My Dad has been at Bradford Village for 10 years now. He’s been quite happy there and we’ve never had any problems or issues. The staff communicates well with me and I feel that they are taking good care of him. They are cheerful, happy and seem to enjoy their work. They have a nice back patio with a pretty view of a small park where young families and children play. It’s quite peaceful and relaxing to hang out there and visit. Dad likes Bingo night and visiting with new and old friends at the cafeteria. I believe the staff genuinely cares for their residents and are dedicated to making their remaining years as best as they can.

When my mom and dad began to think about moving into a retirement community a number of years ago, they had a difficult time finding a place that felt right for them. Having known a Bradford Village resident, I suggested mom and dad consider it. Upon their first visit, they immediately fell in love with the community, the other residents, and the staff. That was over ten years ago. Today, I continue to be grateful for the very genuine and compassionate care that each staff member has for my parents. Everyone - from the exceptional community director to the amazing dining room team - is top-notch. They truly care for each resident as if they were their own parents or grandparents. I feel so secure knowing that mom and dad are happy and well cared for. My dad recently said, The only regret I have about moving to Bradford Village is that we didnt move here earlier than we did. Thank you, Bradford Village, for all that you do to make this a community of choice! You are the best!

My family member has been in the skilled unit. Even with no visits, Derenda has kept in contact with us and helped us successfully move our dad back to his assisted living home. Thank you staff!

We looked at all continuing care facilities in the OKC Metro area. With Villagio of Bradford Village , we liked the people, Staff and the community being in Edmond. Everyone is friendly , watches over each other and always makes us feel welcome. Our Cottage was completely remodeled with our choices which really made us feel this is our home. We appreciate the staff for their care and concern for all residents. We are happy we came and know this was the right decision.

The size of our community makes it easier to get to know our neighbors and our cottages are well maintained and comfortable. (My fenced-in small backyard is great for my sweet puppy dog.)

Bradford Village offers an affordable, friendly, laid-back approach to retirement living. Thats not to imply that there are we are a sedentary bunch; on the contrary, there are on and off campus activities almost daily! We have a true sense of community with neighbors, and wonderfully accommodating staff that are part of that extended family. Being a continuum of care community, there is comfort in knowing that if and as your needs change, you can remain part of Bradford Village.

The best part of having our loved one in this facility was the Nurse , CNA team- Nurse Mandy , Stormie Goolsby! They engaged with family and our loved one felt secure and cared for when they were taking care of her. Mandy and Stormie were proactive with care and concerns and went out of their way to make her comfortable and meet rehab goals. Thank you Mandy and Stormie!

My aunt has been at Bradford for a few months now in the Skilled department. The staff has its ups and downs theres one aid in particular who has stuck out to me the last few months her name is Stormy shes always running around making things as home like as possible and always does what she can to make sure were happy. Can we get her to work everyday? If youre looking to put your family somewhere this place is one of the bests in the area. This facility needs more techs and nurses like her though.

I am pleased with Bradford Village AL; in fact, if the dining room was much better I would have given a 5-star rating. The staff is, without exception, courteous, helpful, friendly and the physical plant is great. Im unfamiliar with the meaning of yelp but think it means something good. Therefore, here is a yelp for this home away from home. Kudos to Lydia, Darla, Whitney and all the rest of the staff. Good job, well done Help is needed on the food preparation and the warmth of the served portions.

My mother has resided at Bradford Village Assisted Living for almost 6 years now. My brother and myself have been very happy with the careand treatment. Lydia Stewart does and excellent job of making sure everyone is made to feel welcome and accommodated. I always say Lydia if you leave we leave. We love the homey feel of the building and the way mothers apartment is laid out she likes that it has a friendly and intimate feel.

I loved going there! Its a really nice place with loving people! Stormie (the red head) was my favorite person. She was so sweet and loving towards everyone and definitely deserves something in return! I definitely recommend this place to everyone!

While the facility is less than ideal, there is a little red-headed weekend aid who is very helpful and really brightens up the place, if the rest of the staff is like her then I cant imagine having any complaints

amazing facility, Nurse Mandy was very helpful and organized made sure we were happy, Our tech was okay seems to be a very busy facility they could use a bit more staff to be ideal kept having to get help from other halls other than that.. the staff was very kind and always trying to keep everybody satisfied. housekeeping needs some work mom never has any trash bags in her room our tech had to find some for our room, not exactly her job...... place is a little dated and the food is less than gourmet week shift is okay just wish people would get off their phones at work. I would give 5 stars but some things need to be fixed

Very nice facility. staff was very helpful! Very clean place, great smell and very organized. Very impressed with the staff especially the little red head. I think her name is Stormie. She does a very good job and very fast at what she does and she cares a lot for her residents. exactly what you expect from a staff member at a place like this. Very impressed. I will definitely recommend this place to friends.
