This is a very kind place that took care of our mother Anita with kindness and humor she needed and appreciated. It was always clean and cheerful and loving whenever we visited. The staff is doing God’s work with patience and . My Mom had once worked there in activities and when she worked there it was also just as wonderful.

My mother, who suffered severe dementia, lived at Omni West for 10 months before she passed away. And I can not thank everyone that works at Omni West enough. They all treated my mom like their mom as well. My mom would always tell me that they made her feel so special. And when my mom was passing, absolutely everyone at Omni helped my family & myself through the entire process. I HIGHLY recommend Omni West to anyone needing an assisted living facility. I would NEVER put my loved ones, or even myself, in any other assisted living facility other than Omni West!!!

My great aunt was in the nursing home part for like 8 years and now my cousin is in the assisted living. So far so good. Only complaint is that th nursing home part always and I mean always smells soooo bad... Other places don't smell...
