My wife has been in Canoe Brook Catoosa for nearly three months. She has been treated with kindness, caring and compassion. Special thanks to Andy, Tim, Deborah, Crystal, Melissa and Shannon. Donna on AL-3 has been a dream come true. She is the consummate caregiver who gives her all. I'm finally able to sleep well at night knowing these people are watching over my girl.

Staff were extremely helpful during my mothers stay.Food is good. Activities for residents are more than adequate. Activity director is very caring. Nurses on staff are knowledgeable and caring. Management kept family caregivers informed of changes in covid restrictions. Our family had no issues with any staff during our mother's last days. They were exceptional.

Canoe Brook Assisted Living is a wonderful place to care for your loved one! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and really seem to be personable with all their residence, and the food is good. My Mother has dementia so moving her from her home of 60 years into assisted Living was very hard on her, but the Nurses and staff helped her settle in. Within a few months she settled right in and calls it home now. Her family has noticed a big improvement in her condition over the last year. She loves playing bingo and making crafts! Her apartment is decorated with every craft she has made, and with a big smile loves to talk about them. Sincerely,

The management and staff are professional and caring. They helped our family in a crisis situation and made the process of moving our family member in much easier. Andy was exceptionally helpful over an extended period of tme. I would recommend and use the living center again.

My dear Aunt Pat has been living at Canoe Brook Catoosa for over 6 yrs now. Although she can be difficult at times, the staff who care for her are loving, patient, and kind. And they never mind taking the time to talk about her needs or to give advice about coping with her as she slips away from me. They are always encouraging and comforting.

Poor. Management will never keep love ones there have seen misconduct and reported to manager she said she didnt know to tell her manager but when the issues occured with me she know how to go to him then the place us dirty.and the residence arent look after half are not groomed they bring them to the dining sometimes in there pajamas you can see they dont help them get dressed they only wont bodies in the place money hungry they charge the residence for everything and there not getting the care they need numerous of falls.they keep the residence money and employees they fail to tell you after 3 years you wint get your pot i was let go 5 months before 3 yrs so I wont get it convent and they will take insurance out of my last check even though a was let go too week before the next payday.not enough people of color working there only in the kitchen what that tell you.

Thanks to Andy for assisting us in finding a place quickly due to a limited timeframe to find a facility. He went above and beyond to accommodate our loved one. We are grateful for the care and attention from the whole team, Deborah and Diane, in particular, for multiple compassionate visits. Thanks to Cassandra and Marvin with communication and opportunity to FaceTime during the COVID quarantine. It helped us to stay informed. The staff was also collaborative with our hospice care professionals.

I went to visit a friend that is a resident there. I was delighted to see how nice it was. Employees are very friendly and take good care of the ones that need it. I would recommend this place and who knows; maybe one day I might need to be in a place like that.

My mom just had her 103rd birthday in the ninth of June. She has very good care and a friendly staff!!!she has been there for 2 years and enjoys all the music ? I am so glad she is there!I love you mother!!!???

My father-in-law moved in 4 months ago. What a wonderful staff this facility employs. They are kind, professional, caring people. Everyone goes above and beyond to treat residents with respect. The medical professionals are attentive to detail and communicate well with family members. It is reassuring for a loved one to be in such good hands! After a very extensive background investigation and meetings with the staff I made the decision to move my mother to Canoe Brook. Within 36 hours she began to show signs of becoming comfortable in her new home. The staff are truly passionate about their work and it shows. They create a clean, warm and safe environment for the residents. The restaurant style dining service (with very tasty food) allows the residents the opportunity to socialize during meals. In the event a family desires to dine with a resident, with a little notice, Canoe Brook provides a private dining room for the occasion. My mother has been a resident for a little over 2 months now. We have had a few "bad days" which is part of life when we have a family member with memory issues. Each time a familiar face will sit with her to reassure that she is safe and that my wife and I are close by. They will, for the lack of a better term, step into a "family member" type roll and make thing all better. I am so grateful to have discovered Canoe Brook. The decision to move a parent into Assisted Living of any kind is as hard of a decision as a person will make in a life time. I highly recommend anyone facing this situation to sit down with Seana Warren and let her walk you through the process. Her understanding and knowledge of what families are facing in the future is endless. She has "fact based" answers to your questions. You can trust that Canoe Brook will provide the best care for your family member.

This is one of the most beautiful buildings - and the best places to work! It's a hidden jewel in the Tulsa Metropolitan area. The staff is so friendly and courteous and most of all caring. The food is terrific!

My precious Mom has lived here for 3 1/2 years. Her short term memory has failed her, but physically, she's a pretty healthy 91 year old. I've been really pleased with the care (and love) she gets and she feels so "at home" there. I have nothing to compare it to as this is my first experience, but I'm certainly happy that we got it right the first time!
