumbs up and hope they never let her go cheyana stout you do one amazing job and your one amazing person thank you for all that you do not only for my dad but all the other residents there also. You ALWAYS go the extra mile to make sure everybody has what they need! Stone Creek dont ever let her go!! Way to go cheyana!

My mom is very pleased at Stonecreek. They are very attentive to her needs. She has made quite a few new friends there and loves the atmosphere. The food is very good, not something you would expect in a nursing type facility. The nurse Frank is wonderful. Very focused on his patients and jokes around with them often. He is very genuine and passionate about what he does. He is by far the best they have had there and has turned things around there. The owner made a great choice hiring him in. Virginia is still there and does a great job as well. A few months ago I would have probably rated stonecreek as average, but with out a doubt I would say this place is now the best around. Staff is very friendly and stable...which was not the case before Frank came on board. My mom is truly happy and thriving. Way to go Stonecreek, you have exceeded my expectations!! Highly recommend!

Ok, so Ive been meaning to do this for awhile. My parents moved into Stone Creek in October 2018. They spent the previous 14 months living in a different local assisted living facility, so our view point may be different. Some people dont know how good they have it, but my parents and I DO! To start with, the food here is wonderful! I say that because where my parents used to live, the food was absolutely awful. So visiting Stone Creek and being treated to a free lunch, which wasnt a show or a come on but genuinely what they serve every day, was a big selling point for my mom after a year of bad food elsewhere. Stone Creeks Chef does an amazing job, especially on their monthly Family nights. Our grown children dont mind dining in here at all because the atmosphere is lively, clean, friendly and the food is good. The food and treats at their Thanksgiving dinner, Christmas Open House, and Christmas dinner was SO GOOD! Thank you Chef!What has meant the most to us in the almost 3 months that theyve lived there, is how attentive the staff has been with my parents. They each have issues that need attention and the kindness with which they receive this attention still blows me away...I didnt think it was possible after their previous experience in another facility. They do actually clean their apartment very well every week, take out the trash, do laundry, and check in with them regularly to see what else, if anything, they need. If I sound surprised at this its because the other place did NOT do these things, so those of you who dont understand, you dont know how good you have it unless youve seen what else is out there.At Stone Creek, in the short time my folks have been there, theyve made friends with many other residents, know most of the staff by name, and seem more comfortable here than Ive seen them in a long time. At their other place, they only made 1 friend in over a years time, which is sad. So when we visit Stone Creek and hear residents and workers actually having lively conversations all over the building, thats kind of big deal. Im told that many months ago they went through a big staffing change and that it has made a big difference in the climate and atmosphere of this place. Whatever they did...they need to keep doing it because the people who work there seem to actually like their jobs and the residents that Ive met seem pretty happy!Recently, when it looked like we might actually have some winter weather (Ill believe it when I see it Oklahoma) my husband and I sat down and realized that we didnt need to worry about mom & dad because they were in such a good place and that we knew if bad weather hit, or if there were any outside problems, the staff there would make taking care of their residents priority 1! Thats such a stress relief for us!Ill end with something that happened when mom and dad first moved into Stone Creek. The day before their move, my mom and I signed the lease, got the keys and began moving a few things ahead of schedule, particularly, all of the items from her previous refrigerator and we put them into their new refrigerator in their new apartment. Well, I noticed the refrigerator was on but not very cold. I mentioned it to someone at the front desk I think on my way out that day. The next day, when we moved them in, the refrigerator was cold and I didnt think anything of it.This is what I found out a couple days later....the staff at Stone Creek looked into the fridge problem after I mentioned it and got it fixed. However, the 2 staff member handling this were concerned that some of the contents belonging to my mom...yogurt, milk, butter....might have gone bad...so they took the contents out...took pictures of each item, and WENT TO THE STORE TO BUY AND REPLACE ALL OF IT for my mom! I have no words to tell how touched I was by this selfless act of kindness.Any questions for me? Id be happy to answer! We love Stone Creek

Stone Creek is a fairly new place and there are always kinks to be worked out. No place is perfect, but our family has never felt anything other than love and compassion from the staff. My granddad loves the staff and hes always smiling when we visit. He enjoys introducing the aides when they come in to care for him. Our family is very grateful for the care at this facility.
