My father recently moved to Brookdale from another senior facility and we’ve been so impressed by the amazing staff and the care he gets sense arriving a few months ago. Lisa, Christi and the team are like a family to their residents. The price is right and the care is great. My father has a young man that helps him most of the time and he’s fantastic. Brookdale is a small community which feels more like a home than a facility. The leadership in both administration and Nursing is second to none. The differentiation is they are always available and willing to listen to suggestions and concerns and then make a plan for improvement. They have tenured care givers that are personable and always willing to respond to the needs of your loved one. If you are looking for a place for your loved one I would recommend you take a look at Brookdale in Edmond.

My mom has been there for a week and a half and I have nothing but praise for the staff! They are all living their calling. This was such a hard decision and very hard to think of my mom living in a home. They know how to handle the transition. Mom loves the food and has already made friends. She loves it there. The Brookdale Edmond Danforth Center has been a blessing from day one. The devotion to care is top notch. ALL of the staff are awesome. I can’t say enough good things about Brookdale Danforth Edmond! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and the professionalism of the staff. Hmm, what’s not to love about Brookdale Danforth in Edmond. We first went on a tour in December of 2024, we really liked Sarah, she is very nice and knowledgeable about their Community and staff. But we were still new to this process and just wanted information on a good place for our mother. We ended up choosing a different facility at first. Mom was in and out of The hospital and skilled nursing facility for over a month, and the facility she was in wasn’t working at getting her back to her home. Sarah had told it in the beginning, choose what ever is best for you, and if you ever need anything please call. So I did just that, she showed up in less than 2 hours at the hospital and did a FaceTime call with Kristy for an evaluation. They accepted her and we moved her in within two weeks. The whole staff is the best and I’m forever grateful to all of them for the care that they provided her until she passed recently. Thank you so very much Maria, Tiffany, Kylie, Clayton, Kristy, Lisa and Sarah you are all amazing people. I know I forgot a few names but never the less they are all amazing.

Brookdale Edmond Danforth is the perfect place for your family member. They are professionals whom show great care for family members’ well being. I am greatly impressed by their concerns for health. Things will happen and with Brookdale you are immediately alerted and your family member is sent to hospital of your choosing. The facility is clean and well maintained. They offer abundant activities for the patients to partake in.

I made the decision to move my dad to Brookdale. The single most important decision I was to make. It's been over a year now and I couldn't be more pleased with them. The staff are amazing. Penny is with my dad daily and she will meet me at the door in the morning and tell me how he did over the weekend or since the last day I was there. Kristi dad's nurse is the best. She always makes me feel welcome in her office to discuss anything at anytime. I am so please with my decision. Brookdale is the best. Definitely 5 stars!

This was our first experience putting one of our loved ones in an assisted living facility. The staff initially seemed polite and caring. There are so many things that made this a negative experience for dad. His refrigerator never kept temperature. And it took weeks to get that replaced. When they finally did, the replacement refrigerator wouldn't fit in the opening and stuck out into the room. Several times we would go to visit dad, he was in a filthy shirt or urine stained clothing. We were there one Saturday visiting with dad and heard another resident yelling for help. We went to check on the resident and discovered he had fallen in his room. We ran to tell the staff, and they looked annoyed, responded EXTREMELY slowly and took minutes to get to him. We found out later he had a stroke and fell, or fell and experienced a stroke. Either way, the lack of consideration we saw that day told us all we needed to know. We began looking for another facility immediately.

My mother is very happy at Brookdale and the staff is wonderful to her. Of course she’d rather be at home, but she did say this was like her home now. She has been at Brookdale for 6 years and I’ve never been disappointed with her care. The meals are well balanced and they know her dietary likes and dislikes. Lisa has been extremely helpful to our family in dealing with mother’s needs. She had gone above and beyond to help us. If I can’t have her with me, this is the best place for her.

Trips to the aquarium and the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum are just a few outings residents at Brookdale on Danforth have enjoyed. Others may offer games and puzzles, but Brookdale goes beyond the usual events and takes residents to interesting venues which my loved one thoroughly enjoyed. The director makes it a point to get to know the residents individually. My sister truly considers her a friend.

I highly recommend Brookdale Edmond Danforth. I had to place our mom here in July and while mom is a challenge at times the staff are great with her. She loves the food and I appreciate the care they give her. Great activity director and Lisa is excellent. All the other staff are so friendly and always keep me aware as to how mom is doing. Things are getting better. The staff is very caring & they are working hard to improve the quality of food. But the staff is wonderful & it is a very tranquil place for Mother. She enjoys the activities they plan for the Seniors & the other residents of Brookdale are so sweet & caring.

The staff make this particular Brookdale facility special. It's always hard having a loved one in a care facility, but the staff here seem to genuinely care about the residents and like their jobs. I really appreciate what seem to be heartfelt efforts to connect with, know and care for my grandmother. They kind of know her better then I do, at this point!
